Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Osaka

Hotel were offering late checkouts to guests who left 5* reviews, so I feel that the reviews have been artificially inflated by people rating 5* so that they can get late checkout. Location was quite far from the JR Namba station and even further from the metro Namba station. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny, kitchenette had a raised lip which was easy to trip over or stub your toes on. However, the size of the room was good, there was a good amount of space. It would be ok to spend a night or two here but I think we were there 5 nights which wasn’t great with the uncomfortable bed. When we checked in we were told a room number of an uncleaned room and had to ring out of hours to swap rooms, but that was all resolved quickly by the hotel. Also to note, the keyboxes didn’t feel very safe/ secure because the codes followed a pattern (so if you knew one you’d know the other rooms), but we didn’t use the lockbox except for when we checked in so it didn’t affect us, but just something to consider. Overall it was ok for a budget hotel but I think the reviews make it seem too good to be true!

È una tranquilla zona di uffici a Midosuji, ma è a soli 3-4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che rende facile l'accesso! Sono andato alla stazione successiva per mangiare pesce palla e granchio. Ci sono bar e ristoranti convenienti al primo piano dell'edificio dell'hotel e intorno ad esso. La colazione è a buffet. Il pot-au-feu e la zuppa di panna erano deliziosi con molti ingredienti. Ho decorato la frittata che ho ordinato con alghe e funghi bardana🎵 Anche il bagno era bello con una doccia. Forse era perché il tappeto era di colore scuro, o forse il personale delle pulizie non se n'era accorto, ma sul pavimento c'era un calzino nero di un ospite precedente... lol

โรงแรมใหม่มาก ประทับใจ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือทุกๆอย่างดีมาก ที่ล็อบบี้มีน้ำดื่มและกาแฟสดบริการ กาแฟรสชาติเข้มข้นอร่อยมากๆ ลิฟท์ในโรงแรม มีถึง 3 ตัว สะดวกมากๆ ทำเลอยู่ด้านหลังตลาดปลาkizu เดินข้ามถนนจากโรงแรมก็ถึงเลย ข้างๆโรงแรมมี Lawson ในห้องพักสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบไดร์เป่าผมลมแรงมาก จัดวางพื้นที่ดี เปิดกระเป๋าเดินทาง 2 ใบสบายๆ ห้องที่พักมองเห็น รถไฟ ดูเพลินดี แต่ก็มีเสียงจากรถไฟผ่านให้ได้ยินนะ ไฟส่องสว่างในห้องพักมีหลายจุดปรับระดับได้ มีไฟสีขาวด้วย ทำความสะอาดห้องให้ทุกวันด้วย ใครจะไปย่าน นิปปอมบาชิ ย่านชินเซไก เดินจากที่พักประมาณ15 นาที ไปนัมบะ20นาที และสะดวกในการเดินทางด้วยรถไฟฟ้า โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าใต้ดินเดินประมาณ 10 นาที ตอนเราจองได้ราคาดีมากๆ

Good location in Osaka quite central near Dotonbori and Namba lively areas. Small rooms but quite a standard in Japan. Good bed quality and shower / bathroom. No gym or specific amenities. Mainly recommended for good location.

Il letto è troppo piccolo se si viaggia con un bambino piccolo. Tutto è ben organizzato nella stanza, anche se un po' angusta, con così tante cose che si incastrano in così poco spazio. Perfetto per le coppie, non per le famiglie.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

Adoro l'ubicazione che si trova vicino a una metropolitana e a una stazione di Shin Osaka, così conveniente se si sta facendo un viaggio di giorno a Kyoto. La zona non è così occupata come Namba o Tennoji che mi piace. Le strade sono ampi e i pavimenti sono in buona condizione, quindi non ci sono problemi che portano i bagagli. Anche molti konbini e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'hotel stesso è molto nuovo e rimarrò la prossima volta che visito Osaka.

Very good rooms nice hotel very near to train station will surely come back and stay again in the near future

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The metro station is about 100 meters away, and there are 7-Eleven and Family Mart stores nearby. It is very easy to get to Kyoto Station and convenient for reaching the airport. That’s where the advantages end. There was no water in the room at check-in. We were told to buy it ourselves from a vending machine. It was also stated that there would be welcome drinks, but there was nothing. The only coffee available was instant and of very poor quality, so after breakfast we had to go to 7-Eleven to buy proper coffee. Breakfast is listed as being served until 9:30. We arrived at 9:15, and the staff member who was cleaning the area tried to make us leave. The same happened to other guests. Only thanks to the chef were we allowed to stay. At the reception desk, we were told that we should come at 9:00, even though it clearly says breakfast is until 9:30. While we were eating, everything around us was being cleared away, and we were not given the chance to choose our food properly. It felt very uncomfortable. The rooms are old and worn out. There was a moldy smell in the bathroom. The pajamas provided were very old, thin, grey-blue in color, and almost see-through. Additionally, we were not informed about the renovation works in the building. There was no message about it when we made the reservation. In reality, there were construction scaffolds, and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Only upon arrival were we given a notice saying there would be painting and other work. There was a noticeable smell of paint in the room. The location is good, but the service and the condition of the hotel were very disappointing

La posizione è buona, con una fermata dell'autobus per l'aeroporto a circa un'ora di auto e a circa 8 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. Ci sono molti minimarket nelle vicinanze ed è molto vicino a Shinsaibashi. L'acqua in bottiglia non è disponibile. C'è un forno a microonde al 12° piano per cucinare e una bilancia nella hall per pesare i bagagli. L'unico inconveniente è che i bagni emanano un cattivo odore, quindi l'hotel dovrebbe prestare attenzione alla loro pulizia.
