Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Niigata

Consigliatissimo. Pulito, confortevole, con connessione USB Type-C e cavo Lightning veloce... bella vista dalla camera. Facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, dato che si trova vicino alla stazione di Niigata (autobus, treno, taxi, Shinkansen), al centro commerciale Cocola (con negozi come 3 Coins, ristoranti, farmacia, caffetteria, famoso ristorante di udon, Xebion Sports, Diors, ecc.), Lawson, Family Mart e 7E. A pochi passi da Donki, Isetan... insomma, da qualsiasi cosa!

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

The hotel was very understanding and kindly allowed us to reschedule our stay to another day. We were deeply touched by your flexibility and consideration. Today, we experienced another accident in the mountains. During this difficult time, one the staff was incredibly kind and supportive. She helped us communicate and translate with the police, ensuring that we could clearly explain the situation and receive assistance. Her help was truly invaluable in getting us safely rescued. In addition, the hotel manager and staffs generously drove us from the police station back to the hotel and assisted us with the necessary follow-up arrangements. Their patience, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond their duties meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the care and support we received. It has been a blessing to be guests at Oosado Hotel, and we will always remember your kindness.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in, we enjoyed all the little details - free flow of coffee and tea with snacks throughout the day, complimentary light pastries for breakfast and happy hour with free plum wine and sake. The onsen, both public and private, is so cosy and relaxing. And the overall design of the hotel, utilizing the previous farmhouse as the foundation, created a quaint yet calm space. Yes it's a little pricey stay but we would def come back again if we're heading to Minamiuonama.

L'hotel si trova proprio davanti alla Stazione Niigata (entrata/uscita occidentale) con una distanza di cammino di 1 minuto. Ci sono negozi di comodità (Lawson e 7-11) intorno. Molte entrate e negozi per cena e negozio. Il ronzio (spa) è un punto aggiuntivo per l'intero giorno di stanchezza. Anche le scelte per la colazione sono buone.

La posizione non può essere battuta. Ski in sci all'interno dei passi, e noleggio sci con locker destra giù. Ma il servizio di noleggio sci non è entusiasta. Tuttavia, il desk front è bello. Inoltre, le opzioni alimentari sono molto diverse, ma la qualità dei prodotti alimentari può essere scarsa.

View from the hotel is really nice as you see the alps covered in snow during winter. Location is great too, it is just 5mins from echigo yuzawa station. However, i wish that their room heater can be stronger, other than that, it is a perfect stay for that budget.

Molto bel posto per soggiornare! Calma durante il periodo primavera/estate, perché la zona è più popolare in inverno. Molto vicino alla stazione Echigo Yuzawa entro 5 minuti a piedi. È stato benvenuto all'hotel con la complimentare matcha e snack. Quando si accendeva, c'era anche un bel gioco di Gachapon in cui si poteva vincere una delle loro speciali cose Niigata/Yuzawa! La camera era pulita e spaziosa con un comodo letto futon. I bagni pubblici erano così bello e ben mantenuto! Il personale qui è molto amichevole e attento. Se non avete prenotato la loro specializzata cena/Colazione, potete ancora fare la vostra ordinazione con 2 giorni di ordine avanzato sul desk front. Mi piace anche che forniscono la navetta gratuita alla stazione di check-out su richiesta! Sicuramente restare qui di nuovo se mai tornato nella zona 🫶🏼

Viaggiare con mia madre. Aveva un soggiorno brillante, anche se quel giorno c'erano super forte vento. Ci sono stati ristoranti perfettamente deliziosi vicino, solo 2 minuti di distanza era ootoya- eccellente cibo e servizio. Il ricevimento dell'hotel era così gentile e amichevole, e andò a lungo per aiutarci con il bagaglio e con la spedizione al nostro prossimo hotel. Anche mia madre ha alcune questioni di mobilità, quindi siamo felici di vedere la camera relativamente spaziale e più ampia del bagno normale. 100% consigliato! Un piccolo problema con il viaggio, non l'hotel, avrei apprezzato una bandiera più ovvia che il pagamento effettuato online è un deposito. L'uomo era piuttosto sconvolto quando ho detto che ho già pagato online perché dovete pagare di nuovo quando arrivate lì e poi ottenere un rimborso dal viaggio dopo il check-out. Si prega di essere al corrente di questo quando prenotate! Ma era la mia supervisione - anche se il viaggio VOGLIA sottolineare queste cose un po' più!

My wife and I visited this onsen resort in 2023 and we loved it. My wife especially likes the many onsens they have. We have always wanted to come here again and finally did after 3 years. Like three years ago, the room and facilities are very clean and well maintained everything just as they were. One thing did change and we are quite upset about it, is that the staff is not as enthusiastic as they were (there are some familiar faces, many new ones). I still recommend this place to everyone, Futaba is still the best compared to the other two onsen resorts we’ve visited in between. Hope they can figure out some way to motivate the staff and offer a better experience to guests.
