Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'aria condizionata nel corridoio e nell'ascensore non funzionava, rendendo l'ambiente piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio, che hanno causato un notevole rumore e disturbo durante tutto il giorno. Questi problemi hanno avuto un impatto significativo sul comfort e sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Considerando il prezzo elevato che ho pagato, mi aspettavo un'esperienza molto più piacevole e senza intoppi. Spero che comprendiate la mia delusione.

La posizione è molto conveniente just a breve distanza dai terminali e è vicino a Aerocity, un moderno complesso commerciale con una vasta gamma di opzioni di cena. Che si stia cercando una morsa veloce o un pasto più in alto, troverete molte opzioni in prossimità. Questo hotel è pulito e confortevole. Ho soggiornato senza preoccupazioni. Sembra che ci siano hotel d'affari in Giappone, quindi suggerisco davvero di soggiornare per i giapponesi, ovviamente per gli altri. E si è verificato un problema con me stesso, poi lo staff mi ha aiutato in modo rapido e flessibile. Hotel davvero carino e voglio dirgli grazie mille. ARIGATO

I stayed at Shangri-La's Eros Hotel last night with my wife and infant daughter, and it was truly the best stay we've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The room was immaculate and perfectly suited for a family, with every detail thoughtfully planned. The crib provided for our infant daughter was clean and comfortable, ensuring she slept peacefully throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff catering to our every need. The hotel's ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were simply outstanding. Special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend Shangri-La's Eros Hotel for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch service. Lovely heritage hotel. Beautiful building and very friendly and attentive service. Perhaps sometimes a little too much. Pool was lovely and food delicious. Rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Only gripe was that the WiFi connection was not easy to connect to, took a long time and when eventually connected actually quite slow. Other than this would highly recommend. Beautiful gardens and some fun animals to see around

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

Rooms are modern, clean, and well-designed, with comfy beds and smart amenities.Loved the food—especially the breakfast spread and room service options. The bar had a great atmosphere, and service throughout was prompt and friendly. Great location for airport access and easy connectivity to the city. Perfect for a short leisure or business stay. Will definitely return.
