La posizione è molto nel centro della città, vicino alla grande moschea che molto popolare a Padang ovest sumatara. Molto chiuso alla zona pubblica come un centro commerciale e altri negozi francofoni. Menu colazione valeva la pena, gusto solo bene.

Queste viste sono le migliori. ma il servizio è un po ' lento. Abbiamo arrivo all'hotel a 1.30 PM e controlla, ma il ricevitore ci dice la stanza non è ancora pronta. aspettiamo circa 1 ora e mezza finché non possiamo entrare nella nostra stanza. ma sopra tutto questo hotel è buono.

Hotel confortevole, servizio in ordine... grazie a Feby per aver dato un servizio amichevole e per aver dato un check-in precoce gratuito anche perché mi è successo che dopo un lungo viaggio, quindi volevo prendere una pausa immediata.. Spero che l'Emeralda sia più avanzata e continui a migliorare il servizio e le strutture dell'hotel 👍👍👍

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow.

Only removing 1 star for service as staff did not want to give us some empty plates to have birthday cake in our room? We didn't think it was an unreasonable request!

UUtente ospiteMy checked in and checked out was handled by Ms Putri and it was smooth. Kudos to the housekeeping staff who made up my room. It was always perfectly refreshed when I am back to the room. Food served during breakfast was delicious and staffs were attentive and giving great service. Overall an enjoyable stay and definite thumbs up.Recommeded place to stay while in Padang.

However, the staff communication is lacking. They're quite stiff and unfriendly, giving off an indifferent vibe.

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

MM_FaizalGood location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

BBell_Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience
The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience.
The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.
