Non consiglierei questo hotel, poiché le strutture di base come l'approvvigionamento di acqua, caffè o solo un riscaldamento d'acqua nella stanza erano mancanti e hanno molto limitate opzioni per colazione, non vale la pena pagare €12.50 per solo omeletta e pane, E qualcosa che chiamano cappuccino, ma non c'è latte in esso (avrebbero dovuto controllare se la macchina del caffè funziona bene). Non vale la pena, molto deluso.

We enjoyed our stay at Rosalma Hostel. Great location. Staff could not have been more friendly. Other guests were great. Nice large kitchen with stove, oven, kettles, microwave, fridges, dishes, glasses and utensils. Great outdoor sitting area to mix with other guests. Good little eating area where you can eat or sit in a nice cozy spot to read.
We stayed in the 6 person shared room. There were three bunk beds (one lower and one upper, but the triple stack that is in some photos).
The bathroom is shared per floor not room. It is decently nice. Our floor had four toilet stalls and four shower stalls. The shower stalls are pretty small. Water pressure was just ok, but you get the option of wand or rain shower faucet. Shower got as hot as you could want, so that’s great. The showers could have been a bit cleaner though and there was a little bit of a draining issue right outside of the shower.
I would recommend this place to friends who want to stay in Porto on a budget!

Abbiamo prenotato questa camera all'ultimo minuto. Il direttore è stato molto accomodante e ha persino incluso una colazione gratuita nella tariffa della camera, anche se avrebbe comportato un supplemento di 5 euro. I letti erano molto comodi, il bagno pulitissimo. L'hotel non è nel centro della città, ma il centro non è lontano, facilmente raggiungibile in metropolitana, a 2 fermate di distanza, o con una passeggiata di 15 minuti in discesa. L'arredamento è un po' datato nel complesso, ma conferisce alla proprietà l'aria pittoresca di una pousada di campagna, anche se si trova nella città di Porto.

Tinha reservado um quarto com vista para a cidade com cama de casal e foi-me atribuído um quarto sem vista para a cidade e com duas camas individuais! Quanto ao resto o Hotel tem bom serviço e está muito bem localizado!

Ci sono un sacco di recensioni negative. Non condivido questo se consideri la zona, il prezzo e la stanza. Non solo più di quello che hai pagato. Nel frattempo, la pulizia è quotidiana. AC è anche lì. Il prezzo è più che giusto per questa stanza.

In termini di rapporto qualità/prezzo, era buono.
L'aria condizionata era sparita! In una giornata caldissima di luglio, non solo non rinfrescava, ma soffiava anche aria tiepida.
La soluzione è stata dormire con la finestra aperta.

Le camere dell'hotel sono confortevoli e i bagni sono relativamente grandi.
Due birre sono incluse nel drink di benvenuto al momento del check-in.
Il servizio è molto buono e c'è una sauna. La sauna è fantastica.
Lo stile in cemento è molto nuovo.

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è molto buona. Molto vicino al fiume, facile da girare a piedi. La camera era pulita. Ma l'ascensore non funzionava e la mia camera era all'ottavo piano. La reception era sempre occupata, quindi devo aspettare per prendere l'ascensore con i numeri dispari (non potevo usare l'ascensore con i numeri dispari da solo perché la mia chiave era per i numeri pari)

DDAI ZHENGXIStrutture: questo hotel è il più soddisfacente del mio viaggio. Palestra, piscina interna riscaldata, bagno turco, tè pomeridiano, tutto a disposizione! Sembra che se sei in vacanza, puoi portarlo con te in hotel tutto il giorno senza uscire.
Igiene: molto buona. Mi piace lo stile e l'a**osfera dell'hotel. Anche l'igiene è buona
Ambiente: a pochi passi c'è il molo delle navi da crociera e la funivia, il che è fantastico e molto conveniente. E l'ambiente dell'alloggio è relativamente tranquillo, molto adatto per le vacanze
Servizio: molto buono. Ti saluteranno quando si incontreranno. Forniremo tempestivo feedback su eventuali esigenze.

MMar4MorAn amazing hotel! I was so impressed with the decor and the cleanliness and above all... the staff! They were pleasant, accomodating and even gave us an upgrade which was just incredible! I want to especially thank the following wonderful staff members who made our 1 night stay so special... they should be commended for their HIGH CUSTOMER ORIENTED persona! Very rare to find these days. The people I would like to thank are: Debouc, Fernando, Andre and Joao! Absolutely wonder human beings who treat customers with respect and dignity! I fould this hotel along with another one in Cascais to be TOP NOTCH when it came to hospitality! I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to everyone I know. I pray these folks are recognized for their outstanding customer relations and hospitality! Impeccable to say the least! They deserve a raise!

This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities.
Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests:
• The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster.
• No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help.
• Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs.
• Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify?
Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.

UUtente ospiteLast year I had the most wonderful stay at Menina Colina, and was excited to return. Unfortunately I now wish I had reserved elsewhere, as it has been nothing but a disappointment.
Prices are so much higher than a year ago, but I thought I got what was a good deal on the garden room. Turns out it is greatly overpriced for what is offered, as it has none of the exquisite design or attention to detail that the interior rooms have. It also seems to be neglected in terms of maintenance. The coffee machine was leaking, and after reporting it, it was made out to be my fault as I was using it incorrectly. I had to physically show a member of staff the leaked water for them to agree to replace it. I was really annoyed that they felt that they needed to demonstrate to me how it works rather than just replacing it immediately.
The next disappointment was that the room was initially not serviced at all, and no explanation was given. When you are paying $165 for a mediocre room (not even including breakfast), one would at the very least expect the bins to be emptied.
The bathroom also had a terrible smell that permeated the room, and mosquitoes were a problem too.
Management did offer me lunch or attendance of their fado show, but none of these arrangements fitted into my busy programme. I thought a small financial compensation would have made more sense. That did not happen, and nothing further was mentioned or discussed on check-out.
The final issue was the online check-out which they require. When I tried to complete it, my bill was for my entire stay, although 3 of the 4 nights had already been paid months in advance. So my conclusion is unfortunately that Menina Colina’s standards have dropped significantly, and that it is overpriced for the lack of attention to detail that is evident in several areas.

ZZaherWe had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Aliados in Porto. While advertised as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a high-end 4-star, mainly because it lacks some of the extra touches of luxury and service you’d expect from a top-tier 5-star experience. That said, it still offers great value for money and an excellent stay.
One of the hotel’s strongest points is its location—right in the heart of Porto, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and well-insulated, allowing for a great night’s sleep.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, with friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome right away. Throughout our stay, the staff remained courteous and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
Our room was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, featuring a king-sized bed, elegant decor, and a huge shower that added a touch of indulgence. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is always a priority when choosing a hotel.
The hotel has a spa with a gym, sauna, and hammam, free for guests. While we didn’t have time to use them, they looked modern, well-maintained, and inviting, adding to the hotel’s appeal.
Overall, Eurostars Aliados delivers a stylish and comfortable stay at a reasonable price. While it may not quite reach the level of a true 5-star experience, it’s an excellent option for those looking for a high-quality hotel in the center of Porto. We would definitely stay here again!

UUtente ospiteUn po' fuori dal centro, ma un hotel pulito con personale amichevole e utile. Ci siamo trasferiti una notte prima di essere stati prenotati per la prima notte di un viaggio di bicicletta organizzato. Il personale aveva trasferito i bagagli nella nuova stanza mentre uscivamo dalla vista.
La sala da pranzo è fantastica, solo attraverso una porta dall'hotel con una vasta scelta di cibo e birra!

UUtente ospiteLa posizione dell'hotel è fantastica. Camminando a distanza dalla maggior parte dei luoghi. Il metro è anche fuori. Ci sono molti ristoranti vicino e il mercato e la zona commerciale Bolhão è a pochi minuti a piedi. Il servizio è anche grande.
