Eccellente! L'hotel è proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria. Il personale della reception è stato incredibilmente disponibile, assistendomi in modo scrupoloso nel check-in e persino offrendomi un upgrade della camera. Anche la colazione era molto buona e pulita. Altamente consigliato!

Colazione non fresca . yaourth tede.
Non c'è salato per colazione domenica mattina.
Non c'è igiene per il pane, tutti lo toccano per poterlo tagliare.
Camera letto orientale faccia a faccia la finestra con balcone attraversando. Tutti godono delle viste sulla camera.
Nessuna aria condizionata, era molto caldo ma impossibile aprire la finestra il mondo passa sul balcone.
Purtroppo il quadro verde esterno è bello.
Molto deluso.

Tutto molto bene. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte; per un soggiorno più lungo, un po' più di spazio sarebbe stato gradito.
Abbiamo guidato un po' per arrivarci; il GPS non ci ha fornito indicazioni per il parcheggio.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.

My family drove from Paris to Reims and to Strasbourg so we stayed in the middle of our route Metz which is a lovely little town. This hotel has parking lot, close to Christmas market, provides breakfast which are all we needed.

Ci siamo fermati per una notte in questa struttura, che abbiamo trovato molto accogliente. Personale gentile, posizione veramente centrale, comoda anche da raggiungere con la macchina (abbiamo parcheggiato nel parcheggio a pagamento indicato da loro, per una notte abbiamo speso €9,20, un costo onesto).
C'è anche la possibilità di utilizzare la sauna a €9 aggiuntivi a testa, ma purtroppo non siamo riusciti in quanto siamo arrivati troppo tardi.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene!

PPorcupine12tradeIo viaggiavo con mia figlia (gioventù), la nostra priorità per l'hotel è la posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e sicura per 2 donne viaggiatori. La posizione di Le Grand è fantastica, proprio al di là della stazione ferroviaria e accanto alle strade camminate, tutto era a passeggiata. Prendere il metro locale è anche molto conveniente, perché è proprio alla stazione ferroviaria principale. Il buffet di colazione è stato anche buono.

DDataworldCominciamo dagli aspetti positivi. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma tenete presente che si sentono i treni. Non è possibile arrivarci direttamente in tram; bisogna percorrere un tratto a piedi.
La camera è dotata di forno a microonde, bollitore e fornelli. Tuttavia, ci sono pochi elettrodomestici. Non c'è asciugacapelli né ferro da stiro. La camera è piuttosto vecchia e non ha una cappa aspirante, quindi i mobili sono gonfi per l'umidità e piuttosto mal tenuti. Le prese elettriche erano rotte, il che indica che l'hotel non è ben tenuto.
Il lavello della cucina non scaricava bene, quindi ho dovuto usare il lavandino del bagno per lavare i piatti.
Per il prezzo, la camera era molto costosa.
Nella foto, ho contrassegnato le camere con problemi con delle frecce.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

UUtente ospiteHad a change of plans and was not able to make this trip to Reims and therefore wanted to try cancel with Trip.com despite booking a non cancellable reservation. In the end, it was sadly not possible as the parties involved were unwilling to be accommodating so in the end I had to rearrange my schedule to avoid losing USD 200.
The gentleman at the front desk when we arrived was friendly and welcoming. He suggested we use the entrance with the ramp to bring up our luggage instead of the more conspicuous swing doors.
The room was on 6F and was ok. For the price I was hoping for more space. There is a weird shelf ledge against the wall where the TV is that was spanning across multiple walls that was annoying and dangerous since it was set at around 1.5 meters high off the ground. I bumped my shoulder a few times so it really is a hazard and should be removed if it isn’t purposeful.
The room is otherwise furnished in a modern and simple way. Wooden floors and plain wall tiles make it look clean and well kept.
The LED lighting strips in the walls and ceiling are distracting and would be better to be removed. It’s hard to watch TV with the glare and reflections off the flatscreen.
Minimal amenities and breakfast not included. Shower pressure was not strong and so I took longer than usual.
All in all, I would imagine this to be 20-30% cheaper for what was on offer in terms of experience and furnishings.

EExploreWithMoThe location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

HHII HION TUNGThe hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

UUtente anonimoI stayed in this hotel just one night, it's was near from Airport Basel. The right way is going to the Europcar shop and than go to out side, there is a upstairs, go to the parking 🅿️ and than the tunnel going to the Hotel, because the Google maps don't work very well and don't gave us this option to walk. This way will make your time better. Anyway the hotel was very nice and clear, for one night it's comfortable.
