Purtroppo, il servizio complessivo non ha soddisfatto le norme di un hotel 5-star. Al colazione, il caffè non era servito nonostante l'ordine, e durante il pranzo di buffet mi è stato chiesto di pagare la mia fattura entro la prima ora a causa di un ristorante pieno di persone. 3.Room Servizi: Il mini frigo nella mia stanza era inoperativo e ho scelto di non chiedere un sostituzione. 4.Pest Problemi: Ho incontrato mosquiti nella mia stanza. Dopo aver informato il desk front, è stato applicato il spray anti-mosquito. 5.Billing Confusione: Il mio problema più significativo è avvenuto durante il mio primo pasto al ristorante italiano. Dopo aver firmato la fattura con il numero della mia stanza, ho ricevuto una chiamata per chiedere il pagamento della carta di credito. Inizialmente pensavo che fosse una procedura standard. Ho chiesto al cameriere di verificare il mio status di ospite con il desk front, spiegando che il mio soggiorno era registrato con il mio passaporto, ma cinque minuti dopo, il cameriere mi ha colpito la porta con una macchina di pagamento, insistendo che io risolva il conto. Questo è stato imbarazzante e confuso, come ho già verificato la mia situazione. A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Recentemente sono rimasto in questo hotel e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza. La posizione è eccellente, molto vicino alla spiaggia e vicino negozi e ristoranti, che hanno reso facile per andare in giro. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo consumato qualcosa di cibo e pagato il conto al momento dell’uscita, tutto è stato regolato correttamente e abbiamo completato l’uscita. Circa 30 minuti dopo, l'hotel ha chiamato e sostenuto che avevamo consumato due cioccolatini e non aveva pagato per loro, e io negai chiaramente questo, ma nonostante la mia spiegazione, essi insistevano ripetutamente. Alla fine, mi è stato costretto a pagare per i cioccolatini via bKash.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel Sayeman Beach Resort a Bazar, a Cox’s Bazar. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con belle viste che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. L'accesso alla spiaggia era perfetto, e l'atmosfera generale del resort era tranquillo e familiare. Ci piaceva anche il cibo, c'era una buona varietà, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato era fresco e delizioso. Viaggiare con un gruppo più grande può essere a volte difficile, ma il resort ha gestito tutto molto bene, rendendo le nostre vacanze stress-free e memorabili. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza, e sicuramente consigliamo questo resort a chiunque visiti il Bazar di Cox, soprattutto le famiglie.

Nice hotel, standard and service is top notch. Room is clean and comfy. Good breakfast spread. There’s also adequate gym facilities, spa and nice rooftop restaurant serving good food with a nice view and reasonable pricing. There is night market in front of the hotel. Nearby there is good restaurant.

The location of The Peninsula is perfectly in the center of Chittagong city with great access to transportation. All essential places in Chittagong are in short time's reach. The hotel offers great views, especially on the upper floors.

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.

Недавно я побывал в отеле Морская Жемчужина , и у меня остались только положительные впечатления! С самого момента прибытия я был приятно удивлена вниманием и дружелюбием персонала. Каждый сотрудник готов помочь и сделать ваше пребывание максимально комфортным. Еда в отеле просто восхитительная! 3 ресторана и небольшая кофейня.Каждый день предлагали разнообразные блюда, и я смогла насладиться как местной кухней, так и итальянскими и индийскими деликатесами. Не могу не отметить свежесть продуктов и великолепное оформление блюд.Особенно порадовал рыбный ресторан с столиками возле бассейна.Есть несколько баров с горячительными напитками .И кстати фирменный бельгийский шоколад ручной работы , очень понравился . Отель предлагает два бассейна: один бесплатный и другой платный. Оба бассейна очень чистые и ухоженные, а атмосфера вокруг них создает прекрасные условия для отдыха, приятная музыка .Платный бассейн особенно понравился — там всегда было достаточно мест для отдыха.Супер спа, спасибо за массажи Супер аквапарк . По уровню сервиса и комфорта этот отель вполне сравним с лучшими курортами Турции и Египта. Огромное спасибо главному менеджеру за организацию такого замечательного отдыха! Я обязательно вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую всем, кто ищет идеальное место для отдыха на Кокс Базаре!
