Stati Uniti d'America: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Nevada

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

Ottima posizione, lontano dal ***** e più vicino alle zone di Fremont e ai ristoranti locali, non troppo lontano da Chinatown. Prezzo migliore, tuttavia il parcheggio è molto a desiderare. Buono sconto per l'ingresso alla Torre, Strat Cafe aperto quasi 24 ore su 24 per tutti i pasti. Prezzo molto conveniente.

Oltretutto è bello per la sua posizione e per il prezzo rispetto ad altri hotel! Se chiedono un upgrade dicendo che le camere sono vecchie e non sono state rinnovate da 30 anni, allora non fatelo Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una delle vecchie camere e non era affatto male!

Era la quinta volta che soggiornavo all'Excalibur. È una delle strutture più economiche del ***** e non gode di buona fama: ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo e ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno a Las Vegas. La fermata dell'autobus Deuce si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel, quindi è in un'ottima posizione. Ho usato la piscina, che era fantastica! Consiglio questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno a Las Vegas con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il buono: lenzuola bianche fresche e luminose, il buffet, il servizio clienti, la piscina, il parcheggio con presenza di sicurezza attiva Il cattivo: la pulizia del bagno all'arrivo (migliore dopo il primo giorno di pulizia della camera, però), gli ascensori (ho soggiornato nella sezione Purple Elevator... 2 non funzionavano, i due che funzionavano erano traballanti e ci hanno messo un'eternità), nessun frigorifero in camera, il telefono non funzionava, Nel complesso un buon soggiorno. Ci tornerei

Posizione eccellente! Ho scelto questo hotel perché era uno dei punti di arrivo per le navette aeroportuali e il tour del Grand Canyon 👍 Accanto al Mirage e di fronte al Venetian. Davvero comodo! Ho pagato un extra per una camera con vista *****. Ho fatto il check-in e ho realizzato che la vista era bloccata dal banner pubblicitario (vedi foto 2) anche se il personale del check-in ci aveva detto che la nostra camera aveva una vista fantastica. 😓 Ero piuttosto arrabbiato e mio marito ha suggerito di cambiare stanza. Così ho chiamato la reception e ci hanno detto di andare giù per cambiare stanza. Ho mostrato loro la vista bloccata (vedi foto 1) e hanno cambiato stanza immediatamente 👏 La camera era pulita con arredi datati. Le pantofole da bagno non sono fornite, quindi portate le vostre.

We like the location of Serene and the size of the complex... It's not huge like other resorts Sarah was friendly, helpful and efficient when she assisted me with the room. She displays great service with a smile. That also goes for the employee that works overnight. I didn't get her name... But she too is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. We will be coming back.

Abbiamo prenotato il Paris Vegas su Trip.com a un prezzo davvero competitivo, ancora non ci posso credere! Grazie Trip.com per l'offerta 🥹 L'hotel ha tutto ed è in un'ottima posizione. Non ho trovato alcun difetto, soprattutto perché non era affatto vecchio come avevo immaginato inizialmente. È anche molto pulito. Mi piacerebbe tornarci la prossima volta!

La stanza è grande e il design generale è nuovo. Ordinazione della colazione, strutture per il fitness complete e complete, buona piscina, strutture circostanti complete, c'è un supermercato di fronte e il servizio di reception è buono. 

We had a wonderful stay at J resort reno. Our room was big and clean… tho our room was never celaned during our 3 day stay… i just wished they did so even once. Never the less we had a great view, location was great
