Questo hotel è molto buono e i servizi igienici sono perfetti sotto tutti gli aspetti. L'ho prenotato per un collega. Ciò di cui sono più grato è che il responsabile della reception, Fateh Slomani, fornisce un servizio davvero buono A causa della barriera linguistica i colleghi hanno incontrato molte difficoltà, ha aiutato con entusiasmo a risolvere e organizzare le cose. I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.

Ottimo hotel, molto piacevole, la camera era pulitissima ogni giorno, il servizio impeccabile, solo la colazione avrebbe bisogno di essere migliorata perché è sempre la stessa ogni mattina. Per il resto, l'hotel è pulito.

La stanza è aggiornata in una piccola suite. Il balcone è un panorama marino senza salto, un panorama urbano. Il colazione è ancora più circondato nel settimo piano. Le varietà sono molto grandi e i tipi di salto sono particolarmente numerosi. Il servizio di ricezione è attento, il tassista organizzato è fantastico. Anche se non parla inglese, può comunicare con il software di traduzione, l'hotel è inviato all'aeroporto 1500 Dinar.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

La posizione è perfetta, la stanza è molto pulita anche se ha un odore umido all'inizio. Le strutture complessive sono state mantenute molto bene. Tuttavia, questo hotel non dispone di impianti di punto di alimentazione internazionali quali il porto di caricamento USB e il punto di accesso universale. Altri, sono felice.
