Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel, e il personale era incredibilmente gentile e accogliente, che ha fatto una grande differenza durante il mio viaggio. Un piccolo momento che mi rimaneva con me, il personale di casa mi accorse che ho portato il portatile e mi ha dato una maschera di occhio rilassante, così potevo riposare gli occhi dopo il lavoro. La stanza era pulita ogni giorno e le tole erano sostituite regolarmente, tutto era sempre fresco e confortevole. Il colazione era delizioso con una vasta scelta di cibo, e la posizione è perfetta molto conveniente per esplorare la città. Viaggiavo a Wuhan solo, e questo hotel mi ha reso incredibilmente confortevole e accogliente. Grande soggiorno! La posizione è perfetta diretta dalla zona commerciale e dal mercato notturno. È un po' alto alla notte, ma la comodità vale la pena. Il servizio è eccellente; mi hanno mandato un messaggio su WeChat quotidiano per la pulizia, e l'assistente intelligente Xiaodu è un divertente toccato se parli cinese. Solo notare che non c'è ascensore, che era un po' di salire al terzo piano. Molto raccomandato!

My boyfriend and I just had the most special stay here. From the moment we arrived, the wonderful team looked after us and helped with everything and anything we could want. We’d wanted to eat dinner upon arrival, and so they provided some of the nicest Chinese food I’ve had to date! My recommendation is the fried eggs and leek. We were obsessed! 🤤 The room and the amenities were really high quality, and I especially enjoyed the incredible view from our bedroom. Daily, we were given snacks and fruits. The food was so good that we ordered again on our second night. Truly, the food was 10/10!! For the room, everything was clean, modern and worked well. All the staff were excellent, too. Yang Yang was especially wonderful (picture of us together!) and made sure we had the best time. She helped with organising our trip, including travel. She is a warm, kind person who made all the difference to our trip. She also introduced us to 土豆 the cat—he was just as delightful! As a foreigner in China, sometimes it can be tricky to navigate how best to travel certain areas. This hotel and the wonderful people here made us feel at home. Thanks so much for this memorable trip, Yang Yang —and also to all the lovely people there! You MUST stay here for the best hotel outside Enshi Grand Canyon!! 💚

While in China this is my 7th hotel. By far, the most attentive and kindles reception I had. Although I don’t speak any chinese, they made a real effort to remove the language barrier and ensure I have a great experience.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short trip. The bed was cozy, and basic facilities were provided. However, the amenities could be improved. One thing that stood out was that only paper cups were provided instead of proper cups or glasses. It felt less practical, especially when making hot drinks, as the quality of the paper cups was not ideal. That said, everything else was quite satisfactory for the price, and the stay was still comfortable. With a small upgrade in amenities, the experience would be much better.
