Avevo un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Le camere erano pulite, comode e molto accoglienti. La posizione era perfetta e tutto era ben organizzato. Grazie speciali ai manager e al personale dell'hotel, sono stati estremamente amichevoli, professionali e sempre pronti ad aiutare con qualsiasi domanda o richiesta.La loro ospite ha reso il nostro viaggio ancora più piacevole. Il servizio è stato eccellente da check-in all' check-out. Mi sentivo davvero benvenuto e curato durante il mio soggiorno. Avrei sicuramente consigliato questo hotel a chiunque visita la zona e mi sarebbe rimasto felicemente qui in futuro.

Ho apprezzato moltissimo il mio soggiorno al Cappadocia Caves Hotel. La vista delle mongolfiere era magica e la colazione, sebbene non fosse una nostra scelta, era varia e ben presentata al tavolo. Le camere erano accoglienti e il personale è stato sempre disponibile e cortese. L'unico suggerimento che darei è di aggiungere più ganci o ganci per asciugamani e vestiti. Nel complesso, un'esperienza incantevole!

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

La stanza è grande e la vista è incredibile! Apri la finestra ogni mattina, respira l'aria fresca e guarda le morfologie ondulate in lontananza, che ti fanno sentire rilassato. L'unico rammarico è che la mattina di questi giorni il tempo è stato brutto e non sono riuscita a vedere i palloncini in cielo come avrei voluto. Comunque è un presagio e tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta! L'entusiasmo e la premurosità del personale dell'hotel hanno compensato il leggero rammarico! Il capo, originario di Orhun, è il genero di Guilin, Guangxi! Non ci sono stati problemi nel comunicare in cinese, ed era anche entusiasta di darci consigli di viaggio e sul cibo. Abbiamo preso un appuntamento prima di partire. Verrò di nuovo a Karlik la prossima volta e chiederò comunque quella stanza!

Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)

Il paesaggio è meraviglioso. Si trova nel punto più alto a sud-ovest del centro di Goreme, quindi bisogna salire e scendere per raggiungere il centro. Rispetto ai prezzi irragionevoli delle camere qui, il prezzo qui è ragionevole. È anche un hotel che è appena stato inserito in un viaggio. Il negozio fornirà la maggior parte dell'assistenza in inglese, comprese le informazioni turistiche, ecc., e fornirà anche una semplice colazione. La casa è una casa tradizionale e i pannelli delle porte e le serrature delle porte sono un po' retrò, quindi l'effetto di isolamento acustico è scarso. C'è una piattaforma panoramica per godersi il paesaggio di Goreme. L'esperienza di alloggio qui è piuttosto buona.

Nice experience to stay in real ”modern” cave hotel with good services

Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views.

バス乗り場からほど近く便利です。歩いてウチヒサール城まで行けますし、近くに小さなスーパーが3軒ほどはあります。歩いて行ける距離に安くて美味しいカフェもありました。 部屋には冷蔵庫、ミネラルウォーター、スリッパ、タオルはありますが、ケトルはありませんでした。 Wi-Fiは繋がりますが、低速なのでタイミングによっては利用できないレベルでした。（普通に使える時間帯もありました） 朝食は最上階でパン、チーズ、オムレツ、チャイなどをいただきました。寒くなければテラス席で飲食も可能です。 スタッフさんがみんな優しくて温かく良い宿でした。 宿を出て右手に200mくらい進むと、ギョレメ行きのバス停があります。50TRYだったかと思います。

Barceló Cappadocia’nın havuzu gerçekten harikaydı! Hem temizliği hem de ambiyansı açısından çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadık. Özellikle sıcak yaz günlerinde serinlemek için ideal. Havuz alanı oldukça geniş ve hijyen kurallarına dikkat ediliyor. Şezlonglar rahat, ortam sessiz ve huzurlu. Tatil boyunca en çok vakit geçirdiğimiz yerlerden biri oldu. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim!
