nice to stay in nova hotel but few things are missing such as AC is old and noisy. TV not working but except this many good things are also there such as wifi facility and places like taj mahal, fort are near from this hotel,car parking facility are also available, behaviour of hotel staffs are so nice, overall the it worth your money. good hotel to visit

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa looked good although didn’t get a chance to use. We used the concierge to do the Taj Mahal & Red Fort visit and he was excellent. Got us in as one of the first without hassle. Also for a reasonable price. We also used their contact to get a taxi to Ranthambore and they were phenomenal. Great stay. Great people. Highly recommend.

Tutto è grande, eccetto il personale alla reception.non sono benvenuti e brutti.non capiscono il valore del cliente...hanno bisogno di cambiare atteggiamento nei confronti del cliente.

交通便利，衞生情況衹能説一般，對得起這個價格。早餐很豐盛，適合中國人的胃口。周圍有商場，買東西和吃飯比較便利。樓頂有泳池，可以免費游泳，值得推薦。

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Un hotel a Valanasi.A piedi ５ c'è circa il ”località leggendaria” di ”casa di Long Mei” del bagagliaio giapponese (anche se esiste ancora, anche se è una leggenda) Ci sono molti caffè vicino, Lassy o negozi di pasto e cassaforte, molto conveniente.La sala è molto pulita e tranquilla è buona.Sono molto grato che sia molto dolce, perché la strada della città è molto dura e la moto è in moto.Il letto è anche molto morbido e molto utile.

Very nice hotel with a family like warm hospitality and professionalism. I particularly thank Afreen (Guest Relationship Employee), who personally guided me to my room on my arrival to Hotel the day before yesterday. I surely want to come back here with my wife, hopefully within the next few months not years.
