Kebersihan ,lokasi ,dan layanan bagus,karena hotel baru .untuk fasilitas tempat tidur dan bantal kurang nyaman,karena ukuran bantal kepala terlalu besar sehingga susah untuk saya tidur nyaman.

their location is very good, accross open field, perfect for workout (outdoor walk) by morning or afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful. also the room is clean I've tried their breakfast buffet, so delicious they have local specialty foods, and it is nice able to try them. keep up the good work

Since 2017, the Swiss-Belinn Luwuk is the place we always stay whenever we are in Luwuk. We are always welcomed very pleasantly every time we come back.. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. From the receptionist Yunia, to Rini, Sherley, Rheza and specially ELL who are always smiling and attentive, in the restaurant at the buffet breakfast (which is plentiful and has good variety) The only downside was some of the food quality from the ”a la carte menu” in the restaurant in the evening and how long it took to produce the food. For example it took 40 minutes to an hour to make Nasi Goreng. I also ordered a whole fish on two occasions and it almost inedible. The rooms are still well appointed. With comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Overall, if I am visiting Luwuk I will continue to stay at the Swissbel.

For this low price, this hotel is the best deal you can find in Palu. However, I don't understand why they don't charge around Rp 50,000 more, including breakfast. There's a nice room with chairs and tables that wasn't used the entire week of my stay. A delicious breakfast could be served there. When I leave my hotel in the morning, I can't find breakfast anywhere nearby. All the foodstalls don't open until the afternoon. So if you stay here for a few days, you'll really have a hard time finding breakfast. Like everywhere else in Indonesia, this hotel doesn't have any information about tourist attractions. Everyone benefits by offering food, drinks, souvenirs, and so on. But in Indonesia, no one seems to understand the importance of tourism.
