Posizione comoda, la stazione Watanabe-dori è nelle vicinanze! Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia ma abbiamo indicato che il soggiorno era di 2 adulti e 2 bambini, l'hotel ha aggiunto 2 letti per noi! 👍 L'hotel dispone di una sauna termale, dopo aver camminato per la strada è fantastico!

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene standards that made me feel at ease. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient—close to subway stations, restaurants, and convenience stores—making it ideal for independent travelers. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. They were also happy to assist with any questions. The room came equipped with a washing machine and microwave, which is especially useful for longer stays or travelers who need to do laundry. The Wi-Fi was stable, suitable for both work and entertainment. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, with well-rounded facilities and attentive service. It’s a solid choice for solo travelers or business trips.

È vicino al centro commerciale sotterraneo Tenjin e proprio di fronte al Mina Tenjin, rendendo lo shopping un gioco da ragazzi. Il deposito bagagli è stato comodo, dato che erano sempre disponibili a custodire i bagagli, così non ho dovuto portare troppo peso. L'hotel offriva anche drink di benvenuto e caffè gratuiti, il che lo rende un ottimo hotel con un servizio eccellente.

Should avoid this hotel for its terrible service and disrespectful attitude!!! On the date of departure, upon checkout at 12 noon, we asked a female staff at the reception to book a jumbo taxi from Lucky taxi for us at 2:45pm to the airport and she replied that they could not make booking with Lucky taxi but could book with some other taxi companies. We then requested her to go ahead with booking with their approved taxi company and waited at the lobby. After less than a few minutes, she came to us and said one of the taxi company did not pick up the call and the other one said they were too busy to accept any booking. The female staff then said she was not able to assist us and we should find a taxi ourselves. My husband was pretty annoyed and said to the female staff that it is ridiculous that being a 4 star hotel , they would not even book a taxi for their guest. Hearing the comment, the female staff just ”glared” at my husband and then walked away. Later when we went back to the hotel to pick up the luggage , my friend asked for the name of the female staff and was replied with ”no name can be given. This is probably the worst hotel reception experience I have in Japan!

Excellent location, walkable to Hakata station. Check in was fast, just scan passport and that is it. Room is clean and tidy. Simply great!

Room is a decent size (for Japan). It is in a very good location. But it is quite popular with certain nationalities of people that are quite loud. Sound proofing is not the best. Walls between rooms are literally made of wood. You can hear quite a lot of noise from the hallways too. Onsen looks good in photos. But not very authentic. Mainly for foreign tourists.

Mitsui Nakasu Hotel è il mio miglior hotel di scelta ogni volta che visito Fukuoka. Le sue principali vantaggi sono la sua eccellente posizione, vicino al distretto di Tenjin, Canal City e la metropolitana. Ci sono molti bar, ristoranti e negozi (come Donki) vicino, rendendolo molto conveniente. Molto raccomandato.

Ho soggiornato qui molte volte. La posizione è comoda e la camera è pulita. È la mia prima scelta ogni volta che vado a Fukuoka.

Our hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location, making it super easy to get around. You'll find a mini-mart, coffee shop, and restaurants right nearby, plus the train station is just a stone's throw away. Our triple rooms are wonderfully spacious and comfortable – absolutely perfect!
