I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Chattogram and while the room itself was truly impressive—spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel's architecture and interior design are definitely its strong points. However, the service did not live up to the Radisson brand. Throughout our stay, staff were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding with, “We don’t have this,” or “You can do it yourself.” This was particularly disappointing when it came to basic requests like airport transfer. For such a large hotel, having so few cars available is simply inadequate and quite frustrating for guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. It was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve encountered in all my hotel stays—limited variety, poorly executed dishes, and an overall lack of attention to quality. It was far from what one would expect from a hotel of this stature. Radisson Blu Chattogram has the potential to offer a world-class experience, but right now, it feels more like Radisson Black. There's serious room for improvement, especially in staff training and food & beverage offerings.

A Memorable Stay at Ramada Cox's Bazar My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada in Cox's Bazar, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. Our trip started with an unexpected hiccup – a fire incident at Dhaka Airport forced us to take an overnight bus to Cox's Bazar. Arriving at the hotel on October 19th, we were understandably anxious about the room availability. However, Ms. Fatima at the reception truly turned our experience around. Sensing our worry, she skillfully arranged an upgrade to a room with a stunning view. Her professionalism and kindness immediately impressed us and set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, with direct access to the beautiful, endless sandy beach. The rooftop restaurant offered breathtaking views, adding to the overall charm. Having traveled extensively, we were particularly impressed with the hotel's services. Our room was immaculate, with excellent bed comfort and cleanliness. The staff was well-mannered and proficient in English, making communication effortless. The lobby was also well-presented and inviting. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the following staff members who made our stay exceptional: Ms. Fatima, Mr. Salim (the shuttle bus driver), the customer service team at the reception, the staff at the restaurants on levels 2 and 12, the chefs, floor staff, housekeeping, security personnel, and the porters. Everyone contributed to making our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ramada in Cox's Bazar to anyone looking for a remarkable hotel experience.

Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo consumato qualcosa di cibo e pagato il conto al momento dell’uscita, tutto è stato regolato correttamente e abbiamo completato l’uscita. Circa 30 minuti dopo, l'hotel ha chiamato e sostenuto che avevamo consumato due cioccolatini e non aveva pagato per loro, e io negai chiaramente questo, ma nonostante la mia spiegazione, essi insistevano ripetutamente. Alla fine, mi è stato costretto a pagare per i cioccolatini via bKash.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel Sayeman Beach Resort a Bazar, a Cox’s Bazar. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con belle viste che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante. L'accesso alla spiaggia era perfetto, e l'atmosfera generale del resort era tranquillo e familiare. Ci piaceva anche il cibo, c'era una buona varietà, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato era fresco e delizioso. Viaggiare con un gruppo più grande può essere a volte difficile, ma il resort ha gestito tutto molto bene, rendendo le nostre vacanze stress-free e memorabili. In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza, e sicuramente consigliamo questo resort a chiunque visiti il Bazar di Cox, soprattutto le famiglie.

La colazione è buona. È molto comodo prendere la superstrada per l'aeroporto, ma le strade sono sporche, il che è un problema comune in Bangladesh. Il servizio era eccellente. Il cameriere ha portato i bagagli nella stanza. Il pavimento era alto, il letto era morbido e l'acqua del bagno era confortevole. Due bottiglie d'acqua fornite

Il nostro soggiorno a The Peninsula era eccezionale. Le strutture erano complete e il personale era alloggiato. La varietà delle scelte nel buffet del colazione era anche sorprendente. Sono ansioso di restare in esso di nuovo in futuro.

good hotel, new, clean , hotel management is helpful, i will choose again. need to fix some issues though. price is good for the service

Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.
