I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e ha accolto volentieri la nostra richiesta di check-out posticipato. La camera aveva un odore di sigaretta, ma era inevitabile. La camera era pulita e accogliente. La doccia a volte aveva acqua fredda, ma a parte questo la pressione era buona e forte. Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, dato che l'hotel era vicino a molti ristoranti e a 10 minuti di auto da Main Street.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Nel complesso, sono molto soddisfatto. Posso lavarmi le mani e avere acqua calda 24 ore su 24. Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.

La ospitezia del personale era molto buona ... Il tempo era freddo, ma avevano cuore caldo che ci salutava ogni volta che entrammo o uscimmo. non parliamo cinese e Zhu ci ha sempre accolto e ci ha aiutato quando abbiamo avuto domande. E la posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. È possibile camminare intorno alla St Zhongyang o andare in qualsiasi parte di Harbin con facilità.Le camere sono grandi, pulite e con letti confortevoli.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the complimentary room upgrade — it made my stay extra comfortable and memorable. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Ho avuto un'esperienza eccellente all'Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel. Tutto il personale è disponibile ad assisterci e a garantire la migliore esperienza possibile durante il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel e ad Harbin. Non siamo mai rimasti senza articoli da toeletta in camera, che vengono riforniti ogni volta che è possibile. Ho festeggiato il compleanno del mio compagno durante il nostro soggiorno e il personale ci ha persino preparato una sorpresa! Questo hotel è situato in una posizione comoda. La maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche sono raggiungibili a piedi e la stazione della metropolitana è proprio di fronte all'hotel. È un hotel con vista sul fiume Songhua. Dispone di sale riunioni, negozi di souvenir e una palestra. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia della moquette. Presenta macchie visibili, il che è comprensibile visto che è difficile da pulire. Tornerei sicuramente in questo hotel! Grazie a tutto il personale.

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare al Grand Mercure Hotel di Harbin e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati, sono rimasto colpito dalla pulizia impeccabile dell'ambiente e dalla sensazione di comfort che ci ha avvolto. Gli alti soffitti conferivano un tocco di maestosità all'atmosfera, facendola sembrare una lussuosa struttura a 5 stelle, il tutto a un prezzo accessibile. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stato senza dubbio il letto comodissimo e le lenzuola fresche. Ho dormito benissimo e mi sono svegliato riposato come un bambino. L'attenzione ai dettagli per garantire un sonno confortevole è stata davvero encomiabile. Un plauso speciale va al personale dell'hotel per il servizio eccezionale. Nonostante qualche barriera linguistica, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi in tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e per fornirmi informazioni precise. Ricordo distintamente Alan Chen, o Chan, anche se non sono sicuro dell'ortografia esatta del suo nome. Era sempre attento alle nostre esigenze e domande, prendendosi il tempo di comunicare con noi e di assicurarsi che ricevessimo le indicazioni corrette. La loro dedizione e disponibilità mi hanno fatto un'ottima impressione. Per quanto riguarda la posizione, l'hotel era situato in una posizione comoda vicino a una fermata dell'autobus, il che lo rendeva facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto, che dista circa 45 minuti o meno. Il tragitto in autobus dall'hotel alla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità durava meno di 10 minuti. Tuttavia, devo segnalare che non c'erano molti negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, il che potrebbe rappresentare un piccolo inconveniente per alcuni viaggiatori. L'unico problema riscontrato durante il soggiorno è stata la temperatura della camera, che era piuttosto alta. Nonostante avessimo regolato il termostato, non siamo riusciti a ottenere una temperatura confortevole. Abbiamo quindi aperto leggermente la finestra per far entrare un po' d'aria fresca, ma lasciarla aperta tutta la notte comportava il rischio di prendere un raffreddore. Sarebbe molto utile se l'hotel potesse fornire un umidificatore, poiché l'aria nella stanza risultava eccessivamente secca. Nel complesso, il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato davvero fantastico. La pulizia dell'hotel, il personale eccezionale e la posizione comoda hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza memorabile. Consiglierei vivamente questo hotel a chiunque visiti Harbin e ci tornerei sicuramente durante il mio prossimo viaggio. La direzione potrebbe valutare la possibilità di migliorare il controllo della temperatura nelle camere e di risolvere il problema dell'aria secca, per garantire un soggiorno ancora più piacevole ai futuri ospiti.

Honestly, the photo they used seems to be AI-generated or at least edited, so don’t expect it to look THAT good. HOWEVER, with that said, it doesn’t defeat the purpose of how a hotel should actually operate. This is my honest review: ✈️ LOCATION: (10/10) - It’s literally less than 5 minutes away from “Harbin Taiping International Airport” (HRB). - There is also a street filled with small restaurants and grocery stores, just one minute away from the hotel. We recommend eating at 云姐: 金麦手擀面 (Sister Yun: Golden Wheat Hand-made Noodles) 👍🏼 💁🏻♂️ SERVICE: (10/10) - They are very transparent about the lack of English speakers, and the use of Translation apps. It was quite easy to communicate with the staff despite the language barrier, because they had a real-time convenient translation app. - The staff were very accommodating, and them smiling a lot helped ease any discomfort. There was also a free transportation service to the airport, and the driver was equally as friendly. 🧴 CLEANLINESS AND AMENITIES: (8/10) - Much like with the rest of Harbin, I LOVED their provided cosmetics, as they always have a scent of tea to them, and the feel is good. They even provided small delicious snacks. - However, the reason why I didn’t rate it the highest is because compared to other hotels, it’s not the most clean-looking. Don’t get me wrong, it was clean, but it wasn’t the whole “spotless and sanitized” look. There was also A BIT of an odour once you enter the room. Just a bit tho, not to the point of causing extreme discomfort. Plus, it’s only upon initial entry, it fades right after. 🍲 FOOD: (?/10) - I have no idea, because we didn’t try their food, sorry. We went out to eat 😭 🌸 VIEW: (10/10) - Much like I’ve said earlier as well, the Hotel is beautiful but not as pristine as it looks, because the front is now filled with shafts, etc. - However, I still rated it the highest because the view from outside our window, and to the left of the Hotel itself was beautiful (at least in the winter, during snow season, when we came). It was a vast plane field (corn field, I assume) filled with snow, and you get a clear view of the sunset/sunrise, as well as the Tower of the Harbin Airport. All in all, I’d rate the overall stay a 9/10. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the Hotel to my friends, and my family and I would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Harbin ! ~
