Stavo in questo hotel in una stretta strada. Purtroppo non era ben mantenuto. Le opzioni per la colazione erano limitate, e le tute e le lastre da letto erano sporche. Non una stanza pulita o rilassante.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

Il centro storico di Jalan Braga e il museo di conferenza Asia Africa, che si trovano a pochi passi, hanno un servizio eccellente e la mia camera da letto ha enormi finestre doppie di altezza che lasciano molta luce naturale.

The location is good but the area is Very congested. The noise from upper and lower floor are so loud, esp there's an event downstairs that the guests are very noisy

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

È un bell'hotel per le foto, l'hotel ha un aspetto fantastico, simile a un castello, tuttavia non dispone di prese elettriche internazionali.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno 2-day a Harris Hotel le camere erano pulite, spaziose e perfette per la nostra famiglia. I bambini amavano soprattutto la piscina e la colazione era molto diversa per tutti.

Un hotel molto accogliente. Perfetto per le vacanze e i viaggi familiari. Prenota piatti più alti per avere una migliore vista sulla città di Bandung dalla tua stanza. Il colazione era eccezionale, anche il personale era utile.

It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.
