The hotel has some lovely features, it is a shame that the bedrooms aren’t cleaner and decorated / upgraded more. Evening entertainment is a bonus and staff are generally very helpful and pleasant.

Very conveniently located, spacious car park but standard breakfast, a definite choice for transit travellers. Stayed here with for one night, hotel is clean and room was spacious with styled furniture. Breakfast lacked a bit variety. Beds were hard. There were some events there at the same time we were checking out so it was a bit busy in the reception area.

This hotel has very old features but inside the rooms are big spacious and warm The bed although a double was twin beds pushed together which is very annoying as you slide into The middle of the bed and it’s uncomfy. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and had no empathy I had to walk back and forth from my room 3 times to sort out an issue and then the spa was another issue which finally got resolved So basically it’s a lovely hotel but the staff need to be retrained or understand customers better and the duty manager who was on duty too.

Perfect location for my needs , really polite friendly staff , nice warm room , really happy with my choice will definitely return when I have to visit this area again

Good facilities such as pools and sauna as always, but rare choices of breakfast buffet, stay 4 nights but had to request reception on the first day to third day for tidying up the room

Great location. Room was small and basic, but had everything needed for a quick stay. Location is ideal for visiting the city. Staff were really helpful.

Se sei disabili, puoi lasciare la mia principale entrata, ma non puoi parcheggiare. Non c'è ascensore all'hotel, quindi se è disabile, dovrai chiedere una stanza di pavimento. Non sapevo che non c'era ascensore, quindi hanno dovuto cambiare rapidamente la mia stanza di sopra al pavimento. Lo hanno fatto senza sforzo, nonostante fossero completamente prenotati. La stanza si è scioccata inconfortabile, così ho tenuto la finestra aperta e ho usato un freschiero d'aria. Non c'era nessuna remota per la TV, e quando hanno trovato una remota, la TV non funzionava, hanno portato in un secondo televisore e il manager era un uomo stupendo che mi ha fatto ridere quando ha cercato di risolvere i problemi. La cena era buona.Sono rimasto due giorni.Tornerei.

Very warm in the Hotel. Some windows were sxrewed shut and some didnt open. Bus and tram stop outside the Hotel. Promenade needs council to spruce it up. Reception was very busy needs 2/3 staff on. It was a pleasant stay everything you need was in the room. Even a fan, which we needed as window didnt open.

First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.
