Service was for the most part great but i asked for a higher floor in the notes when i booked but was placed on the first floor which was no No problem! I specifically booked this hotel because of the 2 tvs in the room because I’ve stayed before but upon arrival and seeing my room didn’t have both tvs i immediately wanted to change rooms because that’s what i specifically booked for along with the sofa bed because thats what the picture displayed ! I asked to be moved to another room, and was granted the request! But was also informed the hotel was removing the 2 tv option but was banking on a room that still had it available and i saw the hotel was busy that day and didn’t want to be on the first floor with so much traffic! So anyway the receptionist granted my room change to the 4th floor, PERFECT! So me and my family gathered our things and went to the 4th floor only to find a much smaller room, no sofa bed, only a chair and i was like this is worse than the original because if not the tvs i still needed the sofa bed for my boys ! Immediately called and voiced my concern about the cramped room and can we go back to the original for more space, receptionist informed me she had sold it ! It had only been about 5-10 mins top, i was livid at this point! She stated the room i booked was a king room and the room i originally booked was the only one with the sofa bed, like whatttt why was i not informed before the move, i wouldve stayed so i had to deal with this cramped room with me, my boyfriend and our 2 boys ! The bathroom was TRASH, i mean absolutely garbage! I asked to upgrade to 2 queens rooms but she said i couldnt because i booked thru 3rd party and i would have to basically buy the room separately! I mean it didn’t make sense whatsoever to me to not be accommodated in some sort especially when i had kids in a 1 bed basic room! Never going back! But the receptionist was cool, i just wanted some type of relaxation for 3 days but we made it work but we will not be returning! And the bathroom was covered in mold, just disgusting!

We never previously stayed at a LaQuinta and I can assure you we never will again!!! We were lied to about the room by the front desk person who got off at 3 p.m. The first room we were in, that the front desk person lied about and moved us to, appeared to have water coming up through the floor. When we entered the room water was puddles under the bed and around two sides of it. We cleaned it up except for the part to show the water was clear and not a mess made by our dog. When we tried to call the front desk, the room phone did not work at all not even a dial tone. While waiting for the front desk to change our room, we flushed the toilet and it was like a floodgate of water started appearing from the floor. Getting back to the front desk girl lying to us. I told her that I cannot physically climb stairs because she was telling me i would have to climb 3 flights of stairs dur to problems with the elevator. We were told that though the room would be a queen bed, instead of a king, it was not as far to walk as the elevator and it was a drive up room. Well, let me tell you, we passed the elevator on the way to the room and it was all the way to the end of the hallway. Also, from the after 3 p.m. desk clerk, who straightened out the first desk clerk's mess and who did not lie to us, we found out this LaQuinta has NO drive up rooms!!! I has prepaid our room with no mention of a fee for our dog. So, in addition, this dishonest front deskperson charges us a $25 fee for our dog. When we checked out today, my husband asked for a receipt and the dishonest front desk person told him it would be emailed to us. Honestly, at this point we do not trust that our credit card information is secure and has not been lifted. Given all of this, we will NEVER stay at any LaQuinta again and will actively discourage our friends and family from staying in any LaQuinta.

Mi è piaciuto che l'hotel fosse molto ben mantenuto e puzzato pulito. La stanza stessa è un po' morbida e vasca a causa dell'umidità e del tempo, ma era molto pulita. La TV era un po' confusa su come cambiare i canali. Il bagno era pulito e aveva tutto quello che era necessario per una doccia e una lozione dopo. C’era un giaccato di guardia che era ben mantenuto con un tavolo di ferro e di ferro. Buona stanza. Il letto di grandezza re ha un sacco di piastrelle e letti più grandi. Potrebbe essere un po' alto per qualcuno più breve o che ha problemi di salire in un letto che è alto. Molto macchina di caffè di base nella stanza. Ci sono una cassaforte e un frigo anche che è bello. Potrebbe essere un bel toccamento se ci fossero bottiglia d'acqua complimentare nel frigo. In generale, lo apprezzerei 4.5 stelle se dovete solo soggiornare 3 o 4 giorni. Il personale è molto amichevole. Una giovane donna chiamata Shi era al divano, e era così dolce e accogliente per tutte le domande che avevamo. Il giorno in cui abbiamo lasciato, siamo andati dietro e abbiamo perso il colazione. Ho chiesto se forse avessero dei rulli o dei muffin per noi per andare in strada. Era abbastanza dolce da permetterci di andare nella zona del colazione e di prendere quello che ci serviva prima di andare, e questo era un esempio molto gentile di andare oltre e di sopra per i suoi clienti. Ci salutava e ci salutava con un sorriso, che certamente ha reso la nostra esperienza sempre migliore.

The grounds and exterior of the White House hotel is wonderful. However, other features of this hotel leave something to be desired. Firstly, if you're looking for a place to unwind by the pool with a great ocean view, you're in luck, but unfortunately the pool is not heated. The dining room was unavailable due to ”construction” or ”remodeling,” so any food ordered (which was good) either had to be room-service or eaten at the bar. I stayed in a standard room with a king bed, which was not very comfortable. The vanity light in the bathroom was only half lit, making shaving difficult. The TV in the room was old and the back light seemed to be going out. There was a small 3 drawer dresser for clothing, but other than that, really nothing other than the nightstands to set things on (but there was a very small bistro table for the coffee maker. And the most frustrating part, the AC unit either made the room VERY cold or VERY warm. The uncomfortable bed, with thin covers and a bipolar HVAC made getting good rest impossible. For the same price or less, I could have stayed at one of the casinos with better amenities and more comfortable rooms.

Abbiamo davvero goduto del nostro tempo e posso dire sinceramente che la doccia è stata la migliore che abbia mai avuto in un tempo in un hotel. Sono rimasto in questo hotel con mia figlia il fine settimana scorsa 7/29. Eravamo davvero stanchi quando siamo arrivati e siamo andati a letto. La mattina dopo ho capito alcune grandi questioni e ho parlato con l'ufficio del fronte. Ho anche mandato video e foto al direttore di custodia che era in servizio. Era molto scusata e così la signora lavorava al divano di fronte. Ma quando il direttore, penso che il suo nome fosse Corey, uscì.... La sua atteggiamento era orribile. In realtà, non sapevo che fosse il manager prima che lo vidi camminare, ma quando ho detto ”Buongiorno”, si è appena mantenuto camminando. Quindi forse aveva un brutto giorno... INDICATIVO, non è colpa mia. Mi ha offerto di dare alcuni punti, ma per la questione che avevo, che non era sufficiente!! Non ha fatto alcun sforzo per fare altro, anche dopo aver espresso il fatto che non ero felice. E l'ho detto in modo bello, ma ho ricevuto nulla, ma una cattiva atteggiamento in cambio!! Non condivido il video qui, solo perché la signora del colazione era eccellente... e il lavoratore del desk front era un dolce..... Ma quel manager era il peggio 👎🏾

Per i viaggiatori solitari occupati, preferirei un tempo coerente! Un'altra azienda locale che cerca lavoratori.

Mia madre e io siamo rimasti qui per un concerto a 30 minuti di distanza. Quando siamo tornati sabato sera a mezzanotte, era davvero caldo nella stanza, quindi ho contattato il desk e le ho detto che non pensavo che l'aria funzionasse. Ha detto “manutenzione”. Ho sentito lui chiedere perché stiamo chiamando. Egli si chiese se avessimo toccato l'unità e poi ci siamo lasciati, e poi tornato con un vaccheggio e l'ha vuotata fuori e ha detto che sarebbe stato bello andare e ha detto che 74 è una temperatura perfetta. Non funzionava, quindi gli ho detto di nuovo e questa volta il “mantenitore” era ora il “manager”. Ho chiesto se potessimo cambiare le camere. Dicono che non avevano più camere doppie. Finalmente dopo 30 minutes-1 ore mi hanno finalmente dato una camera unica. Non mi sono rimborsato per un doppio per quella notte. Probabilmente non rimarrò qui. Il “mantenitore” o “manager” qualunque sia era molto brutto.
