I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Se sono stanchi, puoi tornare a riposare in qualsiasi momento. Cappotti gratis, bagagli intime, cibo domestico eccellente, ogni dettaglio è caldo e raccomandato per i tuoi amici a fare il viaggio a Snowtown!

Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. I recently stayed at this business hotel in Harbin for two nights, booking the most economical option - the Comfy Queen room. Going in, I understood this was a basic, no-frills accommodation, and I was prepared for that level of service. However, several significant issues made this stay far more frustrating than it needed to be. The cheapest tier comes without a window, which I had accepted when booking. What the hotel failed to mention anywhere in the listing is that these budget rooms are located on the 8th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This means every  check  in and out requires climbing a TWO full flight of stairs with your luggage. Had I known this critical detail upfront, I would have either chosen a more expensive room or, more likely, selected a different hotel entirely. This information should be clearly disclosed during booking, as it’s a significant accessibility and convenience issue, especially for travelers with heavy bags or mobility concerns. The most irritating incident occurred on my second night. After spending the day exploring Harbin in freezing temperatures, exhausted and literally frozen solid, I returned to find my room key card had been deactivated. This meant I had to climb down the stairs from the 8th floor, take the elevator down from the 7th floor to reception, wait while staff sorted out their mistake, then reverse the entire journey - elevator up to 7th, stairs up to 8th. This was completely avoidable and purely the result of careless staff work. When you’re already cold and tired, being forced to make this unnecessary journey because of administrative incompetence is genuinely maddening. Adding insult to injury, I discovered after my stay that there are much better hotel options directly at the metro and high-speed rail (HSR) exits. These alternatives offer superior convenience without the stair-climbing requirement as I’ve stayed in some of those chains before.. The location of this hotel doesn’t offer any particular advantages to compensate for its drawbacks, making the choice to stay here even more regrettable. For my next trip to Harbin, I’ll be choosing one of the hotels that are closer to HSR or metro exits. Unless you specifically need to be in this exact location and are booking a higher-tier room with elevator access, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if the cost difference is not much. There are simply better value options available that won’t leave you climbing stairs multiple times a day or dealing with preventable administrative hassles.

The location was very convenient and the worker were very nice, however, we did find some bugs in our room.

Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente e dalla sensazione di comfort che ci ha avvolto. Gli alti soffitti conferivano un tocco di maestosità all'atmosfera, facendola sembrare una lussuosa struttura a 5 stelle, il tutto a un prezzo accessibile. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stato senza dubbio il letto comodissimo e le lenzuola fresche. Ho dormito benissimo e mi sono svegliato riposato come un bambino. L'attenzione ai dettagli per garantire un sonno confortevole è stata davvero encomiabile. Un plauso speciale va al personale dell'hotel per il servizio eccezionale. Nonostante qualche barriera linguistica, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi in tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e per fornirmi informazioni precise. Ricordo distintamente Alan Chen, o Chan, anche se non sono sicuro dell'ortografia esatta del suo nome. Era sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e domande, prendendosi il tempo di comunicare con noi e di assicurarsi che ricevessimo le indicazioni corrette. La loro dedizione e disponibilità mi hanno fatto un'ottima impressione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel era situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una fermata dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 45 minuti o meno. Il tragitto in autobus dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità durava meno di 10 minuti. Tuttavia, devo segnalare che non c'erano molti negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, il che potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente per alcuni viaggiatori. L'unico problema riscontrato durante il soggiorno è stata la temperatura della camera, che era piuttosto alta. Nonostante avessimo regolato il termostato, non siamo riusciti a ottenere una temperatura confortevole. Abbiamo quindi aperto leggermente la finestra per far entrare un po' d'aria fresca, ma lasciarla aperta tutta la notte comportava il rischio di prendere un raffreddore. Sarebbe molto utile se l'hotel potesse fornire un umidificatore, poiché l'aria nella stanza risultava eccessivamente secca. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero fantastico. La pulizia dell'hotel, il personale eccezionale e la posizione comoda hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza memorabile. Consiglierei vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Harbin e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio. The exterior and lobby didn't give me a good first impression and the front desk service was pretty brusque, but the room was actually quite nice, which was the most important thing for me. It was a good stay for a night as an airport hotel. I also used the free airport shuttle, which they had me arrange by sending me the driver's phone number and having me call when I landed.

🤩 Fantastic Stay in Harbin! Highly Recommended! 🛌 Room & Amenities: Clean, Modern, and High-Tech The room was spotlessly clean, and the accommodation itself felt very new. All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

La posizione dell'hotel è quasi perfetta, vicino al traghetto per Sun Island, alla zona commerciale e alla stazione della metropolitana. Il servizio è buono e il personale è disponibile.
