An Unforgettable Birthday Stay at Hotel de la Coupole Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Hotel de la Coupole! Although we weren’t lucky enough to have clear skies during our Fansipan visit, our experience at the hotel more than made up for it. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Miss Anh (Ann) from the front desk truly made us feel at home — a wonderful example of genuine Vietnamese warmth and care. Breakfast was another highlight. The food selection was fantastic, the views were beautiful, and Christine (Giang) made sure we were always comfortable, checking in to see if we needed anything. I was so touched and surprised when she brought out a cake — what a lovely way to start celebrating my birthday! Dinner at Chic was equally memorable. Our table was beautifully decorated with rose petals, making my birthday dinner even more special. A big thank you to Pineapple and her team for their thoughtful gestures and attentive service — it made the evening unforgettable. I also want to thank Ta for assisting us as we checked out, and the rest of the staff who contributed to such a wonderful stay. Celebrating my birthday at Hotel de la Coupole was truly a memorable experience — not only because of the elegant surroundings but because of the people who made it feel like home. I can’t wait to return and see everyone again.

Grande hotel situato non troppo lontano da tutti i punti caldi. Il personale è molto amichevole e ospitante. L'hotel è pulito e ben mantenuto e offre una vista fantastica dalle camere! Uno dei più scenici a Sapa.

A dire il vero, se cercate una posizione facilmente raggiungibile da qualsiasi punto della città di Sapa, questo hotel è una delle opzioni che dovreste prendere in considerazione. È vicino a tutto, e potrete trovare rapidamente ristoranti e bar, oltre a poter passeggiare per la città. I servizi dell'hotel sono adeguati al prezzo e la colazione era adeguata e abbondante.

nonostante il meteo non fosse dei migliori durante il nostro soggiorno, il nostro soggiorno al Pistachio Hotel è stato fantastico. È abbastanza vicino alla città principale di Sapa (accesso tramite il primo piano). La reception è al sesto piano. Il personale di servizio è stato molto cordiale, anche se non abbiamo interagito molto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, ma al momento del check-in ci hanno fatto l'upgrade alla camera deluxe, dotata di balcone. Peccato non aver potuto godere di alcuna vista perché c'era nebbia per tutte le nostre 2 notti. Possiamo solo immaginare la vista. Possiamo anche vedere i binari della funicolare dalla stazione di Sapa alla stazione della funivia. L'arredamento dell'hotel è molto moderno. La camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. I comfort forniti erano più che sufficienti. I letti erano comodi. Anche la colazione dell'hotel è buona. L'hotel fornisce ombrelli in caso di pioggia (soggetto a disponibilità). La piscina a sfioro sembrava fantastica se solo il meteo collaborasse! Nel complesso, altamente consigliato

I had a great stay at Delasol Hotel in Sapa for 2 days. The mountain view from the hotel is absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. The room was very neat and clean, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. Breakfast had a decent selection, and I especially loved the beef noodles — they were delicious! Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean — though I did notice a small clump of dust beside the bed, which didn’t really bother me. I appreciated the small gym that allowed me to keep up with my exercise routine even while on vacation. The breakfast offered a good variety of food to choose from. The only downside was that our room faced the roadside, so it was a bit noisy at times, but it did get quiet around midnight. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

10/10 view. Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were very apologetic upon finding that we found two stinging ants in our room. (It was rainy season). Offered us complimentary service to help and cleaned our room. Special mention to Mathieu who was very hospitable. I would come here again. Amazing view of Fansipan

Понравилось расположение отеля вдали от шумного центра. Вид сверху потрясающий. Однако сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Мы арендовали мотобайк и отправились исследовать окрестности, однако, мотобайк оказался маломощным и, похоже, со сломанной коробкой передач. В некоторые горки он заезжал с большим трудом, один раз пришлось его толкать. Мы сообщили об этой проблеме на ресепшн и нам заменили мотобайк. Новый оказался чуть помощнее, но с неработающим спидометром. В общем, не советуем арендовать мотобайк в этом отеле. Также очень расстроили завтраки. Вам по сути приносят одно выбранное блюдо. За напитки нужно было доплачивать. То есть завтрак без чая и кофе! Номер, в целом, понравился. Было чисто, просторно, с хорошим кондиционированием. Возможно, остановились бы здесь еще, но уже без завтраков.

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.
