HHeiressjloThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è eccellente. È letteralmente a piedi di un minuto dall'entrata/uscita del parco. Questo stesso rende tutto un soggiorno molto facile.
L'unico rientro è la pulizia. Non è che sia sporco, ma ho soggiornato in molti hotel prima che i letti mi facciano davvero prurire. E'un po'sulla parte più vecchia, ma la posizione è perfetta. Ci sono un sacco di ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze, rendendo la scelta più ideale se si pensa di tirarsi fuori al parco.

XXLbaoWe stayed at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa at Universal Studios Japan during our 4th trip to Japan and our first traveling with our auADHD toddler. This was our second hotel in Osaka, and we arrived by taxi directly from our previous hotel. Taxi tip: make sure you show the taxi driver the hotel name and address in Japanese. Our driver initially dropped us at Universal Studios Japan instead of the hotel entrance and that cost us when it showed him the Google maps address.
The hotel staff themselves were excellent. They deal with international guest on the daily and some speak English. Our forwarded luggage was received without issue and delivered directly to our room, which made arrival seamless. They have forms for luggage transport themselves that I used for our KIX airport hotel. Service throughout our stay was efficient and professional, and the staff clearly explained all hotel procedures.
The biggest advantage of this property is its location. It is about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of Universal Studios Japan, which gives you a real edge if you plan to rope drop. The subway station is directly outside the hotel entrance, making transportation extremely convenient. Universal Citywalk is steps away, with Starbucks, Lawson, Bikkuri Donki (Great for familes by the way), shopping, and countless restaurants all within immediate reach.
If you’re visiting USJ, I strongly recommend arriving at the park entrance by 7:30 a.m. We arrived around 8:30 a.m., and it made the first ride strategy noticeably more challenging. Luckily disability service helped a little as it was similar to Disney when you have to go to the Fast Pass staff to get a return time but USJ uses pen and paper. The earlier you position yourself for rope drop, the smoother your morning will be. Lines were extremely long and we were only able to see half the park. Unless you have 2 days at USJ, I recommend buying the Express pass packages as early as possible as they were all sold out the day of. Definitely a big regret as we only had 1 day there.
The onsen sauna was of an average size. After long park days, it was incredibly relaxing. The baths are separated by gender, and there are no private rentable family spaces, so that’s something to keep in mind if traveling to onsen if you are not comfortable going commando with others.
Our room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom felt slightly dated but it was clean and fully functional. One thing I missed was having a small kitchenette and in-room washer/dryer. Laundry is available on the spa floor via coin machines, but in-room units would have been more better.
On our second day, we made a day trip to Ghibli Park in Aichi, which took about 2.5 hours each way via Shinkansen and local transit. It’s doable but long. If your primary focus is Universal Studios Japan, this hotel is an excellent strategic base. If you plan multiple long day trips outside Osaka, you may want something more centrally located. I should have planned a day to stay at Nagoya for my Ghibli Park day.
Overall, The Singulari is ideal for travelers prioritizing proximity to Universal Studios Japan, easy transit access (but not centrally located), and post-park relaxation in a quality onsen setting.

UUtente ospiteThe room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

TTrippin’Ottimo hotel con facile accesso alla linea della metropolitana dall'aeroporto. Il check-in è stato veloce e il personale molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato i biglietti per la navetta e la colazione. Bella camera grande con un letto estraibile a sorpresa. Ottima vista sull'acqua e sull'aeroporto. La colazione era ogni mattina a partire dalle 6:30. Il cibo era gustoso, lo stesso ogni giorno con una splendida vista. Spazio condiviso dell'hotel annesso. Facile accesso ai punti vendita Rinku Premium con molte opzioni per lo shopping e il cibo. Cambio valuta e schede SIM in loco. Bar disponibile per alcune ore ogni giorno dopo la colazione. Il ristorante è aperto anche per pranzo e cena. C'è una lavanderia in loco, quindi non ho dovuto portare a casa molti vestiti sporchi. Il check-out è stato facile e la navetta per l'aeroporto impiega circa 10 minuti e parte in orario. Esperienza eccellente!!

DDiewutianyaflyingL'ambiente dell'hotel è davvero piacevole, gli interni sono puliti e ordinati e lo spazio è ben ottimizzato, c'è persino una vasca da bagno. La piccolezza della stanza non la rende scomoda; l'attenzione ai dettagli nel servizio è impeccabile: la camera è immacolata e gli oggetti sono piegati ordinatamente. L'hotel dispone di sorgenti termali, la zona circostante offre una vista mare e nelle vicinanze c'è un outlet per lo shopping.

Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet.
There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day)
Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage
Hotel Room:
We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes
But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything.
Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay
Hotel features:
Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views.
The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free.
The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day.
Staff:
Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful
Overview:
100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Night shuttle to and from terminal 1 is the point we stay here, driver was really helpful helped us load the luggage during the rain. Waiting point at terminal 1 is walking distance from arrival hall.
Front desk check in was smooth, help us to buy breakfast voucher and the amenities of the hotels.
We stay 1 night at Washington and 1 night at OMO hotel.
Choose Washington if u prefer classic hotel with the bigger room space and shuttle bus. Distance from Rinkutown station was about the same, easy to walk even with baby stroller.

FForever mamaL'hotel è in una posizione comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla strada dei granchi, con un Family Mart al piano inferiore e un Lawson, un 7-Eleven e un Aeon aperto 24 ore su 24 nelle vicinanze.
Ho specificato un piano alto al momento della prenotazione e al check-in mi hanno assegnato la camera numero 13/F: fantastico! La camera era anche più grande del previsto. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata, ma l'hanno cambiata subito dopo che l'ho fatto presente.
Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta. 🙂

UUtente ospiteOttimo! Si trova a circa 300-400 metri dall'ingresso degli Universal Studios. Si vede l'ingresso degli Universal Studios dalla finestra. Sembra di essere a soli 200-300 metri dalla metropolitana. I prodotti da bagno sono ottimi! I miei capelli sono liscissimi dopo il lavaggio. Il sapore della colazione è così così. Dalle 17:00 alle 20:30, il ristorante offre snack gratuiti, questa volta pane e prosciutto, oltre a biscotti, caffè e gelato.
