It's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.
Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Had a comfortable stay at Playhotel, the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Recommended for short stays. Breakfast options are also good. Would surely recommend for friends and family.

Class, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

The hotel is best located and the employees one of the mst courteous and best to help you out. One of the most best ambience that one can imagine. My wife and mother in law had the best of time and food at the hotel. Thnks to the restaurant and hotel manager for such best treatment.

A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality.
Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

Now the worst ordeal -
Booked an Innova crysta for going to Nalkheda - 220 Km from Hyderabad . General Manager Travel - booked the same for a wrong destination . Once it was settled - driver who was obstinate to the core took us there and we were told that he will not wait as he has to go back because he has a booking in the morning . We were left high and dry at Nalkheda and managed our way back bya local taxi .
We paid full for both ways - to be precise and has audacity to tell that it was my fault as I have not told him about the correct destination otherwise he would have managed an other car .
In brief - it’s a great heritage building but there is no Nawabiyat at all . This was my third or fourth stay but this time I felt the change in approach . The next generation of owners have no idea of what is Nawabiyat all about .
But with Taj coming in - there are better options now - so good buy Jahnuma !

Mentre i mobili sono puliti, le scalpe delle sedie sono molto sporche. Non sono pulite né pulite per molto tempo.
Il telefono n. della ricezione era scritto come 204 che ha causato confusione e irritazione ad altri clienti la cui camera ni. Era 204. E' stato poi sbattuto.
A differenza delle scarse strutture, il personale BEVAVIOUR E POLITENESS E IL ricevimento era eccellente.

Non ho fatto foto delle sporche cuscinetti a sedia, perché sarebbe stato molto dannoso per l'hotel. Per favore chiedere loro di sostituire le cuscinetti o almeno pulire se possibile.

PPANCHALLa camera è spaziosa, la piscina sul tetto è piccola ma molto bella, il personale è molto amichevole, il trasporto locale non è un problema. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan e Manish sono bellissimi e sempre al servizio.
La signora Shuli risponde sempre con un sorriso brillante e il signor Chetan è così impegnato nel suo dovere in silenzio.Il desk front dell'hotel è sempre proattivo

SSumanth ManthriI stayed at Ginger Indore and had a comfortable experience overall. The rooms were a little small, but they were neat and well-kept. The breakfast was very tasty with good options to choose from.
The hotel also provides smoking rooms, which can be convenient for those who need them. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is in a nice area, with easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a short and comfortable stay in Indore
