This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

Non sapevo niente di hotel aeroportuali ad Atlanta. Cercavo un hotel conveniente con un autobus aeroportuale. E il Westin era uno di loro. Il mio problema principale è che si trova ad affrontare un’autostrada e è piuttosto rumoroso. Mi hanno dato una stanza all'altra ali dell'hotel, anche davanti ad un'autostrada, ma un po' meno rumorosa. Non avevo l'energia di lamentarmi di nuovo. La doccia era buona, non male. Mi piace la donna africana americana che guidava l'autobus dell'aeroporto, è stata molto gentile, gentile e utile. Mi sono stancata dopo un lungo volo a Atlanta, quindi volevo andare fuori e prendere un po' di aria fresca. Li ho chiesto di andare fuori, la risposta era che non era sicuro andare fuori nella zona. I was in Savannah for depositions. If I am being honest, Planters Inn was not my first choice as I usually stay within the Hilton family. But those hotels were all booked. I was a little apprehensive having seen a few bad reviews, but chose Planters Inn because it was the closest to where I needed to be. to be. In hindsight, I am glad the Hilton properties were booked. The hotel has much more character than the other guys. Yes, the property shows its age, but it is well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I am used to at much higher priced hotels. The staff, however, is what makes the Planters Inn a real gem. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond with a few late-night tasks I needed to complete in preparation for my work the following day. I plan to return to Savannah with my wife in the near future as tourists (I had no real time for sightseeing on his trip), and when I do I will be staying at the Planters Inn.

Apartamento alberghiero, vicino alla stazione del centro Civic con parcheggio sotterraneo. Il ristorante si chiude alle 930 pm, anche se il desk front dice che la cucina si chiude alle 945 pm. Tuttavia, la miscela non ha portato a nessuna delle nostre interazioni con il personale del ristorante ritenuto per il servizio in camera. Il ristorante prende anche una siesta giornaliera, anche se la chiave dice solo fine settimana. I 12 non lasciano che Door Dash venga all'appartamento, solo il lobby. Tuttavia, 12 persone consegnano se qualcuno è disponibile; altrimenti dovrai andare al lobby. In generale, era un soggiorno molto piacevole.

L'unica insoddisfazione è che la gestione è un po'disordinata. Ha sempre speso casualmente la nostra carta di credito. Il costo non è sempre chiaro. Grazie alla non comunicazione del responsabile di Trip.com, ora finalmente conferma che abbiamo ricevuto più pagamenti. Non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso, spero che tutto sia buono.

Molti potenziali, molto colpito o mancato in servizio. La proprietà è piuttosto solida, bella stanza, pulita. Ci sono stati molti ristoranti, campi da golf, un spa e un caffè sul sito. Non dirlo, la sala di sapore è molto bello per la Georgia. Un paio di veramente grandi carenze: 1) Versailles è dimenticabile - evitare se possibile. 2) Il caffè è aperto molto tardi domenica - forse 9:00 a causa del personale non mostra presumibilmente. In generale, il cibo al pub e Versailles erano la Sysco media al meglio. Marc era fantastico ma quante tavole cadere $200 a testa? Se tornassi, avrei colpito Marc e il ristorante Spa - che era in realtà una gemma. Non ho potuto giocare a golf, ma io credo che i due corsi completi sono buoni. Il par 3 era abbastanza buono In generale, questo posto ha tutto da essere grande - sembra soffrire di una gestione modesta.

I ristoranti e il cibo erano fantastici! Il servizio era buono. L'hotel è isolato da shopping e intrattenimento sicuro nel centro città. Se non c'è evento allo stadio o al GWCC, e/o la piscina non è un'opzione, non c'è niente da fare durante il soggiorno, cioè, musica dal vivo o jazz al bar/lounge, o qualche forma di divertimento conservativo. In breve, l'hotel è troppo grande per essere così stanco. A meno che non odi abbastanza soldi per far saltare $250-1000 su un massaggio, non c'è letteralmente nulla che vada in mente. Solo una realtà deludente per un tale hotel elite in un centro locale. Ma se resti, sii assolutamente sicura di sfruttare il cibo ... è incredibilmente grande!

This is a great little pet friendly hotel right off I20. It’s a great value for the price. Breakfast is cold cereal, hot oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, toast with butter and jelly, coffee, packaged muffins, chocolate covered donuts, powdered donuts, and 3 different juices. The pool looks nice and clean, but we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few cosmetic problems that were minor. Things weren’t “pristine” but they were definitely clean, comfortable, and at a very reasonable price. We plan to stay here every time we travel to western Georgia.

The hotel was very clean. Love the elevator level selection pad. The staff was extremely friendly. It’s easy to retrieve your vehicle from valet even when you’re going to return. Although, I suggest Waymo. Those things are everywhere and the hotel’s location is central to everything to do with the arts. The High Museum, The Fox Theatre, and The Shakespeare Tavern Theatre are must sees while you are there. And don’t forget to get breakfast at the hotel. It’s delicious! Ask for Tyler 😊, she’s amazing.

We had a very short rest night for our connecting flight out of Atlanta, about 6 hours only, We booked at this hotel because it is close to Lenox station and the area is considered safe in Atlanta. We can walk from the station to the hotel with luggage at night and back to the station in the early morning. The rooml is clean and with full amenity. We usually rent a car when we visit more days in Atlanta. If the hotel could offer free parking for the hotel guests, we will choose this hotel again.
