Indonesia: hotel con internet nella provincia di Giava Centrale

The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Great location and the location has beautiful view. Such a good place to get a rest after a long day. Recommended place, but please change the bedsheets regularly, thank you.

So far so good! The service is okay and the room is prety well for customer. But the breakfast menu not various. Just make some various menus such as cereal and some fruit juices at minimum.

Abbiamo soggiornato durante la vacanza di Ied Mubarak per 4 notti days/3 nell'aprile 2025.Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere di connessione per la mia famiglia (4 persone). Ho scelto questo hotel perché ha piscina e palestra, abbiamo esercitato quotidianamente. Infatti, la palestra era chiusa per la manutenzione a lungo termine. Dovremmo dichiararla e attraversarla dall'hotel, così abbiamo notato fin dall'inizio, non sorpreso sul sito. Le camere a un occhio erano ok, ma quando guardavamo l'interno erano sbagliate. La cortina, il cortile, le lampade da letto, sporche e tintate. La mia camera dei bambini non ha cortina, così diretta luce solare e molto caldo durante il giorno. L'armadio sembrava già usato per anni. non morbido, sembrava lucido e il colore non puro bianco come di solito l'armadio dell'hotel. Ogni camera ha fornito una scatola di sicurezza, ma non ha alcuna funzione. Se vedi la direzione sulla scatola di sicurezza (vedi foto), dovrebbe avere un pulsante rosso all'interno della scatola, ma nessun pulsante. La scatola di sicurezza utilizzava 4 batterie. Nella mia stanza sono state messe a disposizione solo 2 batterie su 4 e sono già scadute dal marzo 2018. La stanza dei bambini ha 4 batterie ma non funziona. I numeri dei pulsanti e le chiavi non possono essere premute in modo che possiamo tenere elementi importanti e preziosi dentro. La piscina era piena di persone e l'acqua era sporca.L'hotel doveva pulire la piscina in generale a causa delle vacanze, ma l'acqua era evidentemente sporca. Il parcheggio è basso manutenzione, sporco e russa ovunque. L'Horison Ultima era solo 3 anni lo scorso dicembre 2024, quando ho visto dal stickwork al lobby. L'hotel era Star Hotel e si è trasferito a Horizon Ultima. Il parcheggio era stretto e limitato. Per la posizione è ok, vicino al Java Mall. buono per camminare mattina. le staff dell'hotel erano gentile e rapida risposta. le strutture per 4* hotel sono abbastanza buone. il mini frigo nella stanza è ok, così come l'Aircon. Se posso consigliare la gestione, si prega di prestare seria attenzione alla pulizia e alla manutenzione anche la riabilitazione delle camere all'interno di lucido come priorità assoluta.

La stanza è OK, le strutture sono eccellenti, hanno una sauna, palestra e posti instagram. La piscina è grande per bambini con ambienza balena. Anche loro hanno un parco giochi. Il personale è amichevole e molto utile. Ma il ristorante a volte si scorre di piatti, bocche, forche, cucchiai e vetro. Le tavole non sono abbastanza veloci da essere pulite. Quindi non posso bere o mangiare, anche se il cibo è ancora disponibile. Continuano a servire gli ospiti, anche se il tempo di servizio è finito.

Overall it is a pleasant experience staying in LK Pandanaran. I certainly would vouch value for money staying here. What I can provide here is areas for improvement to the Hotel Operator. There was a slight leak in shower head connector. Breakfast menu needs more variety rather than auto repeat daily, and freshness of salad bar/green condiments can be improved. All of which is not a deal breaker. Location, cleanliness, service, facilities - are all good. Would definitely repeat my stay here next time.

酒店開了很多年，應該是重新裝修過，有室外泳池和很大的前場花園，內部裝修也很漂亮，房間帶陽台，最邊上的房間會有遮擋，比較遺憾的是酒店普通房間沒浴缸。早餐不錯，服務熱情，臨走還延遲退房了。我們專門從酒店步行走小路去小雞教堂，可能20分鐘吧，叫grab比較方便，周圍沒什麼便利店。

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

La televisione è terribile per la maggior parte dei canali. Quando ho lamentato, il personale ha detto che era il migliore. Il personale del ristorante è molto utile e amichevole.
