This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

Questa è la seconda estate.Ancora soddisfatto come l'ultima volta, ma all'ultima partenza, non ci siamo ritardati per un minuto. Penso che la stanza sia troppo nervosa. L'unica cosa che non si pensa adeguata è che il cambiamento dei prezzi del loro hotel è troppo agitato. Lasciate fare le foto, e vi prego di aggiungere le foto dell'ambiente intorno a loro.

Abbiamo assistito a una performance teatrale a 20 miglia a nord di Dodgeville. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di accedere al pomeriggio e ottenere le nostre carte chiave. Non siamo tornati fino alle 11:00 quella sera e siamo riusciti a andare direttamente nelle nostre camere. La camera e il bagno erano puliti, ordinati e grandi.

Hotel era molto pulito e il personale era un po' cordiale. Una recensione precedente su un altro sito ha segnalato un fermo di sicurezza rotto e ci è capitato di avere una stanza (Camera King accessibile) con il fermo di sicurezza rotto che era trattenuto da una piccola vite saltata fuori durante il nostro soggiorno. Ho informato la reception del fermo e della revisione al momento del pagamento e del loro commento ”dacci tempo”. No, questo dovrebbe essere risolto immediatamente. La ”pandemia” viene usata come una triste scusa per non servire più di mini muffin accuratamente razionati, succhi di frutta e caffè per colazione. Potrebbero offrire cartoni singoli di latte e cereali in scatola di dimensioni singole, panini per la colazione confezionati che possono essere scaldati al microonde e frutta come banane, arance e mele avvolte nella plastica. Molti altri hotel lo fanno, ma sembra che questa ”pandemia” sia usata come scusa per risparmiare denaro e non fornire una colazione adeguata. Sì, ci tornerei perché è molto pulito e la camera era bella e spaziosa.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

UUtente ospiteI wasn’t told at checkout that I needed to change color of our  wristband bands and we were in the pools for 4 hours before it was noticed. I had a 5 year old I was watching in the lazy river when life guard watching lazy river told me I needed to leave. I’m trying to explain I was told I could stay as long as I wanted, plus yell for the 5 year old and I told the guy I would go up to front desk. On my way up I ran into Jackson manager of the lifeguards.  Very nice young man. He heard me tease my niece we were rule breakers. I early thanked him and his staff for all their hard work. He asked if he could help. I explained I had no idea I had to change color of wrist band and it’s my first time here. I had already checked out and I hoped it wasn’t too late. He assured me there would be no issues.  I went to front desk and stood in a long line. Jackson came upstairs for something saw me in line and got my wrist bands so I didn’t have to wait. What a wonderful experience! Jackson is awesome! He truly cares about the customer experience! Thanks Jackson!       Earlier I took my niece to gift shop, she found a little Ty beanie purse. The strap had metal links on it but it was broken. The manager actually offered to replace it with something else but my niece had her heart set on that and it was last one. This manager fixed it good as new!! Top notch service  by these two men!

KKonstantinThe hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

UUtente ospiteNo frills hotel, meets the basic needs. First night walking on the carpet in our room barefoot & the carpet seemed damp, like maybe they steam cleaned it. I used the pull out couch for my 5 year old, when setting it up I noticed a heavily wet spot in the carpet by the mini fridge, the pullout is fine for kids that can sleep on anything but I found it too thin to even comfortably sit on. By morning the wet spot by the fridge was even bigger, we informed the front desk & they said they'd let maintenance know to go up to check, to our knowledge they never did. The pool was nice & luke warm at all times, they use salt water which is nicer than the chemical smell of chlorine. The included breakfast buffet is ok. The waffle maker is always a hit with kids. We recommend skipping the eggs and sausage, they gave us tummy troubles. Coffee was awful according to my husband & tea provided is just plain Lipton. Location right off the expressway is great, travel to downtown events was less than 15 minutes away. Plenty of stores & restaurants nearby. For a fully booked weekend stay it was very quiet. We would consider going here again for the price, pool & location.

UUtente ospiteThe cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

UUtente ospiteIl mio figlio adulto e io dovevamo andare in Rhinelander il fine settimana per un funerale. C'era anche una conferenza sportiva in corso, quindi tutti gli hotel erano molto preziosi, tra cui Cobblestone. Una volta superato lo shock dei prezzi, abbiamo goduto molto dell'hotel. Era nuovo, così pulito, e i letti erano molto comodi. Avevamo una stanza con 2 letti regina, più un'altra zona con un divano sezionario e un'altra TV. Credo che qualsiasi gruppo con bambini piccoli avrebbe amato quella stanza e i canali televisivi che si occupavano dei bambini! Non capivamo come funzionava la TV a distanza, quindi quando ho chiamato il desk front, una giovane donna molto piacevole è venuta a mostrarci come funzionava. Anche se era meraviglioso, penso che le istruzioni stampate dalla TV avrebbe funzionato e li avrebbe salvati un po' di tempo! Il colazione era buono .... uova in polvere scrambled, ma molte altre voci da andare con esso. C'era un ristorante familiare vicino alla porta, ma era aperto solo per colazione e pranzo. Sarei sicuramente rimasto lì!
