Francia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Nuova Aquitania

Hello, I'm going to write in English and French. Here's the pro about apparteo (Good location next to the bassins a flot, really nice view during my stay which you could see a beautiful sunset 🌇 , bus station just in front of the hotel and not too far away the tram station cité du vin which is only 5 Stations away from Center of Bordeaux, you have also Les hangars not far away which is one of the most peaceful place to walk day or night, I mean Apparteo position is actually really good, everything looked clean except a few things but doesn't bother, it is a also a residence of students) Now about the cons, if someone didn't help me, I couldn't have entered the building nor having access to do the check-in, in fact you need a pin code that I Never received which the card of your room is inside with other card which can be a little bit odd, anyway can have access to it, the office was close each time I try to check someone no matter the time, the smell in the bathroom was really unpleasant but I could manage to get over it from opening every window and little perfume, but it come back if I keep the door close of the bathroom The table where I was eating was moving a lot, but honestly other than those few cons that can be managed, it was a really pleasant stay, I enjoyed a lot and could sleep really well, calm, peaceful, nice view I highly recommend this place as the few cons can be solved easily, just wished to see someone at the reception and it would have been even better. Voici les bons de l'établissement Apparteo, celui-ci est vraiment très bien situé proche des bassins à flots, la chambre qui m'a été attribué avait une excellente vue avec un couché de soleil vraiment magnifique et apaisant, il y a une station de bus juste devant l'hôtel et la station de tram cité du vin n'est pas loin, celle-ci est à seulement 5 Stations du centre de Bordeaux , pas très loin il y a aussi les hangars, belle promenade de jour comme de nuit, honnêtement Apparteo est très bien positionné, tout été assez propre malgré de légers défauts, Apparteo est aussi une résidence étudiante. Maintenant pour la mauvaise parti, heureusement qu'une personne qui séjournent dans l'établissement m'a aider sinon je n'aurai pas eu l'accès à celui-ci ni eu la possibilité de récupérer ma réservation de chambre, surtout qu'il y a besoin d'un code pour ouvrir la boîte où se trouve enveloppe pour la carte de chambre, le problème ici c'est qu'il y a aussi les réservations d'autres personnes accessible, je pense qu'il faudrait sécurisé un peu plus l'accès à ses informations, du coup ni a mon arrivée ni a mon départ je n'ai pu croisé de réceptionniste, il y avait aussi une odeur assez désagréable dans la salle de bain / toilette, ouvrir les fenêtres et mettre un peu de parfum à pu atténuer l'odeur mais celle-ci revenez si je fermé la porte de la salle de bain, la table à manger été assez instable mais en dehors de cela , le séjour été vraiment agréable, belle endroit, assez calme, fan des bassins à flot, la vue incroyable, bref excellent de se côté là Au final je recommande totalement Apparteo malgré les petits défauts qui peuvent être résolu assez rapidement avec de la volonté, vraiment dommage que je n'ai pu croisé personne a la réception. Hotel is about 3km out of town, it is walkable but no bus routes. Receptionist was friendly and spoke English which was helpful. We needed a taxi to get to the airport and she kindly joined us with a solo traveller, however the taxi was €25 which was expensive. The hotel reception has chairs and tables with glass cabinets full of board games with wooden games on selected tables to use. This doesn’t appear to be advertised which is a shame. The lift was very creaky, it jolted several times to go up one floor. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very compact. The window was able to be opened for fresh air but there was no way to stop anyone looking in without having the curtains drawn. The room was Clean with duvet, spare pillows, wardrobe and luggage rack, but no air conditioning. The TV only plays French tv with no way to stream anything English not even news so don’t rely on that for entertainment. Coffee facilities were there but were small paper cups and one small carton of milk per person. The bathroom was compact with a shower over bath but there were no hand rails to help you to get into or out of the bath, the bath sides were quite high so no great for anyone with limited mobility. A glass screen was at the side of the sink and the shower had to be held in your hand as no hook to put it high enough to use separately. Shower gel was a refillable container on the wall, too high to reach if sitting in the bath. The swimming pool that is advertised was closed and is unlikely to be open before June and the pool area looked neglected as hadn’t been cleaned since winter. Breakfast was continental, sweet bread, croissants, wheat bread and sliced baguette, ham and cheese, yogurts fresh fruit and a boiler for eggs. It wasn’t clear how to boil the eggs and several of us had to guess at how boiled the eggs were as no instructions to turn the water up to boiling. The bar and restaurant is next door, it has a limited menu so we went to town for dinner. There is apparently an escape room in the bar and a billiard table. This hotel is an ideal stop for the night before your flight, or if you are travelling with a car as the walk to the hotel is along a road with no proper path. There is Uber available that cost about 11€ to get to town.

Per una squadra di competizione transnazionale, un microonde, una cucina e un frigorifero possono risolvere troppo problemi. Naturalmente, è meglio avere un forno e una lavatrice. Il letto della camera da letto è buono, ma il divano è davvero insopportabile. Il condizionamento è molto confortevole nei momenti più caldi. C'è una casa di Leather intorno, ma il prezzo è prezioso e il prezzo è supermercato, il tram deve sedersi in due stazioni, ma va bene andare in passato. Dopo che l'acqua di scarico francese è bruciata, ci sono molte acque di scarico, e se non posso accettarla, comprare acqua pulita.

L'Hilton è sempre una garanzia: Reception cortese e professionale (ho chiesto se si potevano mettere i punti Hilton Honour alla nostra prenotazione ed avendo prenotato con lo stesso nome dell'account Hilton, hanno detto che si poteva...quindi, speranzosi, attendiamo nei prossimi giorni l'aggiornamento dei punti) Servizio colazione eccellente con scelta varia e abbondante di salato e dolci: si possono fare i waffle sul momento, presente anche assaggini di gastronomia locale come le canneles e c'è una macchina che sforna pancakes sul momento oltre agli immancabili croissant e pain au chocolat e tra le bevande anche la scelta di succo di mango (che non si trova certamente in tutti gli hotel). Servizio fitness, lavanderia etc... e se si dimentica lo spazzolino o altro si può comprare direttamente all'hotel dove c'è l'angolo ”Grab & Go” dove si possono comprare anche i gelati. Altrimenti nelle vicinanze c'è un Carrefour City. Pur arrivando verso le 18:00 di venerdì, siamo riusciti a trovare parcheggio sulla strada davanti all'hotel pagando la macchinetta circa 2 o 3 eur per stare fino alle 9:20 del mattino... Davvero ottimo se arrivi in macchina e se non devi stare l'intera giornata. Altrimenti ci sarebbe anche il parcheggio sotterraneo sottostante all'Hilton Pulizia impeccabile dovunque, peccato che ci sia capitata una camera con alcune macchie sulla moquette, segni sui muri e della muffa nei bordi nella doccia. Stanza spaziosa, adatta per famiglie che hanno un figlio già grandino e che necessita di un po' di privacy: tutti nella stessa stanza ma ciascuno con il proprio televisore, divisi giusto da una parete. Molto Zen la scelta della palette dei colori in tutti gli ambienti dell'hotel. Siamo stati davvero molto bene e spero di tornarci presto... Peccato solo che sia un po' distante dal centro città, ma con la macchina e per quello di cui avevamo bisogno era perfetta. Grazie Hilton e soprattutto grazie a tutto il personale che ci lavora per aver reso il nostro breve soggiorno indimenticabile.

L’hôtel est très bien : propre, accueillant et situé à proximité du Futuroscope. En revanche, nous avons rencontré un petit souci lors de la réservation via le site. Pour 5 personnes, on nous a attribué deux chambres doubles. Nous pensions qu’un lit d’appoint serait ajouté, comme c’est le cas dans de nombreux hôtels, mais ce n’était pas possible ici. L’établissement nous a expliqué que le site n’aurait pas dû proposer cette configuration, car il n’y avait pas assez de couchages. Nous avons gardé notre calme pour ne pas gâcher notre séjour, mais je trouve incorrect que le site nous demande de payer un supplément pour changer de chambre alors que l’erreur venait de leur côté. Heureusement, l’hôtel a été compréhensif et nous a autorisés à rester dans les chambres réservées. Grâce à leur gentillesse, notre séjour s’est bien passé malgré ce désagrément.

Residence hotel, cucina, frigorifero e TV sono tutti disponibili. Per me, che sono abituato a vivere in appartamenti a Parigi, mi sono sentito molto bene e familiare. La stanza è relativamente grande, probabilmente 20 metri quadrati, e i vestiti possono essere lavati e asciugati durante la notte. Un'ottima scelta per un viaggio di più giorni a Bordeaux!

Delusione. La stanza era piccola, i mobili erano stanchi e in grande bisogno di riparazione. Per entrare nel bagno, uno deve mettere una gamba con l’altra gamba fuori e, con la porta semi aperta, portare l’altra gamba - è l’unico modo per entrare. La qualità della camera è molto più bassa rispetto a un tipo di hotel analogo nella maggior parte degli altri paesi, mentre il prezzo è notevolmente più alto. Il parcheggio sotterraneo più vicino è un po' lontano e molto costoso, tutto costoso in quel paese, mentre la qualità della vita è inferiore rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri paesi europei. Molte persone, davvero, in strada! Li vedi vendere in tutto il mondo dei drink autofatti, ma quando torni pochi minuti dopo sono andati tutti - presumibilmente sbattuti via dalla polizia. Visto anche molti senzatetto che dormono fuori, il risultato è incompetenza e malgestione da parte del suo partner di vita, apparentemente. Il tenore di vita in questa città è notevolmente deteriorato rispetto a quello che era il caso 5-10 anni fa. La posizione e la zona circostante sono OK, tuttavia, richiede 15-20 di camminare verso la maggior parte dei siti principali.

Questo hotel è situato nel cuore del centro storico di Bordeaux. Non ci sono parcheggi nel centro storico di Bordeaux e la polizia lungo la strada è molto impegnata. Ci sono molti agenti di polizia che sono stati denunciati e ripuliscono i veicoli parcheggiati illegalmente. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché dispone di un ampio parcheggio privato, a pagamento. Ma molto conveniente. Abbiamo girato tutto il centro storico di Bordeaux. L'auto è stata lasciata nel parcheggio dell'hotel. L'hotel dispone anche di una piccola cucina dove potrete cucinare i vostri pasti o semplicemente scaldarli nel microonde. Ma la bistecca a Bordeaux è così deliziosa. Abbiamo mangiato tutti fuori.

Arrivato tardi da un volo e lasciato presto. Accesso facile. Hotel e camera erano un po' stanca ma generalmente bene. Era caldo e la finestra era stata lasciata aperta e i mosquiti erano entrati in modo che non dormivano molto bene. Non sono sicuro che sarei rimasto.

🟢 The location was very convenient and easy to travel around. We parked there and then used the tramway to get around. Convenient and easy. The inside of the building looks fresh and good. The rooms were quite big so we could spread everywhere. Surprised to see the toilets and showers separated, but enjoyable. Large choice for the breakfast for 18€ but had to wait sometimes for refill. 🔴 the staff wasn't really friendly except if you were the one to do your approach and talk to them. There was an alarm early morning during our stay and no-one was at the reception to greet us and tell us if we had to evacuate or anything. When we (other clients and us) told the réceptionnist it wasn't normal she got upset and replied back instead of apologising or anything. The staff didn't know what they were supposed to do in this case. Not reassuring if there's an actual fire someday. 🟡 cleaning wasn't amazing but could have been worse so no comment on that.
