I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

La posizione dell'hotel è fuori dalla città, c'è qualcosa di vicino allo stadio, la vista è molto aperta e molto ventilata.Ci sono lavanderia sottostante, adatto per persone che viaggiano a lungo.Ma molte persone fumano nella stanza, condizionamento aereo ha un sapore e non sono spesso pulite. Un altro difetto è che l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è troppo piccola, e la stanza è molto grande e non può essere regolata alla temperatura.

酒店房間挺大，前台都能説中文，挺省心。中間有個KTV，但好像也不吵，可能是KTV沒什麼生意。樓下有停了很多的士，出行會很方便，去機場打車一般在40萬越盾。酒店如果提供早餐就好了。

Beef noodles best I’ve had so far in Vietnam.
Spa has 3-4 hot saunas. Guests can use for free. Nice receptionists. However, I double booked myself into two mandalas same night ( wrong location). This issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Very spacious room, great view on the 15th floor facing the older parts of Bac Ninh town. A lot of local flavor behind the hotel for those willing to explore on foot. The historical Bac Ninh Cathedral is nearby and hosts Christmas light-up activities. Good breakfast at the hotel buffet, but avoid going at other times because there are few other guests and the serving time is long. almost seem like they had to call in the chief to prepare your meal. A burger took close to 1-hour 3 separate times. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels changed daily, but the carpet could use some refreshing. very friendly staff.

Khách sạn tuyệt với. Cả 2 khách sạn đều rất đẹp. Ravatel home hơi cũ tí nhưng vẫn đánh giá cao. Bên Luxury thì tuyệt vời. Bữa sáng buffet ngon khách sạn 5 sao. Sân đỗ xe ô tô khá tuyệt rộng rãi. Đặc biết nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình xinh đẹp. Thích nhất chăn ga gối trắng sạch sẽ thơm tho không có mùi thuốc tẩy như các khách sạn khác. Nên phát huy phòng sạch sẽ. Đánh giá xuất sắc ca

Non ho avuto alcun problema di comunicare con il personale, perché parlavano bene la lingua.
La posizione è nel centro di Bac Ninh, e i seguenti negozi di carni, caffè, ristoranti di negozi di convenienza, ecc.
Mi sono soddisfatto dell'aspetto dell'infrastruttura, della pulizia della stanza, e non c'erano problemi durante il mio soggiorno.
Ben fatto.
Sono un po' sconvolta per il problema del parcheggio della guardia di sicurezza, ma dal lato della guardia di sicurezza
Pensavo di capire perché era per proteggere bene il mio veicolo.
In futuro intendiamo riutilizzare il sistema.

UUtente ospiteI got upgrade to a hugeee room with the panorama view over the city on the 6th floor. The service is great and the facilities are very new and modern, eventhough I only need the TV. The location is in central area, close to all places I needed to go, shopping, restaurant, everything. The staffs at the restaurant are wonderful. I told them I can eat gluten free products, and they even made dishes specifically for me. Too bad that I can only stay in for a day, but definitely I would stay here if I ever be back

WWenbinThe reason for the 4smiles for their services is basically due to the staffs un-bilingual. It would earn extra if they are able to communicate in other language rather than just Vietnamese. But overall, the service is good, in one way they observed serving other type of breakfasts rather than the usual Vietnam breakfast as they also consider English/Korean breakfast, partly due to lots of Korean people staying/working around the area.

PPangshushubutiaoshiIl nuovo hotel, la città di tre linee nazionali, standard quadri-star, servizio cinese, pulizia igienica è molto ricco, e i vietnamiti sono molto ricci.Alcuni vicini hanno paesaggi di lingua, l'altro lato può anche vedere il ballo della piazza.Sotto è il ristorante di verdure, la grande schermata KTV di notte, tutte le canzoni cinesi. L'unico terrore è il rumore. Il nuovo edificio e il suolo sono costruiti, e sono svegliati alle sei del mattino.
