Our stay at Manon Boutique Hotel Semarang was a mix of pleasant surprises and a few frustrating moments. First, the good things. Since the hotel lobby isn't located on the ground level, the security staff was very helpful in assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. Check-in and check-out were also quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the bathroom could use some attention. The shower drain didn't drain properly, leaving water pooling on the floor and making the shower area a bit slippery. The shower pressure was also quite weak, so it took quite a while to rinse off. The hot water worked, but it was only warm rather than genuinely hot. Another thing that caught us off guard was our room window. The room had a window, but instead of a view or natural light, it faced another wall. We had a little laugh when we opened the curtains because we weren't expecting that. I suppose it's there to make the room feel less enclosed, but don't expect any morning sunshine. The most confusing part of our stay was the breakfast arrangement. The night before checkout, my husband asked whether we could have our breakfast packed to go since we planned to leave very early. The hotel staff initially told us it wasn't possible. Later that evening, however, someone from the restaurant informed us that takeaway breakfast could indeed be arranged, so we thought everything had been settled. The next morning, my husband checked with the receptionist, who had no idea about our breakfast request. He then went to the restaurant, where they also seemed unaware. After returning to our room and calling the restaurant directly, they finally prepared our breakfast. We still have no idea where the miscommunication happened, but fortunately we had already decided to cancel our early morning plan. Otherwise, we probably would have left without breakfast. We also weren't informed about takeaway drinks, and by then we were simply too tired to ask. Thankfully, the breakfast itself made up for a lot. The Monte Cristo Bliss sandwich was absolutely fantastic and easily the highlight of our stay. Would we come back? Maybe—for the Monte Cristo Bliss alone. The hotel has many positives, but communication between the front desk and the restaurant definitely needs to be improved. With better coordination and a few maintenance fixes, the overall experience would have been much smoother.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

L'hotel è bello, le camere sono grandi, le matite sono morbide, le strutture sono molto buone per le famiglie, c'è un parco infantile e una piscina. Personalmente non mi piace il parcheggio perché è molto stretto e inizialmente molto confuso. Non mi piace il colazione perché le opzioni alimentari sono molto poche. Forse per l'ordine successivo non includerò il colazione. Molto buona e strategica posizione.

Here’s a detailed look at my experience: Positives Modern and Proper The hotel maintains a contemporary feel and ensures that it doesn’t fall into the ‘outdated’ category, which is a common issue in the region. The facilities and the decor are well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for guests. Diverse and Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast at Hotel Nava is a highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious foods. Whether you’re into local or international cuisine, the breakfast caters to different tastes and is a delightful way to start the day. Convenient Parking Options: The hotel offers convenient parking options, including spots in front of the hotel and areas close to the rooms that are especially convenient for guests staying on the second floor. This thoughtful arrangement adds a layer of convenience for guests, particularly those with a lot of luggage or those who prefer easy access to their vehicles. Negatives: Musty Room Odor: One downside was the musty smell in the room, which could be attributed to poor drainage or perhaps the room being unoccupied for a prolonged period without proper ventilation. This issue could detract from the comfort of the stay and might need immediate attention. Breakfast Management: Despite the quality of the breakfast food, the management and communication regarding breakfast arrangements could use improvement. Guests were not well-informed the day before about the breakfast setup, especially when accommodating large groups. On days when the hotel is fully booked or hosting groups, the restaurant either closes down or guests are asked to wait or opt for takeaway. Ideally, guests should be informed in advance to select breakfast timings, with separate arrangements made for groups to avoid overcrowding and ensure everyone enjoys their breakfast comfortably.

We stayed during Ied Mubarak holiday for 4 days/3 nights in April 2025. We booked 2 connecting rooms for my family (4 persons). I chose this hotel because it has swimming pool and gym, we used to exercise daily. In fact, the gym was closed for long term maintenance. It should be declared and crossed out from the hotel facility so we noticed from beginning, not surprised on site. The rooms at a glance were ok but when we looked to the interior were lousy. The curtain, gordyn, and bed lamps, dirty and stained. My children room has no curtain, so direct sunshine and very hot during the day. The towel seemed already used for years. not soft, looks lousy and the color not pure white as normally hotel towel. Each room provided safety box but no function at all. if you see the direction on the safety box (see the photo), it supposed has red button inside the box but no button at all. The safety box used 4 battery. In my room has only 2 batteries out of 4 and already expired since March 2018. My children' room has 4 battery but also not functioned. the button numbers and keys cant be pressed so we cant keep important and valuable items inside it. The swimming pool were crowded and the water was dirty. the hotel supposed to overall cleaning to the pool due to holiday seasons but the water obviously dirty. The parking lot is low maintenance, dirty, and rubbish everwhere. the Horison Ultima was only 3 years old last December 2024 as I saw from the stickwerck at lobby. The hotel was Star Hotel and changed to Horison Ultima. The parking lot was narrow and limited. For location is ok, near Java Mall. good for morning walk. the hotel staffs were polite and fast response. the amenities for 4* hotel is good enough. the mini fridge in the room is ok as well as the Aircon. If I may advise the management, please take serious attention to the cleanliness and maintenance also room refurbishment to the lousy interior inside as top priority.

Abrikri Village has provided excellent services during our stay in Dieng, Wonosobo. Starting from the pre-departure service when the staff member contacted me personally to assist our reservation for 16 people— especially when I asked their assistance to arrange our breakfast mode to be made at 2AM due to our specific agenda. When we have arrived at the Abriki Village, they were very responsive in accommodating our reservation by making the check-in process hazzle-free. The staff members were also really acommodating our needs, showcasing a true-identity of Javanese welcoming services. The Villa is actually even BETTER than the pictures. The rooms are very clean and spacious, especially the Three-Bedroom Villa and the Two-Bedroom Villa. The in-room and out-room facilities work properly without any issues. Our family also had no issues on the wifi provided as it can be accessed in all the area of the Villa. As for the breakfast, even though the breakfast menu are quite standard as it serves the basic Indonesian buffet style, yet our family really enjoyed the food and beverages provided. The location for the Villa is also convenient as it’s located 5 minutes from Alun-alun of Wonosobo City and 40-50 minutes to reach Puncak Sikunir Dieng. For me personally, this villa deserves a 5-star due to its excellent services, facilities, and locations. However, there are still rooms of improvement, such as additional services like Netflix for each room, more varieties of breakfast option, and the balcony/terrace of 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom villa’s entrance that should have a roof that would cover us from the rain when entering the villa. Nevertheless, if I had chance to go back to Dieng, Wonosobo, I would CERTAINLY BE DELIGHTED to stay again at the Abriki Village again. That’s for sure. Value for money. The front desk staff are efficient and responsive. They responded immediately when we requested for a room change because the room allocated to us initially was just next to the lift. We were given another room at the far most end which was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The beds are slightly smaller than the other hotel beds which we have been to. And just like some other hotels in Java, we need to request for a hairdryer from the front desk. The breakfast food choices were excellent and we enjoyed the different local Javanese food for two mornings. The hotel's spa-massage service was also good and you'll need to book early for the session. Thank you.

Dal momento in cui arrivate al FIM da Zigna, è chiaro che questo non è un hotel ordinario 3-star. Tutto si sente considerato, raffinato e tranquillamente alzato in modo che superi le aspettative. La prima impressione è colpiscendo l'esterno è immacolato, con un senso di cura che immediatamente imposta il tono. Passo all'interno, e la stessa attenzione ai dettagli continua senza saldatura nelle camere. Sono senza spot, concetti con pensiero e mantenuti in un livello che non si sentirà fuori luogo in una proprietà internazionale ben classificata 4-star. Ciò che in realtà eleva l'esperienza, tuttavia, è la gestione e la proprietà dietro di tutto.C'è una precisione notabile in come tutto funziona dal processo di controllo regolare all'atmosfera generale di efficienza calma. È chiaro che qualcuno sta prestando attenzione ai punti più delicati che molti hotel ignorano. Il personale merita un riconoscimento speciale. Sono costantemente gentili, professionali e impressionantemente efficaci senza mai sentirsi in fretta o impersonale. Servizio qui colpisce il raro equilibrio tra calore e competenza. La colazione è un altro accento veramente eccezionale.La qualità, la varietà e la presentazione vanno oltre quello che si aspetta di solito a questo livello, trasformando ciò che è spesso un pasto di routine in qualcosa che si aspetta ogni mattina. Localizzazione-saggio, è difficile da colpire. Perfettamente posizionato per esplorare Solo, tutto si sente comodamente in raggiungimento. Tutte le cose considerate, il rating 3-star è veramente sorprendente. Con i standard internazionali, questo hotel funziona confortevolmente a un livello 4-star, se non oltre in alcuni aspetti. La FIM da Zigna è un esempio di ciò che accade quando una forte gestione, attenzione ai dettagli e un vero e proprio cura dell'esperienza degli ospiti si riuniscono.

È molto conveniente fare shopping, un grande centro commerciale proprio nello stesso edificio. La stazione ferroviaria di Poncol è a circa un chilometro di distanza. La camera di base è abbastanza grande e spaziosa con bagno separato e doccia. Il servizio era buono. Il punto era il letto e i cassetti di coperchi erano sporchi e abbiamo trovato i capelli piccoli, ci siamo sentiti come non fossero cambiati dopo gli ospiti precedenti, dovevamo chiedere alle relazioni degli ospiti di cambiarli. Il pranzo era pieno di cibo locale.

La posizione è più vicina alla cucina intorno all'hotel. Il personale è molto utile. L'atmosfera è ok. È davvero carino stare qui. Ogni momento a Solo resta sempre in questo hotel.
