Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

The experience was excellent. Booked this room specifically because the toilet uses a jet shower instead of a bidet, which was very comfortable and convenient for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and everything was delicious. The staff were very helpful and assisted with transferring our baggage when we had to change rooms for the next stay, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Love, love the experience — we would definitely stay here again.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Hilton Bandung e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale dall'inizio al termine. La camera era incredibilmente confortevole, spaziosa e ben mantenuta, offrendo tutto ciò che era necessario per un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il letto era confortevole, le strutture erano di prima vista, e io mi aspettavo di tornare in camera dopo un lungo giorno. Una delle principali priorità è stata la fantastica selezione di cibo: a colazione, al caffè o attraverso il servizio in camera, la varietà e la qualità dei piatti superavano le aspettative, e ogni pasto era un piacere. Ma ciò che è stato davvero scoperto è stato il servizio eccellente di tutta l'equipaggio. Dalle persone calde e professionali al centro della ricezione, alla squadra amichevole e attenta nel bar, e anche al personale cortese e benvenuto al lobby di entrata, tutti andarono di sopra e di là per assicurare un buon soggiorno. “Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . HOTEL BUILDING & FACILITIES APPEARANCE GOOD & LUXURY

Questa è la mia terza volta che sono stato in questo hotel. E'bello stare nella sala esecutivo. Purtroppo, è difficile dire che è grande per il prezzo. Le strutture e i servizi sono pochi per un hotel a quattro stelle, ma non c'è posto migliore per stare qui in cirebone. Il pranzo è un pasto locale, non basta per gli stranieri. C'è una piscina, ma non posso nuotare perché non posso indossare un costume da bagno perché è un paese islamico, quindi non c'è nessuno nella grande piscina. Il personale sorride sempre e si sente gentile.

Nice experience to have staycation during lebaean holiday. The facilities are well maintained, all the facilities and programs are dedicated for good quality guest experience. The breakfast is delicious and may variety. The room is comfortable. The pool is also great especially the long one.
