Amazing view of the beach from the hotel. The hotel was basically right along the beach walkway, good breakfast and friendly staff. Quite a walk up the narrow stairs to get to the hotel, which could be cumbersome for some elderly people. Only complaint is that the room smelt heavily of cleaning detergent that it was almost off putting.

Everything was great - fabulous location and breakfast, the staff was super pleasant and we had great views - the only thing I would change is the bed was a little hard - I know some people like that but was too hard for me!
Also - I’ve seen this comment before but you have to be able to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage and you cannot Uber or taxi directly to the hotel - it’s about a 5 minute walk + the stairs from the nearest drop off. Absolutely worth it for the view and location but just a heads up if that’s a no for you or if you need wheelchair access!
In the photos are a view from the hotel balcony for breakfast and the hotel from the other side of the beach! Gorgeous!

From my point of view this hotel has all you need for a pleasant stay. Polite staff and a perfect view. The only thing you should know is that you have a lot of stairs, but that is explanied on the homepage of the hotel.

A small hotel with good service and good views in the reception area. May be a little bit difficult for elderly and people with heavy luggage as you need to walk up 57 steps to arrive the hotel from the ground up

L’hotel è davvero molto carino, curato e arredato di gusto. Colazione potrebbe essere più ricca soprattutto per quando riguarda il dolce. È presente una gradinata infinita esterna ma devo dire che è una caratteristica della zona..comune a molte strutture; è priva di ascensore anche all interno. Ha un grande potenziale ma la mia esperienza non è stata delle migliori. Ci hanno dato una stanza che aveva il condizionatore che non poteva essere spento, quindi siamo stati l intera vacanza con il condizionatore acceso obbligatoriamente notte e giorno. Non ci hanno cambiato la stanza in quanto non ne avevano altre disponibili ma la cosa assurda è che non è stato chiamato nessuno per sistemare il condizionatore ne il primo giorno ne nei giorni a seguire. A mio parere non è un disservizio di poco conto

Great service, lovely staff. Very nice breakfast. Rooms nice clean and good space. Balcony view highly recommended Close to beach for swim Close to some shops and several bar restaurants Easy access bus and taxi. Definitely lot of steps to access but Is manageable

It's lovely hotel. Rooms very clean and breakfest very rich. I really liked burek and homemade cakes. Every morning was different breakfest. Receptionists very helpful and all staff members always smiling and willing to go far and beyond for everything what you ask. I felt like home and atmosphere of the hotel is very like "family" and casual. Thumbs up for everything and I highly recommend this hotel.

Art Hotel is a new, very clean, quiet, small hotel offering bed and breakfast. Rooms are spacious and A/C is good. They also have a bar. Views of the bay from patio and bedroom balcony. The place is run by women who can't do enough to help with whatever you want. Bit of a shock arriving at the top of about 150 steps down to the rear door of the hotel and equally if you are dropped down nearer the bay it's still 50 steps up to the front of the hotel. Be prepared for lots of steps in Dubrovnik or read carefully where your accommodation is located. Wande, Klara and all the other ladies are lovely, so helpful and kind. The breakfast was amazing, if you like black breakfast tea, suggest taking your own but the coffee is really good.

Could not say enough about this wonderful hotel and the people there. Ivana, Klara and Wanda could not have been nicer or more helpful. We have stayed in many places all over the world and our experience rates with the best of them. We stayed with our 8 year old teins for 10 nights and we had 2 very sad children coming home. The views are magnificent and the breakfast would fill you for the day! There are a lot of steps so this hotel is not for someone immobile but if you are happy to walk (my wife was on crutches and had no problem) its worth it! Cannot wait to return 👍
