Giappone: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Prefettura di Akita

The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. There's a heater and dehumidifier in the room. Food is buffet breakfast and dinner. We were in the west wing which requires a bit of a walk to get to the room. And the main inconvenience is there is a flight of stairs to get up before having an elevator to the room floor. The outdoor onsen is in a different section to the indoor onsen. The hotel is certainly geared for skiers as everything closes during the middle of the day (souvenir shop, onsen). So make sure you have activities booked in advance. The website of the hotel is also a bit confusing with the number in-house activities available - be sure to check with the front counter first. Peak hour staff has good command in English but need translation for night staff. A few things of note: - the shuttle is very busy at the 3pm and 10am run - make sure you pre-book - there is a shuttle to tsurunoyu iriguchi onsen 鶴の湯温泉 from a bus stop near the hotel, no need to take the public bus

La stanza è stata considerata spaziosa rispetto agli hotel tipici in Giappone, che hanno reso il soggiorno molto confortevole, e hanno anche fornito tutte le attrezzature essenziali. La colazione è stata un'altra più, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni deliziose da scegliere. In generale, è stato un soggiorno confortevole e confortevole, e mi consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

We stayed two nights. It was a great experience. Room itself is good, bed is comfortable. Got onsen and free half portion of ramen and rice after 7:30pm, which is a bonus. Ramen is delicious. However, service for a part-time staff (a girl) was bad! This is the first time we experienced such bad service in Japan. First, her greeting was mean and rude, with no smile on her face and kind of ignoring the customer. Second, after we got the room key and get ready to take the elevator, we didn't know the way. She just kept ignoring us which a normal staff would show you the way to the elevator right after finished check-in. Lastly, after we entered into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was loosen. So we went down to the lobby to tell her about these. She was so unhelpful that she did not even want to come up to our room to see what happen, but just tild us to use the toilet in the lobby instead! At the end, luckily there was another senior full time staff just on duty, we told him about this, and he immediately went up to our room to see what happen. Will give this senior staff a 5 star. So other than that part-time staff (girl), all were pretty good.

A great time at this hotel. The staff were professional and the hotel was nicely done up. The room was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice too. Getting there in the snow with slush on the streets was not much fun though. Not too far from the train station, but still a decent distance away.

L'hotel è sul fianco della montagna, e Nyuto Onsen è sulla montagna. È meglio guidare da soli. Ci sono meno autobus, quindi è meglio controllare gli orari degli autobus! L'hotel termale è relativamente vecchio stile, le stanze sono molto grandi, ci vivono soprattutto giapponesi, pochi stranieri! Ma ci sono studenti cinesi che lavorano part-time! Nell'isolamento dell'hotel è custodita la statua del Bodhisattva Guanyin, raggiungibile in soli 5 minuti a piedi! Sia la cena che la colazione dell'hotel sono a buffet, il cibo è nella media, niente grandi sorprese! Al tramonto c'è un supermercato Aeon, quindi è meglio andare al supermercato di sinistra prima di entrare nell'hotel e poi salire sulla montagna!
