Wooooounderfullll soggiorno a Aston Pasteur! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, il personale era benvenuto, e la posizione era super conveniente.

Excellent services from front office & incoming lobby. For restaurant need to be immproved for dinne especially monitor all customer orders serve as soon as possible

We booked the hotel without having high expectations and we were extremely well surprised. The location is very good of course. The staff very professional and welcoming. And I think the biggest surprise was the facilities for the kids: all what kids can dream of in a such condensed place: pool, slides, sandboxes, kids club and even a mini zoo. Most of the activities are free of charge and other are at a very reasonable price just to support the staff I think. Also, we made very nice friends there as many conferences and events are run. It is a very convenient place to have a break inside the city especially for families with young kids.

Abbiamo avuto recentemente l'opportunità di rimanere nel vostro hotel e in generale, apprezzo davvero l'ospitalità e le strutture fornite, ma vorrei condividere qualche feedback costruttivo sulle piastrelle in camera. Le mutandine erano troppo ferme e, purtroppo, hanno influenzato la qualità del sonno durante il mio soggiorno. Per un hotel di standard di Pullman, credo sarebbe bello offrire agli ospiti un menu di cucchiaio o almeno una scelta tra cucchiaio soft, mediano e firme, per soddisfare le diverse preferenze. Inoltre, le toletti si sentivano piuttosto sottili e non riflettevano il lussuoso standard che si aspettava di una proprietà Pullman. Per un hotel di questo calibro, credo sarebbe utile offrire opzioni per le mutandine più morbide e per gli ospiti di asciugamani più spesso e più comodi. Spero che questa proposta possa contribuire a migliorare l'esperienza complessiva degli ospiti in futuro. Camera di colazione approssimativa.

The check-in process was seamless, and we were warmly welcomed with drinks and genuine smiles. Hasbi attended to us throughout the sty and he has been exceptional. Our room was beautifully designed with modern touches and local charm. Immaculately clean, it featured a plush bed, a spacious balcony overlooking the lush greenery, and all the amenities one could need—including a stocked minibar,a dreamy rain shower and a bathtub overlooking the scenery. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Pak Handy also come down on the 2nd day to check on our hospitality. From the attentive housekeeping to the friendly restaurant staff, everyone made us feel like VIPs. Speaking of food—absolutely delicious! Every meal was a culinary experience, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and diverse options. Whether lounging by the pool with magnificent view and cooling weather and indulging in spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The peaceful ambiance and pristine surroundings made it feel like we had found our own private haven. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already planning our return And recommending to our family and friends. If you're looking for a getaway that blends luxury with nature and top-notch service, this resort is it. Five stars all the way!

SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!! È passato molto tempo dall'ultima volta che sono stato a Puncak, forse più di 15 anni, sono tornato di nuovo qui con i bambini e ho deciso di soggiornare al Royal Safari Garden, e questa è stata la scelta giusta. Posizione: molto strategica, con mini market, parco safari e punto ristoro. Servizi: completi!!! Non solo camere, ma mini zoo, spettacolo di uccelli, parco acquatico, colazione con animali, parco giochi, sala giochi e tanto altro. Servizio: tutti erano molto cordiali, a partire dalla sicurezza, alla reception, al concierge, al personale del ristorante, alla presenza in piscina, tutti erano molto bravi, cordiali e molto disponibili. Consiglio personale se potete fermarvi più di una notte perché non basterà pernottare, un hotel molto piacevole per una vacanza con la famiglia. Very good impression of my first stay at El Hotel Bandung. Was given a room upgrade and appreciate it very much. The room is clean, spacious and has a comfortable queen bed. Bathroom with a tub is also properly maintained. Only hitch was a bulb in the washroom fused but even after reporting the fault at the reception, it was not replaced. Breakfast served at the cafes were plentiful and service was good. Location is also good with many eateries around. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Bandung.

Questo era un posto confortevole e sicuro che mi ha dato tutto quello che ho fatto.

Noi adoriamo stare a Zest perché : 1. L'ubicazione vicino alla zona PVJ, RSHS e Pasteur. 2. Bagno pulito e bella camera. 3. Super amichevole personale. 4. Il tetto ha la miglior vista della città e MT. Tangkuban Parahu 5. Valore per denaro.

Wow, così felice che abbiamo deciso di rimanere a Margo. Grande posizione, tutto alla porta. Il personale era sorprendente, sempre pronto a aiutare, niente era un problema. La camera era di prima classe, molto pulita e ben guardata. Il letto era super comodo, la ricezione TV era un po 'in uscita, ma comprensibile quando ci si può wifi. Molto consiglia che se la vostra in Depok è la vostra prima scelta, sì un po 'più, ma vale la pena. Il pranzo era grande, molte scelte da tenere sia indonesiano che occidentale.
