Colombia: hotel con parcheggio nella provincia di Bogotá

Il servizio è buono. Cercherò di soddisfare il più possibile le esigenze degli ospiti. La reception fornisce stampa, nastro, ecc. E'solo sicuro ovunque, e ci sono anche supermercati nella zona. Le strutture nella stanza sono anche pulite e complete

Nel complesso va bene, ma l'unico aspetto negativo è che il materasso è più piccolo della struttura del letto, quindi è facile che le gambe urtino contro la struttura e si feriscano. Tutti i nostri colleghi che vivevano con noi sono stati colpiti e hanno riportato ferite alle gambe.

Consigliata!L'aeroporto ha un personale hotelero che riceve un passeggero. L'hotel è gestito in modo chiuso. È sicuro in città come Bogotá e deve essere passato per l'entrata.Il colazione è anche ricca.

Ottimo servizio con navetta per l'aeroporto 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, ogni 30 minuti, con un tempo di percorrenza non superiore ai 5 minuti. Con Uber, il tragitto per Monserrato dura 20 minuti e costa circa 30.000 pesos.

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen? Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!! Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen... De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top. Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service! Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!

L'hotel dispone di una navetta dall'aeroporto e di un tetto con spazio di lavoro. Bella assistenza, le camere sono ben pulite.

Everything was great. Breakfast was great, quiet rooms, great service but please your food menu needs better quality, the breakfast was great but at lunch or dinner the menu food quality was the worst in my stays in Colombia

Aloft Bogota is a great choice near the Bogota airport. The stuff were multilingual and very helpful. The hotel is very modern and has all the amenities one could ever ask for. A free airport shuttle is included with bookings, making early morning flights a breeze.

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.
