Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Giava Orientale

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Thank you very much for you’re kindness !😊

C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Easy access to Surabaya biggest tourist spot, the Jalan Tunjungan.Very nice location, no noise. But I felt that the hotel was a bit dark. It was just my preference. I like bright alleys and rooms.

I had an incredible experience at Bumi Surabaya City Resort, and I can't recommend this hotel enough! Nestled in a lush garden setting right in the heart of Surabaya,excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. The spacious rooms offered stunning views of the city, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. I particularly enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet, featuring a delightful selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. Moreover, the hotel's facilities had a lovely swimming pool surrounded by greenery, two tennis courts, spa and massage ,perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and eager to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. It’s my second stay at Bumi Surabaya and I look forward to returning in the future. If you're looking for a blend of comfort and charm in Surabaya, this is the place to be!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~

Positive Aspects:The breakfast was excellent. I was truly impressed! The girl at the reception spoke very good English, and it was a pleasure talking to her. Negative Aspects:It was very noisy! I could barely sleep. The carpet was dirty. The room is old, and the bathroom doesn't smell good.

Esperienza al colazione, chiedere il caffè senza venire 2 e non rispondere troppo al personale del ristorante.. come questa classe di hotel, solo senza caffè non può essere fornito ... ore aspettare molto dtg2. .. Il caffè pagato è disponibile, ma la comunicazione barista può dover essere ricostruita, la direzione deve verificare se il carico di lavoro del personale è troppo stanco o che questo tipo di carattere è lontano dall'atteggiamento professionale.

Had a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the massive Tunjungan Mall. The room was simple and clean. The shower water pressure was a bit low, and the bathroom only had an overhead shower without a handheld option, which made it slightly less convenient. Still, overall it was a good experience.

Words can't describe the kindness, attention to detail and, politeness of the staff. The breakfast was simply delicious and offered a lot of variety. We had the most amazing stay. Extremely clean. Close enought to the airport :)
