Один из лучших отелей на склоне. Находится рядом с канатным подъемником (50м). В отеле есть бассейн, хамам, сауна, массаж, боулинг, биллиард, бассейн на улице с теплой водой. Приличный ресторан.

5 star for facilities, 3 star for service. This lodge has great perks (outdoor Jacuzzi, Sauna, Indoor pool) and this makes it one of the best lodges out in Gudauri. My highlight was using the hot jacuzzi at 9 AM in the morning when it started snowing. The privilege of hot water out in the open was amazing. Breakfast is also decent but live station costs 10 LARI (for e.g Omelette) which came as a surprise to me. A-la-carte menu is well stocked. I especially liked the Shkmeruli in garlic sauce. These perks are from 8 AM - 11 PM. However, I didn't quite appreciate the service to be honest in general which is why I gave it a low rating. I came during an off season (once the ski season stopped). There were no smiles exchanged at either the reception, restaurant or the house keeping. One would argue that with fewer guests, the quality of service would increase but this instead went downwards. It felt borderline rude as in our country we treat guests with a smile and make sure they feel welcome regardless of it being an off/on season. The only pleasantries we could exchange with were with a middle aged Israeli couple who we met at the pool. Other than that the lodge was pretty much dead in April/May. Our only recourse was to spend the day outside, get back by 6 pm, use the facilities until 10 and then crash to bed.

I went here for the view, and I got a wonderful view ! But you have to know the infrastructure is not new, so you have sometimes strange noises, or somes things are worn out. Everything worked fine and I had no problem during my stay, but don't expect a luxury accomodation or you will be disappointed. The lady who welcomed me was nice and helpful. I'll recommend this place, I had a really nice stay here.

The hotel is at good location, right on tge highway. You can walk or take a taxi to ski points or new gudauri. The best part is free sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel. The breakfast, though quite good has less vegan options so be careful. But overall good experience.

Se non noleggiate un'auto, è meglio non prenotarla. È lontano dal centro ed è una lunga salita. È molto faticoso camminare con i bagagli. Non è molto comodo prendere un taxi. Se volete prenotare un'auto, è meglio farlo con un giorno di anticipo~ Se non parlate inglese, è meglio non prenotarla. Il bungalow non è gestito. Quando entrate, c'è una stanza senza finestre e un lavandino è stato rimosso. Pensavo fosse chiuso e abbandonato~ Ho chiamato per chiedere in quale stanza si trovasse e poi sono entrato per prendere la chiave~ Se siete preoccupati per la sicurezza, è meglio non prenotarla. Dipende dalla fortuna se la serratura della porta è chiusa. Abbiamo chiuso la porta a chiave la notte e abbiamo scoperto che si poteva aprire facilmente la mattina dopo. Se non vi interessano i tre punti precedenti e non avete esigenze particolari per quanto riguarda le condizioni di alloggio, la baita è per lo più economica, con acqua calda e riscaldamento, proprio ai piedi della montagna innevata, e l'ambiente è comunque fantastico. Naturalmente, le baite in legno qui sono tutte molto buone. Si consiglia di sceglierne una vicino al centro. Comodi trasporti, cibo e bevande.

La stanza è tutto bene.Non importa il paesaggio o le strutture.Ma il capo conosce la lingua georgiana e c'è qualche difficoltà a comunicare.Poi c'è un cowboy sulla strada per l'hotel. C'è un cane bianco molto cattivo accanto, e sentire la voce della gente si arrabbierà. La chiave è che il muro è anche basso. Mi preoccupo sempre che il cane sia più affamato. È davvero incredibile! Il capo dovrebbe parlare con il coniglio e aumentare il cerchio di cane bloccato

5日間の滞在。 日本で流行っている「おこもりステイ」のような雰囲気で、誰からも邪魔されずゆっくり過ごすことができた。ホテルを予約すると朝食に加えて、一日一度の貸し切りスパ&サウナがついてくる。また、夕食はレストランとして利用もでき、近くで運営されているシャトームフラニのワインに合わせたジョージア料理を楽しむことができる。 ★ロケーションについて トビリシからタクシーで40分（40ラリ程度)ほどで到着。 タクシーの運転手が村で見るところがないというが、牛がそこら辺を歩いていて飾らないジョージアの姿をみることができる。また、周りの住人も親切で人懐こいジョージア人の気質を感じる人ばかりだった。 ホテルから10分くらい歩くとシャトームフラニがあり、ジョージアワインのワイナリーを見学することもできる。(要予約) 希望する場合は到着時にレセプションに予約をお願いすることもできる。 タクシーを使えばムツヘタを観光することもできる。(30ラリ程度) ★サービスについて レセプションは非常に親切で、どのような要望も回答してくれる。また、掃除も丁寧に行われており館内やテラスがいつも綺麗に整備されている。 夕食時のレストランも利用したが、洗礼された味でシャトームフラニのワインとよく合う味付けにされていて是非一度利用するのがおすすめ。 サウナは、フィンランド式で自分でロウリュして室温を上げる事ができて気持ちが良い。スパは風呂と水風呂が準備されておりサウナに入ったあとに利用すると良い。 おすすめとして、早目の時間にチェックインを済ませること。ぜひスパやレストラン、そしてシャトームフラニのワインを楽しんで贅沢なお泊りにしてほしい。

L'hotel è eccellente! Personale responsabile. Siamo arrivati stanchi la mattina, Lasha ci ha alzati prima dell'ora, senza parole, siamo riusciti a riposare. La stanza è pulita, elegante e confortevole.Ci sono tutti necessari: fan, scivoli, diversi set di asciugamani, scivoli, set con pasta dentale/barba, disco di cottura, stick e persino unghie. Una bella donna che guarda camere pulite, sorridente, gentile.Grazie. La colazione è incredibile, copre tutta la tavola, ragazza e ragazzo, scusa, non ha chiesto nome, tutto è molto delizioso, saturato. Le colazioni erano in valore, ma la diversità dei piatti ci ha appena impressionato. A parte questa vista delle montagne, le auto guidano, ma questo rumore non ci ha tenso. Dormire stretto, respirare aria di montagna. Aggiungo alcune carte foto. Per concludere la mia recensione con l’espressione: “Tutto per le persone”. Vi desidero la fortuna e la prosperità, vi desidero tornare e vi consiglio alle vostre conoscenze.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Het bed was heerlijk comfortabel, waardoor we echt goed hebben kunnen uitrusten. Daarnaast was het personeel ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk; je voelde je direct welkom en niets was te veel gevraagd. Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid, precies wat je nodig hebt om de dag goed te beginnen. Verder klopte alles helemaal met wat er in de advertentie stond. We kregen precies dezelfde kamer als op de foto’s bij onze boeking, wat erg prettig en betrouwbaar aanvoelde. Kortom: een topervaring! We zouden dit hotel zeker aanraden en komen graag nog eens terug
