Il personale era estremamente utile, anche la ragazza dietro il contatore ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio. Il bar del colazione era bellissimo e meglio di quanto abbiamo visto in qualsiasi hotel. La stanza aveva una bella vista sul mare di Galilea. Volevamo un snack veloce alla notte e il personale ha indicato i luoghi in cui potevamo andare, poi ha offerto di chiamare per vedere se potevano ottenere un sconto per stare all'hotel. Non potevamo aspettarci un servizio migliore, in effetti hanno superato le nostre aspettative in ogni settore.

L'hotel Leonardo Club è stato ben situato e mi piaceva vedere il mare di Galilea dalla finestra. Il cibo era in abbondante fornitura e c'era una grande varietà, tra cui cose per vegani e vegetariani. La stanza era confortevole e pulita. Il servizio era buono, anche se non insoddisfacente come doveva chiedere che la mia stanza fosse pulita quando non era stata fatta entro le 3:00. Le strutture disponibili sono buone per le famiglie.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Ruth nei giorni in cui era gestito da Rimonim. Ora è con Dan Hotel e abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in luglio. L'albergo e le camere pubbliche sembrano molto aggiornate ed elegante. Colazione buffet eccellente e variabile. Orange per spruzzare per il succo fresco disponibile un giorno per noi, ma siamo stati troppo presto per loro il prossimo. Abbiamo avuto una cena di buffet di grande qualità (vale la pena di arrivare presto al ristorante) e avevamo intenzione di farlo la seconda notte, ma il ristorante di buffet è stato chiuso, sarebbe stato utile sapere. L'hotel dispone di un nuovo bar vinicolo, un luogo atmosferico, coltivato, situato in una cantina convertita. Ottima e vasta selezione di vini e un piccolo menu di piccoli morsi leggeri. Molto piacevole. Le camere erano molto pulite e le mobili non erano più sofisticate, ma le gambe della porta e i mobili erano un po' sconvolti e stanchi. Io credo che saranno rinnovati in tempo. Ci siamo fermati nelle camere Geffen e abbiamo avuto una bella vista sul valle. I giardini sono bellissimi e ci sono molte aree di seggio per rilassarsi. Non abbiamo usato la piscina questa volta.

We stayed here for 3 days on a half board basis. The check in process was seamless. Our room was quite spacious but cleanliness was not up to the mark. I found floss, and a couple small items under the sink. Our used coffee cups were not rinsed and used glasses were not taken away. We had to place these outside the room after which they were cleared. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections and variety. Dinner offering was limited on couple days due to Passover. Property has adult pool and kiddie pools with great views of the Sea of Galilee. Roof top bar offers great views of the city.

The ”edition” scent is everywhere and a lovely addition to the lobby and room ambiance. We're here when there are 4 hours of daylight a day, so the fact that the hotel and rooms are very dark only add punctuation to the already dark environment. The harbor room we're in has a gorgeous view of fishing boats and whale watching vessels. Shops, food, sight-seeing all within walking distance, but the streets are quite icy, so beware . . . Love the feel here in the city and in the hotel.

I wanted to book directly a bed in 8 bed dorms I saw online, so I just walked-in without a reservation and asked for a bed for the night. The receptionist and owner who attended that day said that due to a bug in the booking system it doesn't get an accurate read of the availability. I was very happy when they offered to upgrade me to a bed in a 4 bed dorm WITH bathroom/shower ensuite at the same price! Thank you!! They also offered recommendations for Falafel and fresh juice nearby. The room was great, with an air condition and even a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and functional. Linen and a towel included. There is a cool rooftop with a bar in the evening! Lots of communal space including a pool table and tv room. Strong wi-fi. The hostel is in a prime location, right at the heart and main streets of the cities, with supermarkets, restaurants, central bus station, and all bus stops to the various points of interest around the Sea of Galilee, and the beaches of course. Enjoyed every minute and will return!

The staff experience started with a long, patient and helpful call to reception when we booked our weekend; and continued throughout the weekend. The hotel is set away from the main hotel area by the lake and is about a 20 minute walk down to the shore. The rooms are a large size and are both clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of hots food and salads. We also enjoyed the swimming pool are in the late afternoon. The history of the hotel is an interesting read.
