The only main negative point was that the WiFi signal was very weak or nearly not working in level 9. The location is not far from Haram. The shuttle is sometimes crowded so I had preferred to walk which in most cases took less time than using the bus.

Sono rimasto per una notte, ci è voluto un'ora per arrivare dall'aeroporto Jed a Makah, hanno tenuto i nostri bagagli e ci hanno detto di check-in dopo le 3:00. dall'hotel ho preso un taxi a Masjid al Haram. Taxi ha preso 15 minuti e costato circa 45 riyal. Non abbiamo aspettato la navetta perché avrebbe ritardato il nostro viaggio di Umrah. Esistevamo masjid dopo le preghiere di Isha taraweeh alle 10:30 , ci sono autobus disponibili da masjid al haram poi vi lasceranno a le meridian area hotel. Da lì abbiamo preso un taxi al nostro hotel. La stanza era 5/5 Era solo sorpreso che non avessero rulli di tessuto nel lavabo e nessun pasto dentale. Solo che tutto era sopra la media. Buona per un soggiorno di una notte

Great hotel next to great mosque. There are speakers directly to the imam of haram so you can do prayer without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is so average and the menu tended to be the same everyday. Great view from the room.

We received a free upgrade from the kind hotel concierge lady upon checking in, we were so surprised and pleased by this upgrade. From city view to partial haram view, it was amazing masha Allah! The room was so big! The musollah was gorgeous despite the unexpected size, as I thought it would be bigger. I love the set up of the restaurant buffet, so during breakfast it feels cozy and homey but I wish there would be more variety of food like the other jabal omar hotels that we have stayed before. It could be due to their sustainability efforts so that could contribute to less food waste, I guess? As for the location wise, walking down was easy to the haram however going back by walking up the hill after completion of umrah was quite painful. We would appreciate if the hotel provide a thorough video explanation of the shuttle bus access during check ins. But other than that, we managed to figure out the shuttle bus service and indeed they are very fast *************! We were given late check out as requested ************* so we can maximise our prayers in the masjid as we have a late night flight. Do take note that uber taxis does not pick up from the hotel except for Careem. Hopefully they will open up a mall within the Address Hotel itself so that it will be easy to find lunch and dinner for our meals. We ordered dinner through room service for our first night and despite the food came an hour later, the portion size and the taste was so scrumptious and yummy! Definitely worth more to pay for the room service rather than paying for the meals at the buffet restaurant!

Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and the staff was warm and welcoming. However, due to the standard 4 PM check-in time, there were long queues at the reception. To avoid this congestion, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to arrange for early check-in, especially during peak seasons. If you’re an Accor member, the experience is even more seamless and rewarding. Ambiance & Cleanliness: From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, you’re greeted with a signature scent that flows throughout the lobby, corridors, and even into the guestroom — creating a consistent sense of calm and cleanliness. The ambiance is elegant and tranquil, offering a relaxing contrast to the bustling surroundings outside. Guestroom Experience: The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the highlight was definitely the breathtaking Kaaba view, which added a deeply spiritual and unique element to the stay. Our experience staying here was absolutely delightful. While the location is somewhat distant from Haram, the availability of hourly bus services for pick-up and drop-off greatly enhances convenience and comfort. The area is undergoing development, adding to the beauty of the surroundings, especially for an evening stroll. The services provided were commendable, with Jasim offering exceptional assistance. We highly recommend this place to those seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.

Everything was outstanding less shuttle service to Haram. There were only 2 buses, Either unavailable or we have to go while standing. I have to go by taxi many times specially during night. Rest Hotel services were upto the mark.

La gentillesse de personnelle la chambre est très grande il y'a quelques petites insectes dans la salle de bain ainsi qu'à l'intérieur de la chambre le petit déj cest varié le bus très difficile de le trouver en retour et pas de service de nettoyage en 3 jours de réservation

DoubleTree è sempre stata la mia scelta dal 2022 che mi sono trasferito qui per la prima volta. Questa è la mia terza volta di soggiorno e il livello di ospite e servizio è così meraviglioso. Ho provato altri hotel durante la mia ultima visita nel gennaio 2025, ma non è stato bello, quindi qui sono tornato a DoubleTree. La posizione della Grande Moschea di Makkah è piuttosto ragionevole - si può camminare (via Hilton Convention Hotel) - superficie scorretta, o prendere la navetta complimentare che si ferma a Hilton Conrad su Jabal Omar. Il signor Ahmed Elsayed, al ristorante, è un manager di eccellenza, e io ho solo menzionato qualcosa, e il collega ha fatto questo soprattutto per me, che era assolutamente inaspettato e entrambi si sono spostati per assicurarsi che fosse un problema. Il giorno dopo, il servizio personale di entrambi i signori e gli altri a DoubleTree Makkah. La camera era spaziosa, pulita, bagno aveva i bagni Crabtree & Evelyn. Il letto era super comodo e ho dormito molto bene che è qualcosa di raro! E naturalmente i cookie di firma che amo. Grazie!!
