** Confortabile soggiorno con grande servizio La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata con tutti gli elementi essenziali, tra cui un letto confortevole e una piccola cucina. Il Wi-Fi era affidabile e il parcheggio era conveniente. Il personale era amichevole e accogliente, sempre pronto a aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione era anche grande, vicino ai negozi, ristoranti e facile accesso alla città. In generale, è una buona scelta per un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi.

I have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews. Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel). The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways. The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting. The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!

I only stayed 1 night, and I'm relatively new to the South Island. I had to catch the intercity bus and was stressing out I would miss my bus, or go to the wrong bus stop. I went to the office, and after a very patient 12ish minutes (on the lady working in receptions part), she understood what I wanted. She was so lovely. I was waiting until 8am to come and say a huge thank you, but my Uber came early. The heater heated the room up nicely, the pressure of the shower was great. The bed was well made and comfortable. I too am a housekeeper/cleaner and really appreciated coming into a nice, clean environment. If I have anything to say as an improvement, it would be to have a better tea towel. A nothing issue and a $2 fix. I absolutely loved my stay at your motel and highly recommend it.

The V motel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping mall and grocery store and a 15-minute drive to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean and very well-equipped. It has all the things that a business traveller needs, except for an iron and ironing board. The bed is comfortable and the towels and linings are clean. The Sony TV is large with Youtube and Netflix. It even provides some cereals and bananas, milk and yogurt for breakfast or snacks. The internet is fast and instructions, passwords are clear and easy to follow. Lastly, the price is fair and very affordable. I highly recommend this motel and would come back to it the next time.

Abbiamo fermato lì per una notte. Ci siamo davvero goditi il nostro soggiorno. L'ospite era molto amichevole e utile. Il letto era molto comodo. le lastre, il bagno, le toletta erano tutte pulite. Lavatrice, sapone, asciugacapelli erano forniti. È stata abbondante acqua calda per godere di una bella doccia. C'era una piccola cucina con tutto quello che c'era, se volete cucinare qualcosa, un bar frigorifero, caffè, tè, cioccolato caldo, latte, utensili da cucina e microonde. Ci è stato anche un bel tavolo con 2 sedie e 2 divano dove si può sedersi confortevolmente e godere del vostro pasto. Parcheggio in loco. Wifi gratuito. Vicino al centro della città.
