Always spotlessly clean. Reception always very nice. Rooms have all you need. Comfortable and Clean. USB sockets, reading lights and lamps, Samsung 32” Smart TV compatible with with mobile phones, tablets and pc/lap. Desk with desk lamp and luggage storage along with open wardrobe and bedside drawers/unit. Large full size mirror. The Queen size bed is comfortable and has plenty of pillows/bedding. Bathroom is one of the best I have seen In hotels with modern and clean fittings. Subway tiling with chrome finish fittings, large bath with waterfall shower and over bath shower attachment for when just your hair needs washing. Huge fitted mirror with lighting and ample space for your toiletries etc. Towel rail and door hooks all complete the better than most bathroom. Towels and toiletries/hand wash/kettle and mugs, glasses, quality hangers and the attention to details all complete a good value room. The hotel flows on to the pub/ restaurant. Being Green King the food is all good. An extensive food and drinks menu. Easy and user friendly app allows ordering from your table for food and drinks. Overall the convenience of both hotel and bar with good service and good value a highly recommendable place to stay whether your here for business, leisure or just a night or two r&r The New Inn @ Green King always hits the mark. If you have breakfast with room it's served at the restaurant with hot & cold options Continental and Full English. Both perfectly presented and quality products. Parking for guests is free and input of car registration avoids any after stay fees.

Grande soggiorno generale. La stanza era moderna e molto pulita, con una grande TV davanti al letto che amavo. L'unico punto di svolta era che la caccia non funzionava sulla TV. Nonostante le istruzioni, non funzionava mai. Avrei voluto guardare i miei spettacoli, perché l'arrangiamento della stanza lo faceva come un'esperienza cinematografica.

L'hotel era davvero cibo, l'unica questione che avevo era il trasporto da Newport a Cardiff che non è colpa dell'hotel, ma solo qualcosa da tenere in mente. I trasporti pubblici sono davvero cattivi nei fine settimana

Era eccezionalmente difficile trovare come si poteva arrivare in macchina, e con una grande borsa, questo era un dolore per dire il meno. La finestra era piena di molle, ma il resto della stanza e della bagno erano puliti. La porta non si chiuse che non è grande.

Hotel is located very close to motorway junction. Easier for travellers for a nights stay. The hotel also have enough car parking space. Unfortunately the room I stayed had a very bad odour. The shower and toilet were also cramped but I dint mind as I was staying only for a night. Not ideal if you are staying for couple of days and planning to spend most of the day in the room.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una conferenza presso l'ICC, e devo dire che questo posto è stato grande in termini di pulizia e amicizia del personale. Il cammino verso la CPI potrebbe essere meglio, perché si deve attraversare molte luci di traffico, ma è per il consiglio di riparare! Adoro il colazione a distanza!

La seconda volta qui e io l'amo assolutamente, tickle tutte le scatole! Grande strutture ricreative, bellissimo ambiente, ben tenuto hotel. Grande servizio, tutti sono sempre così utile, e sarò sicuramente di nuovo. Pic me rilassante dalla piscina! Anche un buon posto, vicino a Cardiff (siamo andati al concerto Harry Styles)

Paper thin walls and a ceiling that bounces when the people above walk around. 2am fire alarm which the receptionist didn’t seem to know what to do. Doors slamming and people talking in the main corridor through the night. Fair to say that I had very little sleep and will never ever stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room for the price. The Beefeater restaurant told me they couldn’t accept walk in customers because they were running out of food. This was only 6pm! Very frustrating. I had to order delivery.
