Indonesia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Giava Occidentale

Stavo in questo hotel in una stretta strada. Purtroppo non era ben mantenuto. Le opzioni per la colazione erano limitate, e le tute e le lastre da letto erano sporche. Non una stanza pulita o rilassante.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

The hotel location quite close to centre. What i like most is the breakfast with menu super delicious and authentic Sunda food. Im staying for 6d5n and the breakfast menu change everyday. The downside is the lift not sufficient enough during peak season and u got que quite long and there’s no staff to handle the lift entry.

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

L'hotel era bello. Il colazione era molto buono. Ma la stanza era troppo piccola per me. Ma l'hotel interno era inclinato, come un castello. Potrebbe tornare la prossima volta.

L'hotel è situato nel grande centro commerciale, quindi è molto conveniente cercare un posto per mangiare o comprare qualcosa. L'hotel è un edificio vecchio e il sistema di drenaggio del bagno puzza davvero.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.
