The most beautiful hotel we have stayed in so far in Vietnam.
Service and staff were spot on and very attentive. Feels more like a home stay I can’t imagine how the staff could be any better.
Two things to mention.
If you’re looking for a good sleep I wouldn’t recommend due to chickens, dogs and other animals constantly making loud noise. I slept with headphones on so in the end didn’t matter. But what to expect when you’re sleeping in the middle of the mountains!
Two -the breakfast is cook to order with limited options so it took a long time to get our food and coffee. Plus the options were unhealthy. Would have been nice for porridge and fruit.
The experience was incredible, felt like a true paradise in the jungle.
We loved our stay.
We would stay again if we visited!

L'Emeralda Resort Tam Coc ha la posizione migliore per gite in barca da Tam Coc (dietro l'angolo) e Trang. Splendidamente posizionato e circondato da montagne e dal fiume! La camera deluxe è meravigliosa e la piscina è fantastica e molto pulita!

I loved my stay at the Scenic Mountain Ecolodge. Yen and Vin were lovely hosts and made sure I was super comfortable. I divided my stay between the luxury room and the deluxe room. Honestly the deluxe room is better since it has more natural light and is very spacious. Overall it’s a great place to stay and is very close to Hang Mua.

Dịch vụ tốt, trang thiết bị khách sạn tốt. Tuy nhiên vị trí hơi sâu trong khu dân cư, ít các dịch vụ giải trí nhưng yên tĩnh và không khí trong lành. Nếu ở mùa hè, lưu ý phòng tầng 2 sẽ không được mát lắm (do điều hoa hơi yếu và phòng bị hấp nóng). Hài lòng vì đến chỉ để nghỉ dưỡng.
Good service, good hotel facilities. However, the location is a bit deep in the residential area, few entertainment services but quiet and fresh air.
If you stay in the summer, note that the 2nd floor room will not be very cool (due to weak air conditioning and hot room). Satisfied because I came just to relax.

Homestay qualità hotel 3 stelle. I proprietari sono adorabili e molto professionali. Tutto è magnificamente mantenuto e molto pulito. Ci sentiamo bene, ci fa bene vivere. Eccellente colazione. Proposta di tour, noleggio di biciclette, lessive, e altri servizi. Ambiente familiare e convivente. Raccomando senza esitazione. Il rapporto qualità prezzo posizione è semplicemente perfetto. Molte delle sedi da visitare sono accessibili a bicicletta. Prevedere un budget grab o moto per il vostro viaggio fuori Tam Coc.

The Hotel is set amongst a beautiful mountain backdrop, with lush tropical gardens. A little away from the centre of town but close enough to get to restaurants, shops and attractions quite easily. The pool was stand out feature and blended in nicely with the surroundings.
The staff were all friendly and very helpful with any requests. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modern hotel in a beautiful setting. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ogni hotel il bagno di lavanderia è gratuito per i clienti. Ma questo hotel è un pagamento extra il bagno di lavanderia. Io sono 2 giorni su 19/4 ho avuto l'uso di loro bagno di lavanderia andare fuori i vestiti di lavanderia poi non riportare indietro. 20/4 ho avuto il controllo di loro pagamento extra me 6 USD . E il pomeriggio 20/4 ho ottenuto il controllo di nuovo soggiorno 1 giorno più . 21/4 ho ottenuto il controllo e restituire loro il sacchetto di lavanderia . Non danno ritorno e non restituiscono soldi . 2 riceventi si sono ridendo parlare con i clienti è soldi in società non può restituire il contante pagato può restituire ma la banca non può. E altri hanno detto che il contante pagato non può anche rimborsare perché Alr entra in società. Per la prima volta vedendo l'hotel ha pagato il borsa lavanderia.

UUtente ospiteLovely hotel and surroundings, nice and peaceful. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The reception staff are super helpful. We ate at the a la carte restaurant during our stay, the staff there were
less attentive and over the three evenings we were there they forgot items on our order each evening and on our last evening we waited an hour for our food to arrive even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was hectic but lots of choice.

PPeiyiWe arranged private transport from Hanoi hotel to Hidden Charm and the transport was punctual (early in fact). Driver was focused and safe.
Check-in at Hidden Charm was a breeze, they served a citrusy warm drink that I enjoyed. Front desk customer service personnel were proactive in suggesting sightseeing spots at Ninh Binh when we asked for suggestions.
Breakfast buffet was pretty standard with western bread options and Asian pho, fried rice etc.
Location wise, Hidden Charm is very near the Tam Coc boat ticket booth and also offers bicycles for us to cycle to Mua Caves and where the Lying Dragon was. At the entrance to Mua Cave, there will be people trying to get you to park your bikes for a fee, typically 5k VND per bike but we found one close to entrance and charged 2k VND per bike.
Our room was at the 7th floor and comes with a expansive view. The bed was comfortable and not too soft. There was also a bath tub for me to enjoy.
At the end of trip, the hotel staff arranged for private transport to the Noi Bai airport at my request. Again, driver was early and ride was smooth. I enjoyed my stay at Hidden Charm and would recommend to anyone who wish to stay in a clean hotel with excellent service.

KKaty RogGreat little hotel a couple of minutes walk from the center. When checking in, I was treated to iced tea and fruit. The room is clean, nice, there is 2 bottles of water, kettle + coffee and tea. The bed and bed linen are good. The hostess is wonderful lady and tried to help in every way. She gave a bottle of water and crackers when I go road by bicycleo or check-out. Breakfast is delicious and very filling. The wi-fi worked reliable.
Cons:
- bicycles are paid, they cost 50K and they are in poor condition.
- The curtain between the room and the toilet is mold :(
- Beautiful basic interior, but there are things like a rug and trash cans that spoil the interior)
In general, this is a very good hotel with excellent service, good room and location, I recommend it.

UUtente ospiteWe thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the hotel. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortable, providing a wonderful retreat.
Each morning, we had the pleasure of dining on the delicious breakfast served by the pool. The varied selection, which included both local and Vietnamese specialties, was the perfect way to start our days.
The service throughout the hotel was truly excellent. The staff kindly provided us with a local map and offered valuable suggestions for activities, including a boat trip, bird watching, and exploring the Old Town. We particularly appreciated their insightful advice on the best times to visit various venues to avoid crowds and maximize our experiences, such as for optimal bird watching.
A highlight was renting a motorbike from the hotel to explore. On one occasion, we found ourselves a little lost, but a quick message via WhatsApp to the hotel resulted in immediate and patient assistance to guide us back on track.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, made memorable by the thoughtful service and excellent amenities. We would not hesitate to return.

AAna NBLa camera è dotata di tutti i comfort e il letto è grande e comodo. La pulizia è impeccabile. Perfetto per un soggiorno di più giorni. L'alloggio dispone di servizio lavanderia, noleggio biciclette a 60.000d al giorno e moto. La posizione è eccezionale, lontano dal caos ma a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro. Personale molto cordiale Totalmente raccomandato.

UUtente ospiteIt's a simple place that feels like a home stay with daily breakfast. It's quiet and comfortable. The service is 5 stars. Tommy and his wife are kind, warm and helpful. There are hosts who provide good service because it's their job, and there are hosts who genuinely care for their guests. Tommy and wife belong to the latter.
There are some good restaurants nearby. Must try the roast duck on grill and goat meat. Avoid the massage places - not great. Pizza was just so so and expensive.
Will be perfect if the room has a full length mirror for dressing up and make up, and a floor rug inside the bathroom to dry our wet feet.
