Struttura bellissima, esterni curati pulizia ottima, cucina ovviamente internazionale troppo speziata per noi italiani ma comunque di buona qualità, personale sempre attento e disponibile, animazione coinvolgente. Le camere dovrebbero essere modernizzate abbastanza retrò rispetto al resto della struttura. Ci ritornerei senza alcun dubbio

Enjoyed our stay here! Everything is really good.Starting from the location to the hotel facility. The staff is really helpful and always cheerful when interacting with us. Questo posto è fantastico! Il personale è cordiale e ti fa sentire il benvenuto per assicurarti un soggiorno fantastico. Il posto è enorme e ha qualcosa per tutti. Anche il cibo e le bevande inclusi nel pacchetto all inclusive sono davvero buoni. Ho adorato tutte le scelte di cibo disponibili. C'è persino un bus navetta giornaliero che ti porta alla spiaggia vicina.

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

Lovely hotel which you don’t know about . Someone is his name is Samuel he is work as pinter  discussion he is told me about this hotel which I pay £47 pounds for the 2 night also including everything I see that great price for the room and the food . First I come in the reception I find someone is called David he is so kind and have a good smiles also he help me to get to my room 1212 and he carried my bag 💼. When I want to the bar on the pool 🏊 I find someone is called ezzat he is lovely person and so kind with big smile 😃 and so helpful and he is honest which I left my bag in the bar table and I come back find it with him safe . advice in the bar you need coffee machine. Also I don’t want to forget about the chef is called Mohamed bbq 🍖 🧑🍳 the food was very local and lovely Egyptian bbq 🍗 I like to thank mr Adel the general manager too he was amazing.

First of all, I would like to thank the beautiful site from which I booked my vacation in Sharm El Sheikh. I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent.
