The hotel is located right the busiest night market . The room we booked were too small and the lady boss offer us to upgrade to the biggest room with little fees. The hotel is at 3rd floor no lift. There is a notice board with phone number to call the hotel with helper to carry your luggage so no worry about it. The lady boss is kind and friendly. Sending guidance on good food to eat nearby. We tried and all good. Bus stop just in front of the hotel. Metro station also very near. Many famous must go streets just few stones away. Basically can just walk for the day no transport needed. Value for money.

L'Hotel East Lake è noto per la sua bella scena, come si aspettava, la vista era assolutamente stupenda, ma ciò che era meglio della vista è il miglior servizio clienti. La signora Yu ci ha dato le sue informazioni di contatto WeChat, in modo da poter raggiungere facilmente. La signora Yu era professionale e cortese, andò sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto, qualsiasi preoccupazione/problema che avevamo, l'ha gestita rapidamente, anche aiutando con il lavanderia! Abbiamo soggiornato in altri hotel a Cinque stelle a Wuhan, Pechino e Shanghai, ma nessun altro hotel ha fornito questo livello di servizio. Infine, il loro buffet di colazione è stato il migliore dei 6 hotel che abbiamo soggiornato per questa visita. Il mio preferito è stato il porridge di vino di riso dolce e le ricette dolce.

La nostra famiglia è venuta occasionalmente a Hot Springs Valley e abbiamo soggiornato in diversi hotel. Phoenix ha un design impressionante del lobby. Abbiamo fatto un breve soggiorno di relax familiare per godere le calde primavera e abbiamo avuto una piacevole esperienza complessiva. Il ristorante offre piatti di firma Hubei. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, vicino al muro rosso di carta rossa.C'è una scena di vista sul piano dell'hotel. È possibile vedere il palazzo giallo direttamente alla porta della stanza!La camera è piccola, ma è piena di cinque sporchi.

Hotel situato al di là del doc e vicino alla Wanda Plaza che ci ha salvato il problema di ottenere un taxi per muoverci. Abbiamo preso il crociera da Chongqing, doveva stare 1 notte e ritornato a Chongqing con il treno ad alta velocità il giorno successivo. Il personale dell'hotel è amichevole e utile. Ci ha un veicolo a 9 posti per mandarci alla stazione ferroviaria. La vista sul fiume è spaziosa. L'area comune dell'hotel è stata ristrutturata, il lobby marmo è stato pulito e i corridoi con nuovi mattoni. Le tende e le sedie sono un velluto marrone scuro che credo siano vecchio design, sostituirlo con un'ombra più leggera di beige lo renderà più moderno. Il pavimento della camera da bagno ha bisogno di lucidare e scaldare.

Sono stato in questo hotel per lavoro per circa 3–4 giorni e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. La struttura è molto pulita e la stanza confortevole, perfetta per riposare dopo una giornata impegnativa.
Il personale è estremamente attento ai dettagli: una mattina sono uscito indossando delle scarpe di pelle e, al mio rientro, ho trovato un biglietto in cui mi informavano di aver lasciato in camera delle salviette apposite per pulirle. Un gesto semplice ma di grande cortesia, che dimostra la cura e la sensibilità dello staff.
Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel. E sicuramente ci ritornerò.

The hotel is highly recommended especially if you plan to go for a trip to the Three Gorges Dam and nearby attractions because the transport hub is right nearby. Besides, there are shopping mall, grocery stores and various eateries in surrounding areas for your selection. The room is clean with all necessary amenities for the affordable price. It’s a real value for money!

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

SShalinda WIf you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station.
Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked).
The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning.
In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

BBelitskay TravelA good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Solo notò alcune cose: il CA in camera non funzionava bene, era troppo caldo dovevamo trasferirci in una nuova stanza. Poi la nuova stanza che abbiamo trasferito era più piccola. AC era ok. Il problema era che le foglie hanno un odore vecchio e morbido e la drenaggio del tubo è stata rotta. Molta esperienza per una suite Continental Club/VIP. Oh, per l'amor del cielo, nessun bidet 😆

I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings.
First impressions
- Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to.
- Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps.
Room and comfort
- The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board.
- Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life.
Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services.
Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business.
Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool!
Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there.
Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed.
