Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Sumatra Settentrionale

La prima volta che si ferma in questo hotel per 4 notti. Non c'è nessuno che si lamenti, molto buono (10/10) nelle mie valutazioni, tra cui colazione, palestra, piscina calda, ecc. la dimensione della camera è molto grande. Non mi importa di raccomandare nessuno e al mio prossimo viaggio a Medan, mi prenotero' questo hotel se il prezzo notturno è compatibile.

Are we sure this is a 5 star hotel? Service was good, staff are friendly. Location is ok. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. The air con is TOO loud, particularly noticeable at night. No earplugs, no sleep! And connecting rooms are a nightmare if your neighbour wants to be loud all night. With so many rooms why would they allocate adjoining before normal? We had to change room after the first night. Hotel is OK overall

I had a wonderful experience at Mikie Holiday Hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were top-notch and well-maintained. What stood out the most was the staff – incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

The room is very spacious. Amenities are one of the best with everything well equipped. The staff friendliness is highly commendable always attentive to our requirements. We ordered room dining and breakfast over at the Spoon Restaurant was really good. The hotel location may not have much to do around as most attractions are quite a drive away. But overall it was a lovely stay and would definitely consider to come back.

Amazing stay! Cabin 12 with perfect view! This place was meant for those who enjoyed being in nature, properly laid gravel path to each units, clean room, good water pressure, quiet, beautiful scenery, friendly and welcoming customer service, a bit isolated from nearby town, we bought packed food at Parapat town on the way here for dinner…the only regret is we arrived quite late evening, and checkout on the next morning, not enough time to explore the entire area.😅.a sign that must repeat again in future!🥰…oh not forgetting the smart remote! that makes an extra to this place!

The Hotel itself was lovely and a spacious room. However they post all over the hotel about the massages they offer and how professional they are. The service was horrible! It’s an in-room massage, and a bit expensive for Indonesia prices. They masseuses were texting the whole time, one hand massages while the phone is between your legs with them texting, or one handed back massage. When you looked at them, they tried to hide the phone. I’m very sensitive and I had to ask the lady 6 times to go softer, because every time she finished her texting she would go back to the original pressure which really hurt me. After our body scrub, they left the room a mess and we had to clean up. We asked for more towels to clean and we had to wait 40min, until I went down to reception again to re-ask. We complained to the hotel but all they could say was ‘we will talk to them’. I’m sorry but it doesn’t help how we feel and it ruined our night.

1st time staying there.. Like the location.. near to Berastagi Supermarket and eatery. Security was top notch. Love the Blue Bird taxi standby .... Front desk is very professional.. Cleanliness of Housekeeping is good and efficient Facility is decent, room for improvement on keeping and maintain the place... Only upset during the stay was the restaurant... Service not top notch to brand name.. Opted for the pre dawn / Sahur breakfast... Very much disappointment on selection, quantity and quality. Top up very late.. n the egg station.. need to let the staff go for training..

La camera è enorme e super pulita.Venga con bagno e doccia in un cubicello diverso. Absolutamente posh. Il colazione è sopra e oltre. Mi piace davvero il cibo, perché ha tante varietà diverse e il colazione serve anche sul piano superiore dove la vista dell'ambiente di medano è parte del pasto. È solo un'incantevole! Sarei venuto a questo hotel se avessi visitato la medan in un prossimo futuro!

Pleasant Stay with Great Location, But Room Needs Some Improvements The hotel is in a strategic location — very easy to access shopping malls and local attractions such as Jalan Semarang (great street food!), the train station to Kualanamu Airport. The lobby is cozy, and the front desk staff are welcoming and fluent in English, which made the check-in process smooth and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a variety of local dishes such as lontong sayur, porridge, local snacks, toast, and a limited salad bar. There’s also a coffee machine available. I really appreciated the beautiful hotel corridors — has different wallpaper colors and soft carpets, which create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. However, the room itself could use some upgrades. The furniture, especially the wardrobe, felt damp and outdated. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable, and the standing shower flooded easily during use. It would also be helpful to have a proper dressing table or at least a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was too dim for makeup or grooming. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to stay, but a few updates in the rooms would greatly enhance the experience.
