L'hotel è molto bello. La stanza è buona. Il personale di ricezione è molto cooperativo. Visualizza soprattutto aiuta a risolvere tutto il processo molto rapidamente. Inoltre aiuta a tenere il bagaglio per un breve periodo e ha aiutato a controllare. Grazie per questo.

This hotel is next level unreal! The pictures of the rooms don't do it justice, it's way better in reality (at least in my case). We booked three rooms for 5 nights in Jan/ Feb 2025, were located in tower 3 - Al Falak Tower in rooms 708/ 6**/6**. The bathrooms were unbelievable, all stunning white marble with some super fancy design, so so amazing, the shower was so big you could fit like 7 people in there, I have never stayed in such a luxury room before. Ceilings are like 4 metres, really unbelievable. The colour palette for the room was muted greys and pastels, it looked very nice, suited the room and location. One thing that would be useful, can the hotel just install a Japanese bidet instead of a separate one, I think it's a waste installing a standalone bidet and the all-in-one bidet toilet is current technology, so it would be useful compared to the current setup (Toto toilet, etc). Now, the sad bit. The distance from the Haram is advertised as not far, and it isn't. But the reality is it's extremely difficult to enter the haram, because of the crowds, it is just heaving. The police close off the haram to outsiders as soon as the adhaan goes, so you can't enter (be aware), and you'll have to pray outside the boundaries of the haram if you are not inside the area before the adhaan (this may be subject to change, and I cannot confirm how they arrange their opening times etc, please confirm on your own travels). Inside the haram, there is ridiculous construction work going on, all entrances are purposefully blocked, so that huge traffic builds up (I remember 10 years ago in 2014 when I stayed at Bai Al Abraaj, you could just walk into the Ma3taf area of the haram in about 5 minutes, now it is impossible. ). I have no idea what the government is doing, but it seems to intentionally be closing off areas to stop people from entering, which is really a shame. It seems that the purpose is that you rather go to all the shops and malls outside the mall, or pray inside your hotel rather than venture out, this seems the goal of the current administration by closing off all entrances, or causing huge areas to be cordoned off so that getting in easily is impossible. I got so sick of the crowds that i ended up not wanting to go into the haram afterwards (the crowds inside are really next level crazy, they will push and drive wheelchairs up your legs and cut you - happened to me but maybe I was just unlucky). The hotel is exceptional and so is the buffet breakfast/ dinner - breakfast is between 90 - 119riyals, and dinner is about 149 riyals. Food is amazing, but it's sad that most people pile their plates with croissants etc, don't take a bite and throw it away, such a shame. I hope the hotel can have signs up to prevent such ridiculous wastage, or at least give this food to the outside poor people.

Se cerchi un hotel a 4 stelle, non cercare da nessuna parte. Questo è il migliore che si possa ottenere. Hanno un servizio di autobus gratuito che funziona ogni mezz'ora. Ti cade a Marwa Gate. Hai 10-15 minuti a piedi per raggiungere Haram. Il tuo pick-up dallo stesso posto. Non ho avuto alcun problema per il servizio di autobus. Il servizio di navetta era abbastanza buono. L'unico fallimento è camminare verso il haram. Ho avuto mio figlio con me e lui si sforzava di camminare per ogni volta. Il cibo per l'hotel è peggio. Non mi piaceva affatto. Ho avuto il buffet per colazione e ho pagato 100 riyals. Era una peggiore esperienza alimentare. La scelta del colazione era molto limitata. In generale è un buon hotel di bilancio. Penso che si compromessi da qualche parte.

È un hotel molto carino. A pochi passi dal cancello 79 (10 minuti) che conduce direttamente alla Kaaba. Ci sono due torri, 1 e 2, entrambe offrono un'ottima colazione. Ci sono due ristoranti nella torre 2. C'è un bar che può preparare una torta di compleanno se lo desideri. C'è una bella sala di preghiera all'interno dell'hotel. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

************* we had a very pleasant stay here in Le Meridien Towers Makkah. It’s not as crowded and the shuttle to Haram is 24/7 with hardly any waiting time when we want to board the bus to and from Haram. We were pleasantly upgraded by the hotel and they even gave us complimentary tea on our first night. As we reached very late at night, I was grateful that I’m able to get some quick snacks for my young child and that the shops remain open then. We didn’t ask for housekeeping to come and clean our rooms but they were attentive and prompt in their service. Insya Allah we may stay here again for our next umrah.

In generale, un ottimo hotel. Alcuni membri del personale continuerebbero a beneficiare di ulteriori formazione per il servizio clienti, ma è assolutamente vitale che menziono e loda il signor Amro Bin Malih. Un ottimo manager dell'hotel che Swissotel dovrebbe essere orgoglioso di avere. Un approccio molto importante per affrontare le persone e una grande persona in generale.

Uno degli hotel più economici rispetto a quanto vicino è a Masjid Al Haram. Basicamente 3 minuti a piedi dopo aver raggiunto la porta del lobby.

The stay was amazing. The fridge didn’t work, and they replaced it immediately. I wish there was a separate room for a business center instead of a desk in a public area. The prayer hall audio was okay, but it would have been better to install high-quality speakers.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto buone... anche l'addetto alla reception è molto reattivo. La posizione è molto vicino alla Grande Moschea... speriamo che un giorno potremo tornare.
