"A Truly Memorable Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi My recent stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Bintan Lagoi in room 8006 was simply outstanding, thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. Their dedication to service and genuine warmth was evident at every turn. First and foremost, the entire crew working at the hotel deserves immense praise. From the moment we arrived, we were consistently greeted with smiles. It felt like everyone, no matter what they were doing, would pause their work just to acknowledge and greet my family as we walked past. This simple gesture made a huge difference and contributed greatly to the welcoming atmosphere. I also want to give a special shoutout to a particular male staff member at the Rempah Kitchen restaurant where we had breakfast. My child was only eating a banana, a sausage, and a hard-boiled egg, and this staff member, wearing a different uniform, showed incredibly sharp observation. He quickly noticed my child's limited choices and came over to our table. He proactively offered to get him something else, like pasta, and even offered him a hot chocolate. His attentiveness and kindness were truly remarkable and made us feel so cared for. My apology for not getting your name. Lastly, a big thank you to our exceptional housekeeper, Mr. Bahar. His attention to detail was impeccable. Every day, he left dedicated notes for us, which were such a thoughtful and personal touch. The different animal towels he created daily were a particular highlight—they always sparked conversation and brought so much joy to my son. The staff at this hotel are what make it truly special. Their amazing service, attentiveness, and friendly attitudes made our family vacation an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return."

"Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!"

"The resort located outside of Bintan Resort, and it takes 40 mins to get there by cab which needs to be booked at the ferry terminal. That aside, it was all worth it as the resort was really private and most importantly the service was top. specifically would like to highlight Fazli and Deden that were extremely helpful and cheerful. They never failed to attend to our queries promptly and went beyond what was expected. Thanks once again for the great experience!"

"Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower."

"We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone."

"Had a 3days and 2nights stay at Sadi beach house. This resort is quiet soul dream.its where you go, when you need to reset not physically but mentally and emotionally. Weather you are travelling alone,as a couple, or even with close friends this is the kind of place that leaves you feeling restored and centred. We will be absolutely coming back-and next time staying longer.  Staff is friendly and helpful."

"Superbe eco-resort au calme et à l’abri des grands axes touristiques. Très jolie plage de sable blanc très propre et bien entretenue. Possibilité de faire plein d’activités sur place à des prix raisonnables telles que yoga, paddle, vélo, massages. Seul bémol pour nous, la qualité de la nourriture au restaurant et le petit déjeuner un peu léger. Nous reviendrons très certainement !"

"L'hotel eccellente è che Trip.com deve contattare l'agente e l'hotel, non può comunicare direttamente, non è troppo conveniente.L'hotel è sul mare e può vedere il tramonto.Il ristorante dell'hotel è delizioso di qualsiasi ristorante sull'isola!Questa volta ho mangiato tre pasti, e molti piatti non sono ingannati! La debolezza è l'acqua elettrica calda usata, il tempo di lavaggio è lungo e l'acqua sarà fredda.Inoltre, l'hotel non fornisce lavabo per denti e non ha continuato a lavarsi per due giorni."

"Arranged for ferry terminal pick up and drop off and the drivers are both courteous and accommodating (though more than twice the price compared to transpo by grab). First room, the aircon not working,i called more than 2-3times to check but nobody come, i even got massage room service for 2hours still nobody come..imagine how hot it is in the room.. after few more hours the maintenance came and say that the aircon got problem just then they decided to transfer me to the other room at the opposite wing. Got plans to celebrate my birthday on that day but just preferred to stay at the room and ordered dinner. The food are ok. The condiments in the room looks messy and the door hinges are broken. Most of the staff i encounter can’t communicate much in english so needs to improve on that part. The overnight stay was not that great but just ok."
