In un luogo assolutamente fantastico per soggiornare, bella e pulita, posizione fantastica. Molto consigliato.

This motel was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Very comfortable bed, nice and warm unit. Off road parking close to unit. Only a short distance from the town. Good value. Sky TV with several channels. Well soundproofed from units next door.

I like this place but i don’t like sharing bathroom and toilet. And the room was a little bit tiny. But it wasn’t bad I love this common are very much It was cozy.

We stayed here as one nighters both in late January and early February. There were 2 single beds in the room as well as a Queen. 2 bathrooms also, the handbasin's hot water was only a tickle from the tap in the upstairs bathroom in unit 3. There was a big spa bath which we did not use. There was both an outdoor sitting.lounging area downstairrs and very sunny balcony upstairs - great for a sundown drink. The February stay had us in a room with only one signle bed and a Queen bed, no updtairs, and a outdoor seating/lounging area, The rooms are clean, well equiped, comfortable and spacious enough. Plenty of bath towels provided also. The rooms reek of air freshner, which I hated but some establishments clearly like using it liberally and unnecessarily. A short walk down a back path on the premises will take you down to the lakeside walkway and beach area, we walked around to the lovely outdoor seating lakeside Millenium bar and had a drink, it was a nice quite spot. The decor is dated and the wallpaper is peeling in parts, a refurb should be on the cards soon. It is very popular so it must be appealing enough. Yes, I would recommend (if you only require a clean bed for the night. Reasonably priced also.

Such a lovely place. It was clean, and fit for purpose. We were really lucky because we had unit 1 ground floor. This room had direct access to the tepid pool on site. It was just a short walk to the two hot tubs and a viewing platform of the lake and mountains. Our host was extraordinary - friendly, helpful, kind and we felt more like family than customers.

Great room - one kingsize bed upstairs and a queensize bed downstairs -jacuzzi in upstairs bedroom and super view of the Lake . Not much noise from the road. Water pressure was excellent . Only thing that would make ot perfect would be a door at the stairs for privacy. ( and champagne glasses -just because bubbles are just best in bubble glasses 😝Pool could use a clean but to be fair it is winter and no one uses it :) very friendly staff . We got an upgrade so always happy with that !

Si consiglia di abitare in una camera vista lago, che abbia un ambiente bello e naturale ed è adatta a viaggi di famiglia. La stanza è pulita e igienica, le strutture sono complete, l'atteggiamento del servizio è abbastanza buono e spiegherà pazientemente le precauzioni. L'hotel è dotato di posti auto, quindi non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi di problemi di parcheggio. Tutto sommato, un'esperienza con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

E'molto conveniente alzarsi al lago di mattina vicino all'hotel di Liubo Lake.Le camere sono complete, si possono cucinare, pulire l'igiene, e i camerieri indiani sono incantati.Ma lavare i vestiti è costretto a pagare.

We spent one night here. Room was large, clean and adequate for our needs. The design of the room / bath is a bit different..might say contemporary. It was quiet. Parking is limited near rooms but plenty of spaces in back of one building. There was a small kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee/tea fixings and toaster, dishes, etc., large jacuzzi tub (didn’t use) and separate shower. Our room didn’t have extra toilet tissue, the roll on the holder was a bit 1/3 full, which is fine, but needed an extra. No breakfast available, but you can make your own if you have items. We made toast and coffee in our unit.

One night at this very good Bella Vista Motel. We have stayed at many Bella Vistas and the room layout is nearly the same always. Here we stayed at first floor studio. It was super clean, comfortable beds and heat pump. WiFi connection was fast. Friendly service, too. One of the best Bella Vista accommodations so far. Location is about 20 min. walking distance (3 min. by car) from Taupo center but round the corner there is FourSquare supermarket, café and little further at sea side good pub-restaurant.
