Colazione non fresca . yaourth tede.
Non c'è salato per colazione domenica mattina.
Non c'è igiene per il pane, tutti lo toccano per poterlo tagliare.
Camera letto orientale faccia a faccia la finestra con balcone attraversando. Tutti godono delle viste sulla camera.
Nessuna aria condizionata, era molto caldo ma impossibile aprire la finestra il mondo passa sul balcone.
Purtroppo il quadro verde esterno è bello.

我們到歐洲自駕遊的旅途中在這裏留下了深刻的美好印象。酒店內裝飾具有法蘭西傳統藝術風格，古樸中流露着浪漫與熱情。前台的帥哥更是給予我們很熱情親切的接待，先讓我們看了房間，介紹了生活設施。房間用品都很乾凈，暖氣也很熱，這對於冬季自駕遊的我們來説很重要。酒店的位置距離商業中心很近，環境幽靜，交通便利。周圍還有大型超市，購物也非常便利。院內有寬敞的停車場，還是免費的，晚上要關閉院落大門，因此給人安全感。我們很喜歡這家酒店，原來訂1天，後來又續訂1天。由於大意，在續訂時我們發生了重複下單的失誤，帥哥為我們及時糾正，避免了損失。
選擇這家酒店，是我們旅途中的一次幸運。祝酒店生意興隆！聖誕快樂！

Voor première classe een nette kamer met nette badkamer en normale douche. Douche is lekker, wel klein. Receptie op de 6e étage. Ramen kunnen niet open, waarschijnlijk vanwege de veiligheid. Dichtbij supermarkten en bakker en het centrum. Goede, ruime overdekte parkeergelegenheid. Beste om bij reservering kamer te vragen die niet aan de kant van de snelweg is. Andere kant is veel rustiger.

Un gioiello nascosto nel cuore di Mulhouse
Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno qui! La posizione è imbattibile: proprio nel cuore di Mulhouse, a pochi passi da tutto, ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e accogliente.
Il design degli interni dell'hotel è davvero unico: ogni spazio, dalla hall alle camere, ha il suo carattere e il suo fascino, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Si percepisce la creatività e la cura che sono state impiegate per renderlo allo stesso tempo elegante e accogliente.
La colazione era ricca e varia, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti freschi e gustosi.
E il livello del servizio è stato eccezionale: davvero professionale, gentile e attento durante tutto il nostro soggiorno.
Questo sarà sicuramente il nostro posto la prossima volta che visiteremo la zona. Altamente raccomandato a chiunque cerchi comfort e personalità!

Mooi en netjes onderhouden hotel.
Vriendelijke bediening.
Ontbijt was goed maar zeker niet super.
Had dit zeker veel beter verwacht.

Otel çok merkezi bir konumdaydı, oda çok temizdi, tren istasyonuna ve merkeze çok yakındı, odada buzdolabı yoktu, internet sayfalarında da yoktu, çok sakindi ve sessiz olduğu için güzel dinlendik, sade ve temiz bir odaydı. Personel yardımseverdi, odaya giriş saat 15:00 olmasına rağmen otele geldiğimizde yorgunluktan migrenim tutmuştu ve saat 14:00 te odaya geçtik, ayrıca bunun için teşekkür ederim.

Établissement bien placé, difficile de se garer proches de l hôtel.Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport aux nombres de personnes qui déjeunent. Mieux vaut arriver de bonne heure si vous voulez avoir quelque-chose à manger ??. Chambre correcte. Éviter les chambres en bout de couloir près des sorties afin d Éviter le claquement de la porte d'escalier.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

I stayed at Le Grand Hôtel Strasbourg from October 5–6, 2025 (Room 317). What happened that night was unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a three-star one.
At around 2:00 a.m., I was abruptly awakened by loud knocking. The man outside refused to identify himself, only saying, “You called for something; I’m bringing it to you”. I hadn’t requested anything. He refused to give his name, and I couldn’t confirm who he was with no peephole. He then asked, “Are you a Chinese man in Room 317?” I am a Chinese woman travelling alone. When I said no, he replied, “Oh, maybe you exchanged rooms, or maybe someone made a joke” and left.
I tried to call reception using the bedside phone, but it was broken. I then used my mobile to call the number on Google Maps; the same man answered, confirming only then that he was a hotel employee. He said a “Chinese man” had called asking for help, said he was in 317, and asked the receptionist to come because he had disabilities. Instead of verifying this request (which in the end turned to be from a guest in ibis hotel), receptionist simply checked the hotel system, read my full name aloud, assumed it was correct because it “looked Chinese”, and came knocking at 2 am.
When I asked whether he confirmed the caller’s name, he said, “We don’t usually ask the names of our guests”. He also refused to tell me his own name. Only the next morning did the manager say his name was “Francis”. When I asked for his surname, she replied, “That’s the name he goes by here”.
This entire event shows serious failures in safety, professionalism, and privacy:
-No night security protocol; staff knock on guests’ doors at 2 a.m. without verification.
-Broken in-room phone and no peephole reflect clear safety risks.
-The employee failed to confirm the caller’s identity.
-He accessed and disclosed my full name aloud, a privacy violation.
-His assumption that a Chinese name equals a Chinese man reveals racial and gender discrimination.
-He tried to distribute the responsibility to me, someone woken up BY him, instead of apologizing.
GOOD NEWS: The manager’s vague answer about his identity shows the hotel's good protection of personal privacy. It's just the privacy had nothing to do with its guests.
Because of this, I spent the night feeling unsafe and could not sleep until 4 a.m. I have neurasthenia, and being awakened like this caused serious distress. The next morning, the reception manager admitted that proper protocol requires checking a guest’s name before approaching their room — meaning this employee ignored standard procedure entirely. She kept repeating, “this is the first time this has ever happened to us”. This statement once again showed the amazing corporate culture of this hotel: distributing their responsibility onto innocent guest. She tried to make the incident seem as an isolated case rather than a systemic issue. But if their training were truly professionally standardised, such a mistake could never have happened.
The whole thing WAS a systemic problem: poor staff training, lack of supervision, and disregard for privacy and guest safety. The hotel was unable to distinguish between internal and external calls, meaning they can’t verify where a call comes from. If the man at my door had not been an employee, I would have had no way to protect myself.
Guests deserve safety, transparency, and respect — not fear, negligence, and discrimination. Until this hotel takes responsibility and implements real safety measures, there will still be danger of another guest being disturbed at 2 am, there will still be invasion of privacy by its staff, and there will still be chances of wasting your money only to get no rest over night and mental distress.

DDataworldCominciamo dagli aspetti positivi. L'hotel si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma tenete presente che si sentono i treni. Non è possibile arrivarci direttamente in tram; bisogna percorrere un tratto a piedi.
La camera è dotata di forno a microonde, bollitore e fornelli. Tuttavia, ci sono pochi elettrodomestici. Non c'è asciugacapelli né ferro da stiro. La camera è piuttosto vecchia e non ha una cappa aspirante, quindi i mobili sono gonfi per l'umidità e piuttosto mal tenuti. Le prese elettriche erano rotte, il che indica che l'hotel non è ben tenuto.
Il lavello della cucina non scaricava bene, quindi ho dovuto usare il lavandino del bagno per lavare i piatti.
Per il prezzo, la camera era molto costosa.
Nella foto, ho contrassegnato le camere con problemi con delle frecce.

CChiuThe hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel.
Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours.
The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch.
That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato 9 notti all'hotel Adagio, le vacanze sono state molto rilassanti grazie al personale, alla posizione e alla bella camera dell'appartamento per goderci il nostro viaggio. Prima di tutto la receptionist è stata molto gentile e amichevole e l'ampio monolocale dell'hotel era super pulito e confortevole, il letto molto comodo e si può dormire molto bene, la cucina è ben fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare il pranzo o la cena. L'hotel ha una piscina ma non avevamo niente perché non era il momento di nuotare. La posizione dell'hotel era fantastica, puoi andare direttamente alla stazione Frontiere (che è a 100 metri dall'hotel) con l'autobus 604 fino a E.Leclerc Saint Lois, (è la stazione degli autobus 10) qui puoi trovare molte specialità francesi e allo stesso tempo dall'hotel fino a Basilea molto vicino alla città di Basilea e alla stazione ferroviaria Bahnhof con il tram 11. Abbiamo biglietti settimanali a pagamento per 7 giorni per 45 franchi a persona per Basilea e tutta la zona di Basilea e per 47 franchi a persona biglietti per Zurigo per andata e ritorno. il tempo scorre molto velocemente e ovunque ci sono molte attrazioni. L'hotel Adagio è sicuramente un indirizzo da consigliare ad altri clienti. Grazie per la bella vacanza.

HHII HION TUNGThe hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.
