Small but very clean room, very easy access to public parking. Onsen bath is good considered the small size of hotel. Free noodle and ice popsicles are a plus - especially when you struggle to find a restaurant coming back late from Tateyama. Charge money for disposing excessive trash and room markup

In generale la proprietà è molto buona, pulita, nuova e ben mantenuta. Solo il servizio di cena è stato in stile buffet e le scelte di cibo non sono al livello di questo Onsen. La colazione è servita in buffet è buona. WiFi è debole. Il servizio del personale è molto buono.

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is quite big and can fully open 2 medium luggages. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. There are also Nespresso machine with capsule provided in the room. 2. Located 5 mins walk from Toyama Station. If require to rent car, Toyota Car Renting is located directly opposite of the hotel. Tram, shinkansen, JR train and Dentetsu train are convenient to take. 3. As is nearby the main station, has lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and mall surrounding. However, do note that most of the shops close as early as 8pm nearby. 4. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise despite located along the road. 5. I had opted to walked to Kansui Park which is actually approx. 10 mins depending on your walking speed. The view and scenery overseeing the alps was so good. 6. It was raining during our stay, we were able to borrow umbrella and shoes dryer. Cons: 1. Nearby shop closes too early. Not sure if is because of off peak season. 2. Hardly any cons I could think of. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Great location, service, easily to get food and accessible to transport. Not sure if is off peak season but it was definitely lesser crowd and traffic during my stay at the end of November. It is definitely great time to visit this time if wanted a relaxing trip.

Stayed here a night in Toyama before embarking on the Alpine route. Familiar, comfortable room amenities as expected from the Comfort Hotel chain, with a good breakfast spread inclusive. 5 minutes walk from Toyama JR Station and 7 minutes walk with luggage from Toyama Dentetsu line to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama. Note that you still need to bring your luggage to Dentetsu Station for luggage forwarding service, you cannot do it from the hotel. I asked for a high floor room that overlooked the station/mountains - I did get a high floor room but a side view of the building beside the hotel. Tip: buy supplies from the supermarket in the mall opposite before going up the mountains. There are also Toyama souvenirs, great eki bentos, firefly squid and white shrimp tempura tendon and black ramen in Toyama JR Station nearby.

La posizione è eccellente, proprio oltre la stazione Toyama. Ci sono un Lawson e molti ristoranti vicino. L'ingresso è sul lato, e le strutture di base sono disponibili per raccogliere sul primo piano. La stanza non è nuova ma in buona condizione. Il condizionamento dell'aria è un sistema centrale: raffreddamento in estate e riscaldamento in inverno, e le finestre non possono essere aperte. Se non si può dormire con il riscaldatore, impostare la temperatura più bassa e utilizzare l’umidificatoreit’ sarà molto comodo. L’illuminazione nella stanza è luminosa... è buono, e ci è anche una macchina venditore e venditore di ghiaccio su alcuni piani.

What a gem of a hotel in a superb location. short walk from Toyama station. Great amenities, welcome cookie included. Great service and attentive staff, a great hotel all in all! Only problem is a Hilton wide thing- the two tier Internet must go in this say and age. Fast free WiFi should be a basic given at a 4 star as it is on most lower classed hotels.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Everything is good. I love the Dormy Inn Hotel. Just a staff of the Dormy Inn Kanazawa branch seems a bit more professional and the location for this branch is more far. But all standards is good quality. Free hot springs, hot soba, soft drinks, ice-cream and manga books service. Really recommend!

Al momento della prenotazione non era stato specificato che la camera fosse priva di doccia. Non era neanche stato comunicato che la colazione era esclusivamente un bento. Abbiamo provato a chiedere un upgrade della colazione, ma ci è stato negato. Complessivamente, non è stata un'esperienza piacevole, nemmeno per i bambini.

The hotel is situated at the very convenient location just next to the Toyama JR Station and there’re a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed very much of our stay in this hotel with the professional services and hospitality from the very friendly and helpful staff.
