Portogallo: hotel con internet nella provincia di Azzorre

Ho soggiornato qui durante un viaggio di passaggio ed è stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole! Ho particolarmente apprezzato la scelta illimitata di vini al buffet della cena.

Camera terribile, sopra l'aria condizionata, era impossibile dormire tutta la notte. Ancora una volta, vendetta dell'hotel per una camera molto economica prenotata su Trip.com. Colazione tipica da 4 stelle, una bottiglia d'acqua e due biscotti, un regalo dall'albergo.

La ricezione era molto utile, soprattutto Bruno, e la camera e le letti erano molto confortevoli. Quando abbiamo chiesto un mini frigo, ci hanno fornito una con efficienza. L'unica cosa che non ci piaceva era che noi, ospiti dell'hotel, dovevamo ancora pagare 4 euro per parcheggiare la nostra auto all'interno.

Bell'hotel, anche se un po' vecchio. Le piscine interna ed esterna sono fantastiche. D'altro canto, il ristorante, in particolare i buffet serali, sono molto deludenti e non sono affatto all'altezza dello standard dell'hotel.

The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Whilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening. Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb. It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying. Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show. Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming. Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

E' la seconda volta che siamo rimasti in questo hotel e non siamo di nuovo delusi.

Sono stato a Ponta Delgada Azzorre poche volte, la prima volta ho soggiornato al Neat Hotel Avenida, la posizione era fantastica e comoda nel centro della città! Ho fatto il check-in molto tardi e il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale, la camera è pulita, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar e ristoranti! Tornerò a soggiornare qui di nuovo, obrigada

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

Il servizio è buono, il personale è entusiasta e la colazione è buona. L'hotel è vicino al porto, di fronte all'Atlantico, è in posizione eccellente, nel centro della città, è conveniente mangiare.La mancanza è un costo di parcheggio, 12 euro ogni notte.L'hotel ha un servizio e un buon atteggiamento.
