We really enjoyed our stay at De La Couple Sapa! The design of the hotel is incredible and unique, everything is stylish and beautiful. Breakfast was absolutely amazing — delicious and with great variety. The pool was wonderful as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful: they allowed us to check in a few hours earlier and to leave our luggage until the evening after check-out, which was extremely convenient. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel — we truly loved our stay!

Grande hotel situato non troppo lontano da tutti i punti caldi. Il personale è molto amichevole e ospitante. L'hotel è pulito e ben mantenuto e offre una vista fantastica dalle camere! Uno dei più scenici a Sapa.

Molto convenientemente situato sulla piazza della città. È lungo la strada la Plaza Sunworld, accesso per la macchina via cavo al picco fansipan . Una ricca ristorazione a 5 minuti a piedi. Tuttavia, fate richiesta di camera lontano dalla strada principale che può essere v rumore con musica esplosiva & bambini danzando intorno a chiedere soldi alla piazza della città. In generale, l'hotel è v conveniente & la camera è grande ma il bagno è abbastanza piccolo

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.

Buona posizione, bella vista sulle montagne, bella piscina e personale amichevole e utile. Soprattutto KC, è così gentile e utile. Aiutatevi con le prenotazioni, consigliate buoni ristoranti e ci aiutate a contattare un medico come mia sorella non si sentiva bene. Siamo davvero grandi per lui. Certamente una buona scelta di alloggio a Sapa.

Понравилось расположение отеля вдали от шумного центра. Вид сверху потрясающий. Однако сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Мы арендовали мотобайк и отправились исследовать окрестности, однако, мотобайк оказался маломощным и, похоже, со сломанной коробкой передач. В некоторые горки он заезжал с большим трудом, один раз пришлось его толкать. Мы сообщили об этой проблеме на ресепшн и нам заменили мотобайк. Новый оказался чуть помощнее, но с неработающим спидометром. В общем, не советуем арендовать мотобайк в этом отеле. Также очень расстроили завтраки. Вам по сути приносят одно выбранное блюдо. За напитки нужно было доплачивать. То есть завтрак без чая и кофе! Номер, в целом, понравился. Было чисто, просторно, с хорошим кондиционированием. Возможно, остановились бы здесь еще, но уже без завтраков.

Dato che andavo con i miei genitori, ho prenotato una camera familiare. La posizione era vicino al centro di Sapa, quindi era facile passeggiare e valeva la pena camminare anche al Cat Cat Village. Quando torni, prendi una moto. L'alloggio era grande e pulito, ma non c'era acqua calda nell'alloggio. Anche se chi l'ha riparato è venuto e l'ha riparato, era scomodo lavarsi perché usciva acqua tiepida invece che calda, al mattino non usciva acqua tiepida ma usciva di nuovo acqua fredda. Non avevo voglia di uscire la sera, quindi ho usato il ristorante del resort e mi sono trovato bene, e la colazione era deliziosa.

Sweet and supportive staffs. Satisfying room cleaniness. Good location in old quarter. The only weakness is its located in a small street so need to walk a few steps to get to main street to get the taxi. Best thing is they hv the elevator as most hostels or hotels in Old Quarter has no elevator which could be a problem if u have many luggages. Will be in the list of our choice when we visit again in view of reasonable price, good location and helpful staffs.

Highly recommend this hotel! The hotel is wisely located in the center of Sapa. There’s an ATM right in front, which was very convenient for us. The room was well-maintained, and they serve great food. The staff are attentive and helpful, especially when it comes to giving suggestions for touring Sapa. Shoutout to the team and Front Desk staff Selene for accommodating us throughout our stay!
