We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

Ho soggiornato qui durante un viaggio di passaggio ed è stato un soggiorno davvero confortevole!

L'hotel si trova vicino a un giardino botanico. Piscina termale, 2 vasche idromassaggio aperte e una SPA interna creano un'atmosfera meravigliosa. Le signore che puliscono la stanza meritano il massimo dei voti in quanto è difficile mantenere tutto perfetto mentre gli ospiti utilizzano le piscine termali con acqua di ferro (sorgente vulcanica). Buona colazione e terrazza.

L'ambiente è molto buono, vicino al mare, l'hotel è un po' moderno, ma l'esperienza complessiva è comunque buona, è adatto per una vacanza con la famiglia e gli amici, non lontano dalla città.

Incredibile!!!! Attenzione estremamente simpatica e prestativa, ambiente accogliente pulito, colazione incredibile con quattro tavoli piene di prodotti, veramente rappresentano il peluno pranzo hotel che tutti idealizzamo! La vista della camera era perfetta per il giardino, privato, con accesso alla sauna jaccuzy e alla piscina. Questo soggiorno ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, staff Incredibile anche!!!

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

NNodynessoIl check-in è stato il punto più problematico. Non ho ricevuto alcuna istruzione dall'ospite (anche nella cartella di spam) su come sbloccare la porta di entrata alla proprietà. Era già buio e l'ospite non era nemmeno raggiungibile per telefono. Monica dal servizio clienti di Trip finalmente riusciva a trasmettere i codici di ingresso necessari a me (grazie per l'assistenza!).
++ La camera era spaziosa e confortevole, il letto era comodo, il bagno e il bagno erano puliti e ci erano abbastanza asciugamani. La piscina condivisa è molto bella e offre una vista marea bella.La struttura si trova tranquillamente a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Angra.
-- Non sono disponibili istruzioni scritte (per esempio, password WiFi) o informazioni generali (servizi). Anche se la prenotazione menzionava anche il colazione, non c'era pane fresco, non la fine del mondo, ma meglio non la menzionare come opzione. Non è chiaro se i prodotti del frigorifero appartengono ad altri ospiti (auto-catering) o sono per uso generale, quindi non abbiamo toccato nessuno. L'ospite non era disponibile per domande telefoniche e non ha risposto alle mie chiamate iniziali il giorno del check-in. La stanza era nel seminterrato e, a volte, un odore di piogge di scarico nella stanza.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.

Con solo 9 camere, il personale si concentra su rendere eccezionale ogni esperienza degli ospiti.
La posizione è grande, centrale abbastanza per esplorare l'isola e tornare ogni giorno. Durante la vista da e quando esce, la vostra stanza prenderà il respiro ogni volta.
Tutti gli alloggi sono di alta qualità, il letto era molto comodo e anche le lavande e gli asciugamani avevano un senso di ricchezza.
Le opzioni per la colazione possono essere leggermente redditizie, ma la qualità e la freschezza degli ingredienti, insieme alla lama e al succo domestici, nonché la flessibilità per cambiare le cose sul menu, più che compiere per questo.
Anche noi il ristorante dell'hotel è eccellente per cena. Così tanto che abbiamo finito di default di esso più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato i dettagli come il telefono che hanno fornito al check-in che ci ha seguito ovunque sull'isola per seguire le proposte e le prenotazioni momentanee attraverso l'hotel!
In tutto, molto raccomandato, mia moglie e io sappiamo che torneremo!

UUtente ospiteWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.

UUtente ospiteIm afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

UUtente ospiteSono un po' deluso che non sia un hotel, ma credo di aver potuto essere l'unica persona che rimasto lì, non ho visto nessun altro, tranne per circa due secondi nella sala colazione. L’unico contatto che avevo era per posta elettronica, e tutte le istruzioni erano state inviate solo la mattina che andava, quindi non li ho ricevuti finché non sono arrivato a Pico. La stanza era abbastanza comoda e molto pulita. Ma molte cose sono date. La connessione internet non esisteva. Il condizionatore d'aria e il fan del bagno erano antiche e facevano un sacco di rumore. Il colazione era solo meh, ma la vista dalla camera da colazione era bella. La posizione è buona, vicino alla città e in una zona tranquilla. Non ho passato molto tempo all'hotel e era troppo freddo per una nuoto, ma immagino che sarebbe stato bello quando il tempo è più caldo, perché la piscina ha anche una vista meravigliosa.

VVirginia LioSono stato a Ponta Delgada Azzorre poche volte, la prima volta ho soggiornato al Neat Hotel Avenida, la posizione era fantastica e comoda nel centro della città!
Ho fatto il check-in molto tardi e il personale della reception è stato molto cordiale, la camera è pulita, nelle vicinanze ci sono molti bar e ristoranti!
Tornerò a soggiornare qui di nuovo, obrigada

KKB100The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.
