This is a really nice budget hotel, located in Lapad, away from the hustle & bustle of the old town, and close to the beach. We had a large room with an extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a terrace/balcony. I thought it was a great idea to have clothes drying racks on the balconies, perfect for your beach towels & swimsuits. We had the breakfast, and it was pretty much the same every day. But even for us vegans, we could get something nice to eat. And for people with no dietary restrictions, there is even more choice. Our shower was faulty, which we reported to staff on our first morning. As it was the weekend, they advised that it probably wouldn't be fixed immediately, but by Tuesday we had a brand new shower head (the shower was usable, just faulty - we didn't have to exist without a shower!) The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful, and gave good tips about the beaches and surrounding area. There is a bus stop directly across the street from the hotel, where you can catch Bus 6 to the old town. The buses are small and very busy (September) and the cost is 2.50 euro one way. We did also buy tickets in advance from the kiosk in the town, where they are a little cheaper (1.70). And I must admit, we walked to the old town on several occasions. 30 minute walk, but with beautiful views. The beaches close by are lovely. There is a great walking path along the coast, and at some spots you can walk down stone steps to small seating areas, where you can also jump into the ocean and swim. We did this instead of going to the pebble beaches and hiring sun loungers. Overall, this was a really nice hotel, perfect for what we wanted. It is not high end, glam or luxurious, but it is comfortable, clean and friendly.

Amazing hotel. All the staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Spectacular views from the balcony, especially the sunsets. Really clean and comfortable- lots of toiletries in the bathroom - you don’t need to bring anything. Great spa area n the top floor - theres also a hot tub and sunbeds on the roof - I don’t think anyone knows about this as we were the only ones there. Breakfast was lovely, if there’s nothing there for you - you must be super fussy. Plentiful, well cooked. We also ate in the taverna restaurant which was also very good. We had good weather so used the pool area, plenty of sunbeds. You can also swim in the sea here. Really convenient to explore Dubrovnik. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to the old town every 20 minutes, very cheap too. Taxis come really quick from the hotel. Definitely have to walk the walls in old town. Cable car to the top with spectacular views. Old town is beautiful, lots of shops if that what you want to do. Didn’t have time to do any trips, but will definitely be coming back to do those. We walked a lot, exploring the local area so if you are into walking then you will be fine. We ate in the old town - a recommended restaurant Taj Mahal. Bosnian restaurant, delicious food (not cheap) but perfect for a special meal. Definitely recommend this hotel and the area. We had an amazing 3 nights - and wish we had booked longer.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel Royal Neptun per una settimana, è 1 su 3 hotel che formano un complesso - Neptun è una 4 stelle e l'altra 2, 5 stelle e si può certamente vedere la differenza. Le altezze, la posizione è eccellente, la passeggiata lungo la promenade ai bar e ristoranti, bella. Il tetto superiore bar e piscina, un luogo fantastico per bere e guardare il sole, le pizza in “on the rocks bar” gimmy, cibo e setting in Zoe valgono bene il denaro, e il massaggio nel bagno è stato uno dei migliori che abbia mai avuto. Perchè solo 3 stelle: abbiamo fatto check-in, altri ospiti che hanno fatto check-in sono stati offerti supporto con il loro bagaglio che non eravamo, forse solo per le 5 stelle, non ci importavamo, ma solo notabili. Abbiamo camminato nella nostra stanza, prima vista pulita e temperata, ma poi abbiamo iniziato a notare le tinture rosse e bianche sul tappeto, doccia rotta e sicurezza, porta bagno, tipo fisse. La colazione non era una piacevole esperienza, non è abbastanza grande per la dimensione dell'hotel, molte persone che camminano intorno alla ricerca di tavoli, nessuna gestione che sorveglia il flusso dei clienti, Il personale era assai debole, nessuno sorrideva, passava e non ti riconosceva, quando cercava di attirare l'attenzione, era come se ti guardassero e andassero in una direzione diversa. Il cibo correva molto rapidamente, tutte le carni, i formaggi ecc non erano coperti e i volatili si sbarcavano su di esso, la coda per omeletti era almeno 10 minuti così grande riunita intorno a dove altri ospiti cercavano di mangiare. Area della piscina, come questo è un hotel familiare è stato davvero sorpreso di vedere il vetro utilizzato, una volta si è visto una rottura di vetro e un ragazzo si è tagliato il piede e secondo un vetro di vino si è rotto e la stallo si è chiesto di lasciare mentre era pulito. . Questo hotel ha il fatto di avere un posto fantastico per rimanere così sperando che questo feedback aiuterà a fare i suoi bisogni.

L'hotel è arrivato a confermare quando usciamo dall'aeroporto perché non sono sempre dotati di personale. Abbiamo fornito aggiornamenti, ma c'era qualche malcomunicazione quando ho detto che l'autobus arrivava all'aeroporto circa alle 3:00, in modo che potesse valutare quando andremmo a Old Town. Quando finalmente siamo arrivati nella vecchia città con l'autobus 40 minuti dopo e siamo arrivati all'hotel, Anamaria sembrava un po' passato, pensando che volevo dire che l'autobus arrivava nella vecchia città e ci voleva più tempo di quanto si aspettasse. Tuttavia, era li' per darci le chiavi e siamo riusciti a entrare nella stanza. Non c'era ascensore, quindi la bagagli era un po' difficile, ma gestibile.La stanza era moderna, ma molto marmorosa e confortevole. La notte il rumore della strada era un po' alto al primo piano, mentre le scale si scioglievano e le luci della strada arrivavano dalla strada. La posizione era incredibile nel cuore della città antica e il check-out era molto facile.

Great hotel, rooms spacious. Robes and slippers provided for the pool which was clean and well serviced. We had dinner there each night, reasonable prices with good food. Head waiter was very efficient and hospitable. Concierge helpful with tours and taxis. Only a 20 min walk to old town in Dubrovnik. Beach access close by. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again in a heartbeat.

Molto consigliato. Forse a causa della bassa stagione, sono arrivato un po' presto. Grazie per avermi permesso di avere un check-in precoce. Assolutamente buon soggiorno, buona vista. Se volete avere una suggerimento per il miglioramento, questa mattina sarà un po' morbido per me. Il paesaggio è bello e una grande esperienza.L'unica carenza è che il letto è un po'soft.Un viaggio che ama.

Bella camera spaziosa con un'ottima vista sul mare. L'unico inconveniente è che la vasca non è dotata di un tappetino antiscivolo che può essere un po' scivoloso entrare e uscire. Il personale è molto gentile e gentile. La colazione è un po' deludente per un hotel 5 stelle. La disposizione degli oggetti è piuttosto disordinata, ad esempio il burro non è posizionato vicino alla marmellata. Gli articoli senza glutine posti in un angolo non sono così evidenti. La stazione delle uova è così lontana fuori con solo 1 persona che gestisce così tanti ordini di uova.

Albergo bello e dignitoso. La posizione è vicino alla spiaggia, a 2 minuti a piedi. La fermata dell'autobus più vicina è a soli 3 minuti a piedi dall'hotel e ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La colazione era buona. Posizione perfetta

+ abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto/inizio settembre; è una struttura accogliente con un’ottima posizione ed è vicina alla via principale di Lapad, c’è la fermata del bus proprio di fronte, buona colazione, stanza pulita. L’hotel è posizionato sul mare dove c’è una spiaggia di sassolini dove poter affittare lettini e ombrellone oppure mettersi tranquillamente col proprio telo a terra. - non c’è un ascensore e le scale da fare tante (avevamo la stanza al terzo piano), il bagno era piccolo con una piccola doccia, il letto era posizionato proprio all’entrata della stanza vicino alla porta ed era un po’ scomoda come disposizione.

This place is a little out of the way but you can get the number 7 bus pretty close to it, then walk up the hill a bit. It has a great view from the terrace, if it's not too hot to be out there. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size, shower is in a bath. The wifi was fast and the air-conditioning was a must for the hot weather. This was a nice stay, no complaints.
