La mia esperienza generale nel Grand Westside Hotel Manila era buona la proprietà è moderna, pulita e il personale è stato cortese per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, la camera che mi era stata assegnata era a un livello inferiore, e ogni notte potevo sentire musica e suoni di eventi. Mentre ero in viaggio d'affari per cinque giorni, questo rumore costante mi ha interrotto il riposo e ha reso difficile il ricarrello dopo lunghi giorni lavorativi. I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

posizione strategica nel cuore di Makati, facile da chiamare per Grab e hailing per salire e scendere, vicino a centri commerciali come Greenbelt e non lontano da Bonifacio High Street con quei centri commerciali di lusso di fascia alta, buon lavoro anche per il personale, sono stati molto attenti e anche il personale delle pulizie è stato efficiente! L'unico inconveniente per me è che il tubo dell'acqua nel bagno non scorreva molto bene, devono sistemarlo

Anche se non si può negare che sia un po' datato, si tratta di un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, biancheria pulita e asciugamani in abbondanza. Mi interessava anche un hotel nello stesso edificio, ma la prossima volta ci proverò. A solo un passo da Robinson c'è Ermita, quindi fai attenzione quando cammini da solo. Questa è una zona dove ci sono molti ladri di biciclette.

Rocelle (Front Desk), Fira Sel (Concierge) and their teams went out of their way to accommodate me in my short stay at the Savoy Hotel Terminal 3. I needed a late check-out and they obliged very generously with this request, meaning I could enjoy the comforts of the hotel before my late flight back to the UK.. This was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated 👍🏼 - great job Savoy Hotel team, and thank you again🙏🏼. See you next time!

Siamo stati al Manila Hotel come coppia con un bambino e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto positiva. Il personale era estremamente accogliente e attento, le strutture si sentivano grandi e culturalmente ricchi piuttosto che moderni, e la posizione è centrale, grande per i parchi vicini, ma difficile a causa del traffico di Manila. Il centro è stato il colazione, che era eccellente e facile il miglior colazione alberghiero che abbia mai avuto.

La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con tutte le attrezzature di base che mi servivano. Il personale era amichevole, gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. La posizione era anche conveniente, vicino a SM MOA e ristoranti.L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva è la dimensione della piscina, è molto piccola e leggera (4 piedi) dalle solite piscine 5 piedi, ma il servizio complessivo dell'hotel è stato efficiente. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi.

La posizione è ottima. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. La prima stanza che ci è stata assegnata puzzava di candeggina, quindi abbiamo dovuto cambiare stanza. Poi nella stanza successiva, il condizionatore non funzionava, ma l'hanno sostituito. Il servizio è stato spettacolare. Tuttavia, le PARETI sono TROPPO SOTTILI. Si sentono le conversazioni e l'altra stanza **********, il che ha davvero rovinato il soggiorno.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.
