Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Wakayama

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio in famiglia. La posizione è ottima. Se siete fortunati, potete prendere l'autobus dell'associazione delle sorgenti termali dalla stazione JR, che parte alle 15:00 e alle 16:00 e ferma all'ingresso dell'hotel. Potete anche prendere un taxi o un autobus. La camera era una camera con vista sull'oceano, con due letti e un tatami, e anche il bagno aveva vista mare. Le sorgenti termali si trovano al primo piano, con possibilità di fare il bagno all'aperto. Yukata e altri accessori da bagno sono disponibili al primo piano, mentre il secondo piano ospita una sala ricreativa. Colazione e cena sono incluse nella tariffa della camera. Il buffet del ristorante al primo piano non è eccessivamente ampio, ma è dignitoso. L'hotel è anche vicino a diverse attrazioni, il che lo rende un'ottima scelta per un viaggio in famiglia.

Il prezzo era un soggiorno medio. Il personale era medio, così come il cibo. Il personale era amichevole ma non si sentono autentici. Il tempio stesso è molto bello. Le camere sono grandi, ma i mattoni sono completamente indossati, in modo che si possa davvero sentire il pavimento duro sotto di voi. Sono rimasto in un Ryokan prima e le loro matite erano ancora morbide e confortevoli, quindi queste matite del tempio hanno certamente bisogno di un rinnovamento.

Taoya Nachikatsuura is a refurbished property with excellent rooms and a great location, making it a VERY comfortable and convenient stay overall. Nice touch with the selection of yukata in chic designs—it adds a bit of personality to the experience. The hotel also offers free-flow alcohol and small bites throughout the day, you need to be careful not to over drink or overeat. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets stand out, offering a wide variety of options with solid quality across the board. That said, the in-room outdoor bath (our booking) felt unnecessary. In our view, it’s not worth the extra cost, as it doesn’t come close to the full experience of the main onsen downstairs.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel. Every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations — the room was impeccably clean, elegantly designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided truly outstanding service throughout my stay. The breakfast was particularly impressive, offering a refined selection of high-quality, fresh, and beautifully presented options that made each morning a pleasure. The location is ideal, and the facilities are superbly maintained, contributing to an overall sense of sophistication and relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a premium and memorable stay, and I very much look forward to returning in the future.

Ero molto preoccupato per l'esterno perché era un cantiere che stava cadendo a pezzi, ma l'interno andava bene. Si dice che si trattasse di un progetto di ristrutturazione esterna. Questa è una sistemazione termale ordinata. L'onsen era nella media ma il riso era molto buono! Vorrei anche ringraziare lo staff per essere stato attento a me come straniero in visita da solo per la prima volta.

We stayed in this lovely family hotel for a night, we opted for room stay with dinner and breakfast. There's no shops or restaurant near by, so highly suggest to choose the stay with meals option, otherwise there's cooking facility within the room also, so I think it's possible to cook your own meal if necessary. Location - the hotel is just round the corner of the famous Shirasaki Ocean Park, we even had a good view of the park from our room. There's parking space right in front of the hotel building, so it's very handy. We cycled to the Shirasaki Ocean Park then to the hotel, so it worked out perfect. There's a very steep slop going up to the hotel though, but it wasn't an issue for us as we pushed out bikes up. Facilities - this is a family run hotel which believes was built a while ago, so can't compare it to all those new built hotels. The ”room” we stayed is more like a mini flat, it has a big kitchen, good sized bathroom with changing area, a separate toilet, a living room, bedroom and an extra ”sitting” area. The entire flat is in traditional Japanese style which we loved, and it has all facilities that made our stay comfortable. It also has coined washing machine and driers. We could even access to rooftop on the 4th floor to view the sunset. If you're looking for a quiet place to have quality time, then this is a good place to do so. There's also ”public bath” within the hotel, it's small but wasn't an issue for us. There's also shower and bath in the room also if you want some privacy. Food - all food was cooked and prepared by the hotel owner, and she's a talented chef! Dinner was impressive, breakfast was standard. The hotel owner is very friendly and lovely, it's definitely ”the place” to stay if you're visiting the area. We highly recommend it.

Highly recommended. Good private location, superb service, big indoor and outdoor onsen, superb view and exceptional service. I stayed during end of Nov. 24. The hotel is value for money indeed. The room is definitely not 17m as it s indicated. It s very spacious with great private sea bay view. I stayed during end here one night and stayed at KAMENOI hotel another night. I truly prefer warmth atmosphere here. The outdoor onsen here is certainly better as well! If I go to Katsuura again, I will definitely stay here.

Pensavamo che rimanere al Sen Retreat Takijiri fosse molto buono per iniziare il nostro viaggio Kumano Kodo. Il Sen Retreat Chikatsuyu era ancora più impressionante! The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the room is generally clean. However, the facilities could be improved—for example, there is only a power outlet on one side of the bed, which is quite inconvenient. One thing I am extremely dissatisfied with, and I believe both Trip.com and the hotel itself handled poorly: When booking through Trip.com, there was no information about what the dinner included. I was attracted to this hotel after seeing on YouTube that its dinner was outstanding, which is why I chose it. Trip.com should clearly state the dinner menu content. Unfortunately, the dinner I received was completely different from what other guests were served—the presentation and taste were not good at all, and at this price, it was absolutely not worth it. Another issue: I arrived at the restaurant on time at 6:30 pm. Until 7:30 pm, I had only been served salad and soup. I noticed that the food other guests received was completely different from ours. I asked the staff and requested a menu, only then did they tell me that our package was entirely different from the others and there was no menu available. Since that was the case, we had no choice but to wait patiently. By that time, other guests in the restaurant had already finished eating and were leaving one by one, yet it seemed no staff member noticed that we were still waiting and finally the remaining dishes were served after we made a complain to a staff, I can feel that our dishes were missed out because they were busy serving other customers. I may book hotel via trip.com hereafter.

It was a stunning experience, excellent services and cleanliness, spectacular view of the sunset while sitting in the hot bath. Also very impressed by Japanese style breakfast & dinner and the room. Thanks for the beautiful memories
