It’s an old hotel, but clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The choices for breakfast was fantastic. Although I have to pay extra for my little niece. Downside was the pool was join with other hotel and it got too crowded.

Abbiamo pianificato di avere un BBQ, ma sembra che non sia disponibile tutto il tempo. Tuttavia, va bene perché le viste sono assolutamente stupende. Per un prezzo di circa 500.000 IDR, è ancora abbastanza buono, anche se non c'è TV.

The room is very small, but it's fine for a short stay. They do have a common area with free tea and coffee, which is a nice touch. However, what I didn’t like was the number of staff present during breakfast. It felt like they were watching what we ate too closely, which made me uncomfortable—almost as if they thought we were going to steal something. It would be better if guests were made to feel more relaxed and trusted.

Finora così bene! Il servizio è buono e la stanza è abbastanza buona per il cliente. Ma il menu del colazione non è diverso. Fate pure alcuni menu diversi, come cereali e alcuni succhi di frutta al minimo.

Forse questo hotel aveva aspettato più ospiti in passato, ma la pandemia aveva reso la loro capacità di mantenere il suo standard un po' più difficile da raggiungere

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

An experience worth coming for and coming back to. The Gumaya serves as a reminder of what quality service can become when great products are handled by great people. The rooftop bar offers exquisite views, and friendly staff tend to your every need. A staple since the early 2000s for families and solo travelers alike, the Gumaya evolved into a quality offering in a sea of competition for the best 5 star in Semarang. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view either side, tasteful decor, and a comfortable overall experience. Breakfast was Lucious and plentiful, easy parking, and central location to explore Semarang plus the added taxi convenience makes it an all rounder
