Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di Newport

Molto carino e festivo. In generale abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno, ma molto costoso e alcune piccole cose. Dovevi prenotare ristoranti e spa che significavano che non potevamo usare il spa, e alcuni ristoranti, mentre prenotiamo il viaggio di mattina e non abbiamo lasciato alcuna prenotazione, dovevamo avere un servizio in camera che ci voleva più di un'ora e mezza per sandwich e nessun cibo caldo dopo le 22:30. Breakfast buono, anche se molto lungo aspettare 40 minuti al giorno di partenza abbiamo usato il ristorante della firma come Olive/main ristorante anche più occupato. Il bar con cantante e musicista era rilassante e offreva solo quello che cercavamo, ma meno di 16 sterline per cocktail è forte. Abbiamo usato la sala di firma per un prosecco gratuito (tra 4-6) il giorno dell'arrivo, ma chiuso presto, in modo che non sia mai più utilizzato. Le piccole cose in camera - mai riempite di acqua, biscotti Welsh o vino per cui abbiamo migliorato. Nessuna squadra di coperchio e telefono non ha funzionato per chiamare il custode, ha trovato un membro del personale e aspettato un'ora e non è ancora arrivato, quindi abbiamo preso il vino per aprirlo. Non si può collegare allo schermo se si usano mele, solo androide? Nessun flanelli nel bagno e nessun bagno a bolle per il bagno che era una vergogna. La maggior parte del personale amichevole, anche se alcuni hanno avuto un piccolo atteggiamento alla ricezione quando abbiamo chiesto di basi come l'acqua. Concierge è stato utile e amichevole. Torneremmo indietro (che abbiamo già visitato prima) e chiederemmo l'aggiornamento alle stanze di firma.

Esperienza piuttosto negativa su questo  Arrivato all'hotel 11.45am dopo un viaggio di 20 ore, che si aspetta di essere in grado di controllare in qualsiasi momento dopo le 11:00 come consigliato dal viaggio  L'hoteler ha detto che non era possibile o il caso e ha accusato il viaggio  Dopo aver espresso la nostra insoddisfazione, si chiedeva se potremmo lasciare la risposta del bagaglio sì per un costo di 5 sterline  Noi abbiamo rifiutato questo  Ci è stato detto che potevamo accedere a 12 per un'ulteriore  25 sterline al quale abbiamo rifiutato  Così ci siamo camminati con il nostro bagaglio in un pub locale  Ho ricevuto una chiamata per dire che c'era una stanza così controllata alle 1:00  Quindi, in tutto non siamo stati felici a tutti  L'hotel è in posizione centrale  Niente male nulla di grande su di esso quasi come classe come una camera deluxe  Mostra in foto  Decente colazione ma probabilmente non sarebbe tornato a visitare a causa della nostra esperienza  Quindi tutti in tutti i 5 su 10 esperienze 😞

Nice big bed , nice room , bathroom definitely needs upgrading tho , the grab rail on the side of the bath was rusted and exposed metal , shower dials are ancient, could definitely do with plug sockets on the sides of the bed to change your phone etc , no air con instructions but did figure it out , inside of the windows soaking wet in the morning but that's normal given the time of the year , paint around the main door was flaking off so needs a little maintenance , but it didn't put any bad feelings in out stay at all , just little things to point out , staff were lovely and friendly , hotel in general was fantastic , excellent breakfast served buffet style , room service was easy and meals were delicious with reasonable prices and staff were great , would definitely stay again was a great valentine's weekend , thankyou to everyone there

Hotel moderno e pulito. Colazione a buffet medio è extra £13 servito dalle 06:30 di settimana e 07:00 di fine settimana. Menu serale si sentiva limitata scelta e prezzo. Grande doccia di testa piovana. Veramente comoda letto, padella e cuscini. Purtroppo, il parcheggio è un extra di 12 sterline per notte che non potevo trovare pubblicizzato al momento della prenotazione e mi sento solo invidioso!

Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

Some of the frontline staff charged me a different card payment than the booking agent had agreed to. This made me feel very confused. Fortunately, their senior management, Mr. Deepy, listened patiently to my explanation and understood my discounted room rate. He explained everything clearly and eased my worries. After a few days, the card was finally charged correctly.

Per la seconda volta ci siamo fermati qui. Al di là del M4 così super comodo. Ottimo servizio con un sorriso. Pulizia. Se avesse un popolare, sarebbe stato perfetto.

Nice hotel, comfy rooms, good base for Newport and Cardiff area. Homely, family vibe.  Have been before and would return. Great cooked breakfast with fried bread!

Grande camera, grande personale e grande posizione nel cuore di Caerleon. Ha anche uno dei migliori ristoranti della zona. Molto consigliata
