Cinque minuti di auto da aeroporto, un autobus viene all'aeroporto ogni mezz'ora, e deve essere prenotato in anticipo.La stanza è pulita e pulita, adatto per il passeggero dell'aereo.

Un'auto veloce e facile per la maggior parte della città. Le camere erano molto pulite e tedesche. Aveva qualche problema con le carte chiave, il personale era estremamente professionale e utile! Bella hotel a buon prezzo! Sicuramente rimarrà!

Il nostro soggiorno al Sage in è stato sorprendente. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e molto utile con entrambi i check-in, check-out, e qualsiasi ulteriore domanda che abbiamo avuto. Il ristorante e il bar situato sul sito è sorprendente. E c'è un grande posto in salada circa un 5-minute passeggiata dall'hotel (Vinaigrette). Possiamo camminare 10 minuti al mercato agricolo anche sabato! La posizione è grande e vicino a tutto quello che dovete fare a Santa Fe.

Che posto affascinante, l'architettura interna capisce completamente lo spirito del Pueblo Style. Arrivammo la sera e videmmo l'ingresso dell'hotel brillantemente illuminato, il giardino dell'atmosfera del lobby, e nel lobby-lounge sentimmo i misteriosi suoni di un giocatore di flute indigeno!! Siamo stati a Santa Fe per il mercato indiano. Ogni mattina portammo la loro navetta alla piazza, grandi piloti, grandi umori, e incontrammo anche nuovi amici.Alla fine dei giorni, mia moglie e io ci rilassi facendo un pasto tardi nel loro ristorante all'aperto. La cucina era deliziosa, e le bevande avevano un grande spirito; la nostra suite era molto carina (il termine di mia moglie) e doveva andare a colazione ogni mattina, avevo tre giorni in fila con l’omeleta e il pancake dell’ultimo giorno. Rilassati, torneremo all'Hotel Santa Fe!!

Non è buono, il prezzo è pratico, il pavimento in legno garantisce che non c'è odore distintivo, la stanza è abbastanza grande, il letto è molto comodo, se non si arriva alla strada, voglio vivere ancora una notte!!!!!!

Ho avuto una notte tranquilla e ho fatto quello che sono venuto a New Mexico per. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Jessica mi ha controllato e ha un ottimo servizio clienti. Il membro del personale che mi ha controllato era anche assolutamente utile, soprattutto perché il mio telefono mi ha spenta mentre mi ha dato le istruzioni per la navetta.

The front staff were great! We had our room cleaned and restocked when requested. Our stay was uneventful and pleasant- would recommend.

Let me say that there are some very kind people at this hotel who truly care about you, your family, and your hard-earned money and because of them I will continue to stay at Hilton. I do however want to warn people against the salesperson there named Harris. We were scheduled to stay here, but our sons football tournament got canceled and in dealing with the hotel to get our stay canceled I had the worst experience I have ever had with an individual worker at a hotel, and we travel a lot. Harris was completely disrespectful, snarky, and just a downright mean-spirited human being to deal with. Harris ”the salesperson” even hung up on me when he called me back to tell me that he would not be giving my family a refund. After I told him that I was able to get a refund for my stay, he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence, before I could say to him all I had to do was call someone else other than him and they gave me the refund with no issues at all and they did so with kindness, understanding and empathy all qualities Harris lacks. Weird that he couldn't do the same, he said that it came straight from his general manager ”which I had to argue with him to even get him to ask her “hence the return phone call to happily tell me that he wouldn’t be giving us a refund. It honestly was almost like he thought he was teaching me a lesson and then got upset when it didn’t work out how he wanted it to. It clearly made him mad that I was able to get the help he absolutely refused to give. When I say refuse, I mean refused. If you ever stay here, make sure you check their policy before you book and whatever you do don't deal with Harris the salesperson.

From the moment we arrived our experience at Hotel Chaco was beyond our expectations. It is a beautiful property, with the interior very tasteful and reminiscent of the Chaco culture. The service was very friendly and efficient. From dinner and drinks at the rooftop bar, to happy hour on our balcony we found plenty to enjoy. Thank you to the staff for the warm treatment and smiles: Arianna, Edward, Sam, Eric, Sarah, John, and those whose names we didn’t catch. We hope to return soon and often.

We used the RV park. It is an open space very new and sterile. Great spaces with patios, full hook up, etc,, but don't look for any shade or ambiance. Stay 2 nights paid and get one night free. Unfortunately the power went out second night at 1 AM and did not come back on by 10 AM when and we decided to leave after 2 nights. Never got to use the 3rd free night because of the power problem. Also the center building which was supposed to have a laundry was restricted to bathrooms only and you had to go way to the front to do laundry. Security is excellent with a very attentive gate guard. ****** is very close and a shuttle is provided. Next time to Albuquerque I would find another park unless I was there for the ********.

Migliore hotel, grande posizione off-road. 10 min da vecchia città. Camere confortevoli. Molte camere da spostare in camera. Cortina di privacy tra letto da cane e 2 regine. Sentimenti contrastanti su questo posto. L'hotel in sé è OK. Non proprio cinque stelle ma carino. Le camere sono piccole. La nostra camera al secondo piano si affacciava e il vecchio condizionatore d'aria. Quando abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati, il personale ci ha detto “siamo bloccati tra due edifici. Nessuna delle stanze ha una bella vista”. Sembra che l'hotel stia lavorando al 20% del personale. Impossibile ottenere un drink serale al bar/ristorante. Nessun posto a sedere. Abbiamo fatto due colazioni. Uno era fantastico (le uova hanno fatto un modo). Il secondo erano i pancake. Erano OK ma lo sciroppo d'acero sul menu è stato sostituito con sciroppo di pancake. Non è quello che ti aspetteresti da un hotel da $ 400+ a notte. Il servizio di pulizia era eccezionale. Hanno accuratamente aggiornato e organizzato la nostra camera. Il servizio in camera era disponibile solo dalle 8:00 alle 20:00. Ancora una volta non è quello che ti aspetti per $. Nel complesso, probabilmente non ci tornerei. Sembra un po' come se stessi pagando per quello che era e non per quello che è oggi.

I always enjoy my stay in Santa Fe. I’ve been there numerous times and always have a pleasant experience. Growing up in Albuquerque, I have a fond spot in my heart (and stomach) for New Mexican cuisine. The restaurant at the Doubletree never disappoints. The best part about the restaurant, apart from the green chili, is the service. Countless times, Erica and Eileen, have exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service. They’re very friendly, attentive, and gracious hosts. They’re an asset to the Doubletree brand and I would like to recognize their diligence.

A shower is not simply a shower for me. A shower is a way of acclimating myself to the lucidity required to engage in everyday life. It is a way to mentally and physically prepare myself for whatever may lie ahead for me for the day. It's a routine that borders on a spiritual ritual to allow myself to function in the world at my maximum potential. I am not exaggerating, then, when I say my shower at The Inn and Spa at Loretto was one of the most uncomfortable experiences in my life. I awoke early in the morning in eager anticipation to enjoy everything Santa Fe has to offer, and as I watched the sun rise over the Sangre de Christo Mountains, marveling at the beauty of the New Mexico sunrise. All that was left for me was to take my shower and prepare for the day. Nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. I stepped into the bathroom and made my way over to the shower, and turned the knob as I always would to roughly halfway to initiate the process. As I anxiously waited to begin my shower routine, the bathroom quickly filled with steam. After the cool morning air this felt nice at first, but of course I didn't want to scald myself! I turned the faucet back towards the cool side as I stepped into the shower, expecting that I understood where I would reach a ”warm” temperature. Within seconds I was blasted with ice cold water as if straight from a glacier. Pain shot up my spine to my neck as the icy water rained upon me, and I reflexively turned the knob back towards the hot side, thinking I surely had found the ”happy medium”. Within moments I was engulfed in red hot water that felt as if it had just been boiled in a tea pot across my face and neck, stunning me yet again. Frustrated, I moved the shower head directly to the floor, spraying my feet with the same steaming water. I then carefully moved the faucet, one centimeter at a time towards the cold side, gauging the point at which the water would begin to cool. Amazingly, there was no change. After 10 or so careful movements of the knob, the water began to cool, to my great relief. However, within moments the ice cold water returned, once again sending shivers up my spine. After more experimentation and constant discomfort, it became clear that there were only two options for this shower: burning hot or ice cold. The rest of my shower was spent doing a horrible dance of moving between excessively hot and cold water, moving my body out of the water frequently to minimize the pain. I ultimately managed to do the bare minimum necessary to get myself clean, with the chance of a relaxing and revitalizing experience clearly being out of the question. This is not how I would want anyone to start their day, and I feel this should be unacceptable for a hotel with the stature and reputation of The Inn and Spa at Loretto. While the rest of my experience there was quite nice, this shower left me with an awful feeling for much of my day. I hope they are able to ensure that future guests do not have to go through an experience like this.

Non molte cose in hotel erano aperte a causa di COVID-19. Le cameriere hanno servito le camere giornalmente, il che mi ha sorpreso. Siamo stati in altri hotel di recente e le cameriere non hanno riordinato le camere durante l'intero soggiorno.

There is nothing like the La Fonda in Santa Fe!! The room was perfection, the food was exceptional and the shopping!! Unfortunately we didn't get to see the rooftop bar because of bad weather so we will have to go back to see that for sure. The area has so much to offer and all within comfortable walking distance. The addition of their parking garage made getting around an easy process. Highly recommend a stay at the Hotel La Fonda!!

Questo è un grande hotel, situato nel quartiere storico. 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa Plaza. Amy al di fuori del desk è stato estremamente utile in molti modi.
