Sarebbe bello se l'hotel fornisca biancheria da faccia, assicurarsi che la vasca da doccia e lo shampoo siano alzati ogni giorno nella loro custodia, l'hotel offre biancheria da faccia e schermi solari dal sole mattina presto.

Il buffet e l'ospitalità del personale sono eccellenti e tra i migliori 4 e 5 stelle hotel , che ho soggiornato finora. L'hotel è ben situato con facile trasporto di Grab & Taxi (a prezzi molto buoni). La camera è grande e fa fronte al mare. Il governo dovrebbe tuttavia fornire un certo sostegno per installare luci di traffico per facilitare gli utenti stradali che attraversano le strade chiave. Il personale che merita menzioni speciali comprende Handika (Manager di dovere) e Indra (pool).

Overall experience is good with friendly staff and pleasant environment. Service: reached hotel at 2, was told room is under cleaning. Waited till 3:30 then was informed only 1 room is ready. The other room still need 5-10 minutes.o Cleanliness: not very clean, blanket found stain and hair. Toilet bowl unable to flush completely. Good thing is the front desk staff quickly arranged for repair and change. Food: breakfast has wide range of choice, taste is normal, but all the fruit juice and welcome drinks are fresh and nice. Location: 10 minutes drive from ferry terminal but hotel itself is not walking distance to any shopping malls. Good thing in Batam is Grab is VERY fast and cheap.

Situazione grande 👍🏼 Grand Batam Mall è proprio accanto a & molte opzioni di massaggio disponibili nelle vicinanze. La stanza non era pronta fino alle 3:00 . Aveva una stanza di aggiornamento come stavo celebrando il mio compleanno e torta gratuita anche . La stanza è abbastanza spaziosa per 2, TV in grado di trasmettere YouTube & Netflix. Sotto è l'aria su gets hot in the night & bedboard aveva qualche tintura .. eccetto quella stanza è ok. La colazione ha abbastanza opzione e riempire molto rapidamente solo la zona del colazione è molto piccola, quindi pianifica il colazione già. In generale, un buon soggiorno per il prezzo pagato.

Good service from reception staff. Housekeeping request attended to promptly. Friendly service in restaurant for dinner. Breakfast had plenty of choices, mix of east and western food. Good location. Many eating options and convenience stores nearby. Brand new hotel so room was in great condition, very comfortable. Hope managment maintains this standard. Room doors could be soundproofed better as morning prayers from nearby mosque and other guests talking in the open hallway were disruptive late at night and early morning.

Tutti i locali sono molto accoglienti e sorridenti che si sente grande il momento in cui sono entrato. Ci sono band vive nel lobby di Fri/Sat e sono grandi! La stanza è pulita e grande e la posizione è accessibile ovunque. C'è un mercato mattinale proprio intorno all'hotel e un negozio di comodità proprio davanti.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belhotel Batam. The Deluxe Room was large, clean, and very spacious, which made our trip very comfortable. A big thank you to Tesa, who was extremely kind and thoughtful. She helped us prearrange an anniversary surprise with a beautiful flower setup in the room. Her warm hospitality really made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service in Batam!

Il personale è amichevole e accogliente. Non è stato possibile ottenere tutti i loro nomi, compresi quelli che sono a Xana Bar, ma sono tutti benvenuti! Chevalier Bhuraman e Stella al principale contore sono molto gentili e professionali. Sono stati i primi due membri del personale che ci hanno accolto con favore :) Il posto è perfetto per rilassarsi. Amiamo lo stile e le vibrazioni domestiche della loro stanza. Apprezziamo che ci offrono di controllare in anticipo senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Ci sono davvero goditi la piscina infinita e la spiaggia di sabbia fine. Siamo lieti di aver sperimentato l'attività di rilascio della tartaruga marina che ha reso il soggiorno più significativo. Solo auspichiamo di trascorrere più tempo per rilassarci mentre beveva a Xana Bar, ma la pioggia è venuta con noi. Il buffet è stato un pranzo molto buono e il prezzo dei cibi è stato ragionevole. La posizione non è vicina a un luogo, ma molto accessibile con gratta (che hanno lanciato solo lo scorso maggio intorno alla zona), e hanno servizio di navetta gratuito dal terminal Ferry, quindi è anche senza problemi. Sicuramente prenotera' questo hotel di nuovo. Molto raccomandato per soggiorni bassi chiave. :)
