It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast is rich with all kinds of food, including a good continental breakfast selection. The rooms are wide and have an office space that is ideal for business trips. But the real good value is the staff. The hotel's employees are well-trained, professional, and extremely kind and helpful in all departments. It was amazing to stay in this hotel knowing that so many people have the goal of making your stay comfortable and easy. I will go back soon!

Molto consigliato per un soggiorno sociale in autista a Bangalore.Poiché non ho avuto la borsa digitale da pagare per i taxi, i funzionari della reception erano disposti ad aiutare e usavano la loro UPI per il rimborso di loro. Il biliardo e altri giochi possono essere piacevoli per alcuni. Il ristorante di tetto è un bonus.

A comfortable stay with quality sleep. The staff is very friendly courteous and helpful. Its location is very convenient. Only drawback is that it doesn’t have a restaurant and only a coffee shop. This results in a very restricted menu. The food however is tasty and with reasonable prices.

Ha avuto un piacevole soggiorno all'Hosteller! La vibe era fredda, il posto era pulito, e il personale era super utile. Ciò che lo rendeva ancora meglio era incontrare i viaggiatori come mente grandi convogli, storie condivise, e alcuni ricordi solidi. Perfetto posto se stai cercando un soggiorno sociale, ma confortevole.

Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps.
This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.

UUtente ospiteI would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay.
From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management.
There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control.
A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights.
Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit.
Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus.
The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong.
Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste.
All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays.

As Managing Director of Destination Transformation, a company dedicated to facilitating affordable, world-class medical tourism to India, I am always cautious when selecting accommodations for myself and my clients. Three-star hotels can often be hit or miss, with images and descriptions that don’t always match reality.
However, Narthaki Boutique Hotel far exceeded my expectations. From February 13 to February 16, 2025, I had the pleasure of staying here, and I was genuinely impressed by the experience.
The room and facilities were spotless, modern, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful stay. The hotel offers 5G wireless internet, which was fast and reliable—a huge plus for business travelers and digital nomads. An excellent restaurant and bar are attached to the hotel, providing both great meals and a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day.
The central location makes it easy to explore Bangalore, with plenty of shopping, dining, and attractions nearby. While there was no bar fridge in the room, at just $50 AUD per night, this is a minor detail that does not take away from the outstanding value this hotel provides.
I wholeheartedly recommend Narthaki Boutique Hotel for travelers looking for quality accommodation at an affordable price. It is now on our recommended list for clients traveling to Bangalore for medical or dental procedures, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno in questo resort. Il meglio è avere una macchina per arrivare qui. L'hotel era molto bello e molto verde. Il colazione era fantastica con molta cucina locale da provare. Il servizio era impeccabile e di alto livello. La stanza era grande e sufficiente per tre di noi, tra cui il nostro bambino adolescente. Tutti erano gentili e carini. Il specialista della natura Harish ci ha dato un bel discorso sulle persone di Kodava (popolazioni locali) e sugli elefanti. Il suo uomo era molto consapevole e lo facevamo in un incendio che era bello. La piscina dovrebbe essere più calda durante il tempo più freddo di sera, soprattutto se è disponibile il controllo della temperatura. Il controllo del personale era bello, ma hanno cercato di vendere una stanza migliorata quando non ne avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo soggiornato innumerevoli proprietà di Mariott in tutto il mondo e questa è la prima volta che qualcuno ha cercato di vendere una stanza migliorata che mi è sembrata sbagliata considerando che ci si adattava confortevolmente nella nostra stanza prenota. Se vuoi aggiornare, dovresti fornire come complimentare altrimenti non cercare di vedere qualcosa su falso pretesto, come hanno detto che non siamo confortevoli nella nostra prenotazione esistente. Anche le foglie di letto devono essere pulite meglio, perché ci sono molte tinture. La pulizia deve essere migliorata. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti da controllare i conducenti di bug, i conducenti di valle, il personale di colazione. Il ristorante ha anche un trattamento e un design di benvenuto in camera nostra, e così il personale del ristorante per offrire un biscotto di addio.
