Wonderful experience! I love this hotel. It's very spacious and clean. The pool is amazing and has a bar! A very beautiful sky bar. There are beauty pools on the rooftop. The staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. Mr. Noreak and Ms. Sreyneth provided us with superb service! We traveled with our family and were able to get a 2 bedroom private room which is pretty spacious. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chumneanh and the rest of the staff for great customer service!

It is a new hotel. However, not having iron and hair dryer available is not acceptable. You could just go out and buy. The check-in and check-out processes at the reception desk were efficient and hassle-free. Throughout my five-day stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in every interaction. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a pool-facing room with a balcony, despite not requesting one. However, as a wheelchair user, I encountered several accessibility challenges. While the staff were accommodating in helping me change rooms when the first one proved unsuitable, basic accessibility features were lacking. The hotel was unable to provide a plastic chair for showering, which made bathing both difficult and potentially hazardous. More concerning was the swimming pool area, which lacked wheelchair ramps, making it completely inaccessible due to steps. For a 5-star establishment under the Marriott brand, these accessibility oversights were disappointing. Most international hotels typically provide better accommodation for guests with mobility needs. Despite being a Marriott Bonvoy member, these limitations significantly impact the likelihood of my return. Future travellers with accessibility requirements should thoroughly verify the hotel's facilities before booking. While the hotel excels in location, aesthetics, and service attitude, its accessibility infrastructure falls short of international standards, particularly for a property of this calibre.

We had a standard private room and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed throughout south east Asia! Such good value for money, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bar downstairs was really cheap, beer for $1 and 3 for 2 on happy hour (2pm - 11pm) the pool area was small but nice although we didn’t get chance to go in as we were too busy. Staff were all really helpful and helped us book our trips and they also offered a laundry service which was great.

Friendly, joyful and helpful staff,spacious poll view room for three with a comfortable sofa bed. Breakfast is not served in buffet style yet the array of choices is wide enough and the pace of serving is just right. Plain yoghurt witg fresh fruits and avacado on toast are my daily favorite. Great location. Massage spas, local shopping markets and restaurants are all within walking distance.
