The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use.
We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal.
Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations!
I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price.
Highlights:
I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in.
The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away.
All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous.
The breakfast selection was excellent.

nice to stay in nova hotel but few things are missing such as AC is old and noisy. TV not working but except this many good things are also there such as wifi facility and places like taj mahal, fort are near from this hotel,car parking facility are also available, behaviour of hotel staffs are so nice, overall the it worth your money. good hotel to visit

Great location. I literally just walked to Taj Mahal from here. This was my biggest room in all my 3 hotels travelling through India solo. I think that they gave me the more modern and recently renovated room because I read some bad feedbacks regarding this hotel being old and that it needs renovation. Also it has a view for Taj Mahal at the rooftop. I didn't expect that because they did not advertise it openly in there postings.

PPratikBI couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family (including elderly parents) in Ayodhya. The location is an absolute gem which helped us cover everything on foot (I mean literally everything important - Ram Mandir, Hanuman Gadhi, Sita ki Rasoi, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, Railway station etc other attractions can be reached by opting for shared rick for ₹10 per person).
Yes the property is still under construction as also pointed by other reviewers however you wouldn't feel a thing when you are inside. The owners are pretty candid about their current state and future plans. It is a family owned hotel and thier passion to improve hospitality for the guests and it was visible in their approach. Yes there could be certain housekeeping issues but hey which hotel doesn't have it. What I liked about them was their openess to learn and implement. When I reached the housekeeping staff were going through additional trainings and new uniforms were being introduced.
The rooms were spotless and attention to details were visible. Everything was curated and selected with a fine sense of taste in mind. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and toliteries were provided (i loved the moisturizer 😉)
They have big plans for future including a glass top temple view restaurant. I wish them luck and whenever I go back I will be staying with them.
Noteable names : Ankit Ji - Property Manager, Pandey Ji - Housekeeping Incharge, Shreyansh and Akshat Ji - Owners.
Closing note: If you want a hassle free stay in Ayodhya dtay with The Raghavas. Keep your mind open for minor issues here and there considering they are still new. Give them constructive feedback and not criticize, don't forget what you are paying now may not be the rate when the hotel is ready full-fledged 🙂.

UUtente anonimoIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

JJaideep SinghVicino a un hotel funzionale vicino all'aeroporto. Le camere sono decenti. Il personale dell'ufficio frontale è piuttosto perso e confuso. Il coordinamento tra loro e il team di cibo e bevande è anche jinxed. In pratica, vai, controlla, non chiedere niente e non parlare con nessuno, come comunque non ascoltano, e tutto sarà grande.La squadra junior è molto cortese e caldo.

UUtente ospiteOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

The room are not enough clean with old moquette carpets with spots on the floor, greysh and dirty towels. The quality and taste of the food at the restaurant is acceptable but under the International standard.

PPANCHALOttimo soggiorno, grande posizione e valore per i soldi
Ho avuto uno dei migliori alloggi in questo hotel a Chennai. Ho soggiornato per 3 notti e mi è sembrata davvero un'esperienza di lusso a un prezzo ragionevole. La posizione è un grande vantaggio centralizzato e facilmente accessibile a molte parti della città.
Le camere sono spaziose, il letto è pulito e il bagno è ben mantenuto con i servizi igienici adeguati.
Le camere offrono un complimentare buffet per colazione con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ma il colazione si chiude un po 'prima alle 10:00, quindi pianifica. Parcheggio disponibile, che è conveniente e il personale è stato gentile e utile, una menzione speciale per il personale di sicurezza e servizio in camera per la loro ospitalità.
L'unico piccolo inconveniente era che l'ascensore si fermava sempre al primo piano (ricevimento) per default, che era un po' annoiante.
Anche FYI, ho sbagliato la mia carta chiave della stanza e ho dovuto pagare 200 per un sostituto.
In generale, è stata una grande esperienza e avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto per chiunque visitasse Chennai.
