The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use.
We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal.
Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely place with such sweet and hospitable owners. They are incredibly helpful with transportation, food, and anything else you might need. Thank you, Sia Taj, for having me—it’s truly a great hotel! The location is perfect for spending a few days in Agra, being so close to the Taj Mahal.

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.

Grazie in particolare Afreen (lavoratore di rapporti ospiti), che mi ha guidato personalmente nella mia stanza al mio arrivo all'hotel il giorno prima di ieri. Vorrei certamente tornare qui con mia moglie, spero nei prossimi mesi, non negli anni.

Ho prenotato perché era vicino al mio viaggio d'affari, ma c'è un lavaggio a mano multifunzione nella stanza, nessun shampoo, sapone o servizi, nessun Kreenex, e le strutture sono deboli rispetto alle foto. Il personale è amichevole, ma non ci sono molti inglesi.

L'hotel è un po' fuori città e non molto standard del Marriott.. il cibo non è fresco. La camera è bella, piccola ma accogliente. Il personale è sempre pronto ad aiutare e cordiale. Ma controlla attentamente perché i sovraccarichi sembrano verificarsi abbastanza spesso. La piscina è super bella, così come la palestra ben attrezzata. Molti turisti internazionali. Taj Mahal è vicino e carino!

A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality.
I stayed from 17th November to 18th November 2025 for one night, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Gorakhpur. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Non riesco a trovare nessuna lamentazione.Non c'è problema con la pressione di acqua calda, la temperatura di acqua calda, l'acqua di scarico e l'odore dei giapponesi.Ci sono porte di scarico nel momento, il pavimento della caviglie non si disturberà.La stanza è grande e pulita, posso passare un po'di conforto. Sono soddisfatto di tutti i tipi di colazione di auto-supporto.Il personale della reception risponde sempre sorridendo, anche se il prezzo non è buono, ma cambiano yen.

PPratikBI couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family (including elderly parents) in Ayodhya. The location is an absolute gem which helped us cover everything on foot (I mean literally everything important - Ram Mandir, Hanuman Gadhi, Sita ki Rasoi, Tulsi Smarak Bhavan, Railway station etc other attractions can be reached by opting for shared rick for ₹10 per person).
Yes the property is still under construction as also pointed by other reviewers however you wouldn't feel a thing when you are inside. The owners are pretty candid about their current state and future plans. It is a family owned hotel and thier passion to improve hospitality for the guests and it was visible in their approach. Yes there could be certain housekeeping issues but hey which hotel doesn't have it. What I liked about them was their openess to learn and implement. When I reached the housekeeping staff were going through additional trainings and new uniforms were being introduced.
The rooms were spotless and attention to details were visible. Everything was curated and selected with a fine sense of taste in mind. Beds were comfortable, linen was clean and toliteries were provided (i loved the moisturizer 😉)
They have big plans for future including a glass top temple view restaurant. I wish them luck and whenever I go back I will be staying with them.
Noteable names : Ankit Ji - Property Manager, Pandey Ji - Housekeeping Incharge, Shreyansh and Akshat Ji - Owners.
Closing note: If you want a hassle free stay in Ayodhya dtay with The Raghavas. Keep your mind open for minor issues here and there considering they are still new. Give them constructive feedback and not criticize, don't forget what you are paying now may not be the rate when the hotel is ready full-fledged 🙂.

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued.
The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing.
I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family!

UUtente anonimoIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

Il coordinamento tra loro e il team di cibo e bevande è anche jinxed. In pratica, vai, controlla, non chiedere niente e non parlare con nessuno, come comunque non ascoltano, e tutto sarà grande.La squadra junior è molto cortese e caldo.

UUtente ospiteOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.
